I wish I could have given a positive review :(

Answering your questions first.No bfast offerred. Location was fine, room very clean, parking lot and driveway were littered. I picked up several items to throw away. Bed very comfortable . I had no problem with no bfast offerred for the price.

A comfortable chair, a coffee maker would have been a plus and very appreciated to sit and read or just chill. The worst thing was the noise both day , into the night, and early morning. Above and /or to the side of my room it sounded if construction was going on. Hammering, pounding?! It was terrible. The room I was given should NOT have been chosen for me or anyone if mgmt knewconstruction was to go on nearby. Very unprofessional and not conducive to a pleasant restful stay. I sincerely wish for a partial refund of my one nights unrestful stay.

There customer service socks and they don't seek the best interest for your stay.

The staffs have bad attitudes and they'll try to take your deposit any chance that they get. Even if that means making up something. The maids walk in in you even when you extend your stay and they go in your rooms while your at work and mess with your property. The staff have kids staying in the office on their shifts but can't do the decency of letting other people live.

Good for a night

For spending one night, the price was alright. 2/3 staff were friendly enough. The room is a decent size.

One side of the motel is quite noisy, faces a fast food restaurant. You can hear the orders! Bed wasn't the most comfortable.

I would definitely stay again 10/10

I like how the staff is bubbly and really nice they welcome you and aren't rude like other hotels.. they also listen and understand what people go threw and they help out to there best the capability. . They also pet friendly and just gave my dog attention and lots of treats

The double bedroom with 2 beds I felt crammed little other then that I didn't have a problem with anything else

overall stay was really chill. I’ll be booking with them again.

the staff is always helpful and friendly. for me the location works out great, plus the rooms are clean. I LOVE the big refrigerators too btw:) lol

Room was clean.

Other customers staying there were constantly outside yelling, fighting and police being called. Staff not friendly. Due to all this I will not be staying there again.

My room was awesome

Room service never came and cleaned through my stay and I paid for 3 nights as I asked too get room service and even left for the whole day and came back the room still had trash and stains on the sheets from my kids

Horrible

Day manager Maria is horrible, unprofessional and this location seems to condone drug use and prostitution, alot of activity by our room. Was accused of stealing linen and blankets but I have pictures of the room before I checked out and have send them to corperate office and filed a discrimination complaint for the manager making my wife remove our Hebrew prayer banner from our wall she threatened to kick us out, take our deposit and charge us for damages. I also have tex messages to prove this claim. Walked into my room while I was at work unannounced my wife texted me from work to prove they just walked in. Also the blankets are in a black plastic bag location also has cameras

nothing the lights in the parking lots at so bright the room is always bright because of them the staff never came an cleaned the room the mattres was so used an horrible couldn’t sleep by far the worst room an place I ever paid to stay at

there’s nothing to like the area is homeless an drug addictes everywhere the staff is horrible the rooms are dirty an disgusting horrible place zero stars people actually love here with animals an multiple people to a room

Manager maria on site very rude asked my wife to take down our religious banner that was tacked onto our wall above our bed for prayer, told my wife if she did not remove the banner she would charge us for wall damage and kick us out. I have pics of the room before check out. The facility also has cameras that will prove we did not steal. She accused my family of stealing the linen, and blankets so our deposite was took. I have pictures when I checked out of the room and they show the blankets and towels in a black garbage bad also the room not damaged. We will be filling a corperate complaint aswell as a discrimination case against the location and also the manager

it was nice but it could have been better

beds are amazing but the staff is rude and short the sheets were dirty and the room needed to be swept but they kept giving me the run around of getting the broom

sheets were dirty walls were dirty bathtub wasn’t properly cleaned
