Room had good size. We had 4 beds that were very comfortable. The magnifying mirror in the bathroom was a bonus. The linen and the towels were white and clean. The towels were changed everyday. Breakfast was very good with a lot of choices - salads, cheese, eggs, juices, good coffee, tea, fruits. Everything that you could eat in the morning was there. The food was fresh and well presented. The hotel and reception are at the first floor. No elevator until there. You need to climb with your luggage up. The windows were keeping the noise out of the room. The mini bar was very small. The closet was very spacious.
All the people working in the hotel were very nice and ready to help you any way you needed. The bus terminal is around the corner. For Mount of Olives - bus no 255/275 can be taken from there. You need to purchase an electronic wallet to put on it at least 30 NIS. The card cost 5 NIS and can be purchased from a store near by. You can use it on any means of public transport. We took the train from Ben Gourion until to Yitzhak Navon and it was perfect- 20 minutes ride. If you do not heavy luggage you can take tram 1. From Damascus gate to the hotel there are about 450 m. But now the tram lines are being built in the area and the side walks are a little bit dusty.
Small mini bar, the stairs to be climbed with heavy luggage

Elevator isn’t at entrance and makes it difficult for wheelchair ridden . This hotel needs better access for the handicapped. We had to ring door to enter so that we can use elevator . We also got stuck inside the elevator. Their elevator needs repair and upgrade.
Main entrance needs renovation . Hotel looks poorly at the entrance but is very classy at the entrance .

Staff was shocked to see us coming fro breakfast at 8:00 am - during ramadan breakfast is served at 3:00 am
Don’t go there if: 1. You would like to have a quiet night. Both outside and inside is very noisy, with people playing on the corridor; 2. If you rent a car – getting there is very difficult and parking there not easy; 3. If you expect advice – it took me two months and several tries to have them answer my question (the answer was that they will do nothing); 4. If you would like to have dinner – restaurant is closed and there is no other option available in walking distance. And neighborhood is not friendly or safe. For this price you can have many better options in the city, so my sincere advice – avoid this place

breakfast - really good, fresh products, various fruit compote
room - excellent/ clean, warm, very good bed & pillows, nice bathroom, room service;
reception - very kind people, 100% pro-customer
congratulations!
slippers missing - for an extra few cents, it will be valuable for guests to find out slippers in their room
dinner - it will be very valuable for guests the availability to order a frugal dinner in the evening after a day long of visits in this great city of Jerusalem, even if it is about a fast food or something like that

Very helpful staff, clean rooms, wonderful daily breakfast, laundry services available. Hotel is located in wonderful location with short walk to holy sites, shopping, and public transportation. We traveled with our large family, and had an awesome time!

The hotel and the staff have been outstanding. It is close to the old city. A fabulous location. I seriously can't fault them in any way. They are so clean.
I loved everything
4.5
Great breakfast, very friendly staff. The nearby tram makes local travel very simple and it's great to be able to walk to the Old City so easily. Good quality beds and cleaning staff.
Some bedside reading lights would have been a bonus, but the bright central lights were adequate.
4.0
Perfect location to visit the holy sites in particular the Al Aqsa Mosque. Rooms are a little cramped for 3 so if you're travelling more than 2, better to book 2 rooms as their triple rooms are not adequate. Breakfast (sahoor) was great with lots of options for hot and cold foods.

Location
The fact the we booked 3 single beds and we received a a double and a single. 3 singles were clearly stated by hotel.
The hotel ended up giving us a mattress to put on floor.
Totally unprofessional and not the acceptable service for the amount we paid
3.5
it’s location to access the old city
climbing the steps with your luggage, they don’t have anyone to help . most of the staff are arrogant and miserable , with the exception of the two young ladies in reception ( Sonia & Mais) and the GM , who were the most helpful
5.0
the cleanliness ease of access location 24 hour reception and Breakfast!!
