Huone ja sijainti on hyviä.
aamupalaa toimituksena olisi kaivannut. Opasteet parkista hotelliin puuttuivat.

Was very easy and comfortable, location is excelente. Rooms are clean, good speed internet and the free coffee was an extra bonus . Definitely I will recommend.
The room was a little too hot for Summer 26C and the AC wasn't working.

Good localization. The center can be reached on foot (20-30 minutes) or by tram. The hotel and rooms are clean. Fridge in the room. Comfortable dining room - shared by guests. Lots of common space. Large and comfortable bathroom. Our room had a great view from the window over the bay and Helsinki. Very pleasant area, good for walking. The service is friendly and helpful. Kitchen is available and is equipped decently.
The hotel has its own specificity - there is no reception, an automatic type of hotel. Check-in and check-out times need to be taken seriously - the door locks unlock exactly at 15:00. The entrance to the hotel is minimally marked, you have to be observant. The service is on site and can help in most situations. However, if you have more advanced questions, you must contact the manager. It is possible via WhatsApp, however, the waiting time for a response was several hours. When there are more guests, cutlery and dishes in the kitchen can suddenly run out. There are no free parking spaces in the area and the hotel parking is paid.

Balcony was very nice. And location was also good for thise who need to be temporarily in this part of Helsinki
There is a nail salon on the ground floor of the building that spreads a very very strong and toxic smell all the way through the entrance to the elevator of the hotel department. Also: the room is in reality smaller than it is presented online. It is fair for the rate but not as glamorous as the site presents it. And a room for 2 persons with a request for 1 big bed is not the same as getting two single beds pushed together that drift apart during the night of course....

Everything was excellent. Rooms were clean and well ventilated. We had amazing views from suite balcony. One thing maybe to complain is that corridor balcony is right next to suite balcony and is not fully separated with glass wall so if hotell guests go there smoking it may come to rooms if you keep your balcony door open.

Great location, room was nice and big.
Finding the right entrance and elevator was tricky - signage should really be improved on tge ground floor of the building. In the welcome email a "well-equipped" kitchen was mentioned, but eventually the shared kitchen space offeres only a coffee machine and microwaves, which meant we could not cook there at al

They had only two pairs of sheets although they knew that we were 3 guests.

I like the concept of master-key access a lot, but it works only, if you really have no issues or questions. Nice location, good design and comfy bed.
For me ventilation and lack of AC was a huge issue, as during the day room gets very hot, all windows are closed and the wobbly ventilator just cannot make a reasonable difference. The air quality in the corridors was much better, so it must be that for the rooms it is just switched off. The 24/7 support works as it likes, so don't relay on it, if you have an issue.

Nothing, everything was nice!

Perfect location to stay before ferry to Tallinn. Clean room.
An almost empty three-level parking lot with no one around seems a little scary ;-)

The only aspect of my stay that I appreciated was the convenience of being able to check-in very late in the evening.
Unfortunately, the location of the accommodation was not ideal, as there was a significant amount of construction work being carried out nearby, the frequency of the tram station outside was low, and the nearest station was a 15-20 minute walk away, which made it difficult to navigate with luggage due to the construction and nearby buildings. In addition to the location issues, there were several problems with the accommodation, including a lack of towels despite booking for three people and no response from the supposed 24x7 customer service when I called. The room was also too small for three people, and despite requesting it, the bed for the third person was not made, and the room was not cleaned throughout my three-night stay. Overall, I would not recommend this accommodation.

Room had a wide movement area and the bathroom was as big as the room. It was comfortable.
Windows were dusty.

Nice stuff - we called in the morning asking for help with the taxi.
I booked a room for 3 people: 2 adults and a baby (1,5 years old). however when we arrived we didn’t find a baby bed and that was a disaster, we had to sleep with the baby which isn’t used to it. As a result a very bad night and the baby’s sleeping routine is screwed. Also, we were warned about possible notice coming from the construction works in the building one day before our arrival and the day of charging us so we had no time and option to change or cancel the booking. In total very disappointing and upsetting experience.

Getting to the city centre is very easy, as the tram stop is right next to the hotel and the metro's only a short walk away. The view from our room's window was excellent too!
We were woken up by maintenance work in the hallway, however we were warned about it beforehand.

The entrance of the building was not very clear. It took us a long time to figure out which door it was. You have 2 columns that have signs hiisi hotel and a door ahead of them. We thought that this was the right door and tried to use the code with no luck of course. People may confuse the entrance because there are to many signs of the nails shop and you don't realise that this is the entrance to the building. Expecially when you are out in the cold it's not that nice. It took us more than half an hour in the cold to figure it out. The phone number didn't work. Nobody answered. We only found someone via live chat on Facebook.
