Franchement, heureusement que nous avons changé d’hôtel pour le prix 300 € la nuit, l’hôtel ne valait pas le le coup par

Le personnel

Piscine trop petite, transat cassé, pas assez de transats, nous avons passés nos journées sur une chaise pour bronzer. Pas de climatisation dans la chambre ( en panne)

L’odeur lorsqu’on rentre dans l’établissement, très agréable !

Bruit tard la nuit, impossible de dormir, fenêtres et chambres non isolés ( 1er étage en tous cas) malgré les plaintes de plusieurs clients depuis des mois rien n’est fait !! Personnels au petits mais malheureusement trop cher pour cet hôtel, malheureusement je n’y mettrais plus les pieds .. l’hôtel movenpick à côté j’y ai déjà séjourné et la c’est le top du top !!

Wonderful stay in Marrakesh, very quiet and relaxing area to come back to and a lovely rooftop pool!

Petit déjeuner très bon , hôtel neuf et très bien placé , très bon séjour dans l établissement

La piscine était un peu froide, changement au 3 éme étage de chambre suite à du bruit des employés des restaurants jusqu’à 1 heures du matin.

Podrían mejorar

El hotel es cinco estrellas en instalaciones y comodidad

Nos dieron una habitación donde no servía el aire acondicionado, nunca nos avisaron y en la noche el cuarto parecía horno porque solo funcionaba la calefacción. Nos cambiaron tres veces de cuarto a las 10:00 pm de la noche y no nos dieron ninguna comodidad adicional. Para solo estar una noche muchos problemas. La Habitación no tenía control de la tele y están cerca de bares mucho ruido

Mooi hotel, ruime kamers, zwembad op het dak, de locatie van het hotel is perfect. Uitgebreid ontbijt. Ontvangt met een drankje en zeer zeer behulpzaam, vriendelijk personeel.

My stay was relaxing and the desert tour with Jamal was one of the best I ever did

The room was perfectly clean, all the areas are very nice and modern. The Menara avenue has a lot of restaurants and is one of the best areas in Morocco. Khalil welcomed us and recommended a Desert tour, our guide Jamal, made sure everything was perfect from Quad bike ride to amazing dinner in the desert, was one amazing last day in Morocco

Voor herhaling vatbaar!

Niets was te veel voor het personeel! Alles wat gevraagd werd, kregen we meteen. Eerder inchecken later uit checken, zonder dat het personeel moeilijk deed. Bij binnenkomst ruikt het hotel heerlijk!

La posizione é perfetta, il servizio meno.

La posizione è eccezionale

Si percepisce che non c’è un controllo, un manager, un dirigente !! La sensazione è che un po’ abbandonato nella gestione, non hanno idea di cosa vuol dire il servizio ( forse perché non c’è nessuno che glielo insegna o per lo meno che gli faccia capire dove sbagliano ), lo staff é molto gentile ma non é da 4 stelle. E quindi per me il servizio deve migliorare. Ps. Domanda: Che senso ha avere il bidet e non avere il suo piccolo asciugamano 😳??? Il bagno è dotato solo da telo per la doccia e asciugamano da viso ( poi c’é un accappatoio nel armadio ).

overal nice for a short city stay

the staff is definitely the best part of the hotel; from reception to breakfast, all super friendly and accommodating. beautiful hotel, location is pretty nice too although it has some negatives, rooms are spacious and clean. rooftop is beautiful!

the front of the hotel is super noisy - keep in mind people keep yelling outside until like 1 am and in the middle of the night the night guardians yell too. the hotel is split up in only heating (front) and only airconditioning (back) which is sooooo odd and not convenient at all and should be mentioned at booking!. we had to change rooms 3 (!) times because the first one was too noisy and too hot - the second one good temperature but too noisy and the last one finally quiet but too cold (we were sick and wanted to shower but no heating and open shower!!) the rooftop is beautiful but smells soooo bad because the ventilation of the surrounding restaurants goes up there.

L'emplacement de l'hôtel.

De l'amateurisme. Le personnel est désagréable. Les services sont réduits au minimum pour ne pas avoir beaucoup de choses à gérer. Dans une chambre supérieure au 3ème étage : Impossible de dormir à cause d'une mauvaise odeur de la ventilation et des WC. La clim ne marche pas. Le téléphone ne marche pas en émission d'appels. Les chambres ne sont pas faites. L' éclairage de la chambre clignote souvent en continu. Sous la douche, la température de l'eau varie de façon très importante et brutale sans toucher aux commandes. La réception n'est pas accessible par téléphone. sinon il faut les attendre pendant longtemps au RDC. Hôtel à éviter !

Great hotel with amazing customer service

My stay there was great, the property is clean and new. But most of it, it was the amazing customer service of OMAR who took care of us as group in a wonderful manner. Omar does his job with professionalism and extreme passion and made our stay at the Pestana feeling like at home. His mixology cocktails are to die for, and his expertise in liaising with different personalities and cultures is evident in his work. Always respectful and extremely helpful, when we had a problem and went above and beyond his job competencies.

The gym is terrible .
