Cleanliness: The hotel maintained level of cleanliness, which greatly contributed to a comfortable and pleasant atmosphere.
Convenient Location: The hotel's easy-to-find location was a definite plus, making it accessible and hassle-free to locate.
Noise Disturbance: Unfortunately, the proximity to the main road proved to be a downside, as the constant noise from passing vehicles was quite disruptive.
Temperature Challenges: Another drawback was the cold room and bathroom temperatures.

Andrew is a very warm friendly host. He allowed me early check in after my night shift work. I was super tired and I really appreciate this.

Easy to get into top bunk, generous continental breakfast. Great hosts.
I know the road outside is busy, had been for the sixty years I have known it, but makes it a little difficult to precisely locate the property.

Location was spot on for show I was attending. Second time I’ve stayed here and facilities are excellent for the cost of accommodation.
Andrew is a great host and greets every visitor like an old Friend.
No pub nearby. Lol

Perfect for what we wanted. Could have easily stayed longer, facilities were great. Bedroom was clean, tidy and spacious. Hosts were very friendly and helpful. Couldn't have asked for anything else.
Nothing it was ideal for what we wanted. As we had a Nye party local to the bed and breakfast.

Right from the entrance that Andrew welcome me in, I felt that genuine home away from home feelings. It was 20 mins walk to the purpose of my trip. Facilities was superb, ambience was great. If i have reason to be in Ipswich gain for a long stay, Andrew abode will be my first choice. I strongly recommend his place for everyone.

The location
The owner was very rude and an alcoholic drunk all day breakfast was poor only bread and butter the place was filthy only clean thing was bedding and dog barking constantly not allowed to use garden shown can’t use sink in bathroom as it’s all cracked no towel anywhere and owner was very abusive unable to use cooker as out of date and old and had to start with a lighter.

Andrew was really friendly , such a nice guy, hosting an amazing guest house. Unfortunately we were unlucky and got a snorer and the same guy decided it was OK to turn the light on at stupid o'clock but just happens sometimes. Andrew was more than accommodating and would definitely stay again, in fact we are planning our next visit.
