Very clean rooms and pool area, and the staff went above and beyond to make us comfortable. The full breakfast was appreciated as well.

Everyone at the front desk was super nice and helpful. The breakfast was also good. I will be back again someday 😊

My room faced the street and parking lot. Had some noise from both. But not enough to keep me awake 😊

Stay here, it’s the best & affordable.

Absolutely best hotel in Sacramento.

The only thing I’d say I didn’t like is the limited options for breakfast. They need to change it and add more food selections.

All was perfect for us.

Everything was as I expected. Clean room, good amenities, airport shuttle was perfect for our very early flight going and our late arrival flight. All personnel were very accommodating. A bonus was we were able to leave our vehicle on prem while we were away, with no charge. They were perfect for what we needed.

There was nothing that we did not like.

The location was close to the airport making getting to an early morning flight easier.

There wasn't a grab and go option for breakfast for an early flight. The pool/hot tub were closed/locked shut w/ no warning even though someone else had used it early in the day. It was very loud all night and sounded like construction or something was occurring on the floors above us. It was very expensive considering the things listed above.

Pleasant , except for the notes above.

Like this place for their proximity to the airport and downtown Sacramento and staff are on point in helping with nwhat you need. For a short visit, their airport shuttle service makes it convenient for anyone.

Love this place for their cleanliness being a newly renovated hotel, but kinda bit disappointed when I found some hair in the bathroom sink. Makes you feel, bathroom not fully cleaned or re-checked as cleaned.

Relaxed & rested.

Breakfast was very good. Nice assortment.

The return shuttle from the airport to the Inn was a private person with no id on the car. I was uncomfortable. But I did arrive at my destination.

staff was friendly and the 24 hr shuttle to the airport was awesome.

The tub was dirty it had a hair in there that wasn’t mine. The guide button on the remote didn’t work. The tv was small and awkwardly placed at a lower angle.

Great overnight stop on a road trip south—second stay and we have recommended to others “back home”.

Very friendly front desk staff, both evening at check-in and morning check-out. Breakfast room and breakfast food options excellent (coffee station open super early and great quality coffee). Warm, lovely Christmas decorations still up. Love convenience of Black Bear Diner to walk to across parking lot. Very convenient off freeway.

Shower water temp barely lukewarm. Only one tiny bar of soap for two people—would at least like one for shower, as not everyone likes liquid “body wash”. Fortunately we had each brought our own bar soaps.

or a good restaurant nearby. the black bear diner is the only option, and although I enjoy black bear diners elsewhere, this one is substandard.
