Odlična izbira

Zelo prijazen lastnik, ki naju je lepo sprejel in nama podal vse potrebne informacije o okolici destinacije. Prijetno sva bila presenečena, ker naju je na mizi čakalo pecivo, sadje in steklenica vina. Več si ne moreš želeti. Vse je bilo super in sobo bi izbrala še enkrat.

A rare and very well appreciated find in Cyprus

Traditional stone built apartments equipped with all necessary facilities and sparkling clean. Our studio (one of the smaller units) had a fully equipped kitchen, a comfortable bathroom, a double bed, a dining table, two armchairs with a small table in front of a beautiful chimney, a smart TV, and a balcony - all designed for both short and long stays. The owners also provided a washing machine, and beach towels. We were met with fresh lemonade, Cyprus coffee, three bottles of water, sweets, and a bottle of wine, all of them as a compliment. We were pampered in every way possible. Probably our best experience in the last year. Thank you, Maria and Aristo!

Perfect

Very nice traditional apartments in the hearth of picturesque village. You can find few good tavernas in the village and a kilometer away also market, bakery. Aristos and Maria, owners of the complex made our stay unforgettable. The apartments are also perfectly located for discovering beautiful Cyprus. Thanks again … 👌

Pleasant stay in lovely apartment of the attentive hosts

Aristos is a great host who goes over and beyond in a good way We (a couple) had some inquiries that were quickly responded and we had an excellent communication The host is helpful but not pushy. Eager to help and to accommodate. On the premise, there is a washing machine that can be used. The street in front is often busy (there was construction while we were there) but the village is lovely and has parking and various restaurants nearby. The apartment is clean, tidy, and has AC, TV, and Netflix (smart TV), microwave but keep in mind that there is no oven. The bathroom is the appropriate size, with shampoo and liquid soap, enough clean towels, and toilet paper. After two days host changed sheets, towels and bins. The host welcomed us even at 1:30 AM because of the flight delay and explained everything. In the fridge, we were treated to fresh fruit and a bottle of wine. We felt welcomed by Arsitos and his wife Maria and we would recommend this apartment.

There is not anything we have not liked but as a fair warning to have correct expectations. - the top apartment could get warmer in the summer than those on the ground level - the AC is located in front of the bed - the kitchen is smaller and not suitable for some serious cooking - I recommend having a car to be mobile for the beach and stores - there is a fish restaurant nearby that is overpriced (be mindful) - the church is nearby and the bells can be heard in the early morning if windows are opened This is just a warning not to be irritated if you stay in this well-price-balanced accommodation.

Memorable stay with amazing hosts

The hosts are amazing. They treat you like family. The accommodation has a nice rustic charm and has got all the facilities. It’s located in a calm village with an old church nearby, but you can easily reach Limassol under 30 minutes.

beautiful stay near Limassol

We stayed in the guesthouse for 5 days and enjoyed it very much. Our hosts gave us a lot of tips about what to visit in the area. They also prepared delicious breakfasts and showed us around some other rooms which are unique and restored with old furniture. Each of them was used for a special purpose and has its own story. Thank you again Aristos and Maria for everyhing, it was amazing!

Excellent stay, would definitely recommend!

The hosts are really nice and make you feel genuinly welcome. They were always available for questions and very forthcoming. The breakfast is really good and we could book it flexibly. Our room was nice and clean and had everything we needed.

The fire-alarm/ smoke detectors in the room had pretty bright and blinking lights, but that is probably required by law.

Aristos and Maria were fantastic hosts! Provided a tour of their beautiful guest house, fruit, juice and plenty of recommendations for things to do in Cyprus.

Minor point - the key for the inner door to the studio didn't always work, probably due to weather impacts on the wooden door.

A superlative place!

Rothkia's Home could not be better. The rooms are large, well decorated, comfortable. Everything is super clean. The kitchen is well equipped. Hospitality is more than excellent. For a short or long stay, you will always feel welcomed.

Maria and Aristos are doing everthing that guests feel welcomed and spend a nice holiday. They are so warm hearted and this shows also their lovely house. It is beautiful, the beds are confortable and everthing was clean. We got extra beds for our kids (on December 1 and 3 years old ), Maria also brought some food for our little ones, stuff for the beach,such a yummi breakfast...!!! We had a car to get to town, beaches or sights, but the other guests didnt. They told us there is bus which brings you to the beach. Enjoy!!!

We had a lovely few days stay here as part of a longer trip in Cyprus and used as a base for the limassol and troodos areas. The studio and terrace had everything we needed, was super clean and the bed was so comfortable! We used the kitchenette to make simple meals and breakfast and were treated to some fresh fruit by the owners. We were so well looked after with tips and careful attention to detail, we really enjoyed ourselves. Thank you Maria and Aristos. We would stay again!

The best place that gives you value for money and provides the needed comfort

The customer service of Aristos and Maria was top tier. They treated me more like a family. Felt so at home . The rooms, the service, the free wifi, the location. I pretty much liked everything.

Location- it has a village atmosphere, yet close to Limassol. to the main highway and sea shore so very accessible. Owners- so nice couple, we enjoyed sitting with them exchange views and information of the Cypriot. They gave good recommendations of places to visit and eat (nearby Taverns) .

Beautiful stay just outside of Limassol

The house is simply beautiful.. a traditional Cypriot house fully renovated with taste and care!! location is great, as you are in a village just outside Limassol, but much more relaxed and authentic :) there are also a few good taverna walk distance. Finally, Aristos and his wife and the most caring and lovely hosts.. they’ll do everything they can to make your stay comfortable and memorable!!!!

perfect place to stay to visit the whole island!

Aristos greeted us into this beautiful house. we could not have made a better choice for our trip, as it has a key position to visit the whole island. Far from the Limassol crowds in a nice little town with many great restaurants for the evening. Classic home but modern interior with impeccable decoration, very comfortable bed and great shower. The place to cook was a big plus!
