Located at the Moorage, this bright, modern 1 bedroom suite has a beautiful view overlooking Ucluelet’s inner harbour boat basin, and is centrally located in the heart of town. In this open concept unit the living room features a cozy fireplace and pullout couch with access to the balcony (and BBQ) with stunning water views. The bedroom opens up to the living room via double French doors so you can even soak in the harbour view from bed. The kitchen features an island with seating as well as another small eating area, and heated floors throughout. All amenities in town, trails and water are within walking distance.

We had a greay time at this condo. The location is wonderful and the condo has everything you need. It is well taken care off and we loved sitting on the balcony looking at the boats.

To check in to this accommodation, you need to use a key pad. Well, key pads die and when this happens, you cannot get a hold of the host to find out how to get a spare key, the host also lives no where near here and has very few contacts on the island incase of such emergencies. We were locked out for two hours. Ended up finding a "hidden" spare key that any one could have found and let themselves into our accommodation, this struck us as extremely unsafe. The rest of the accommodation is fine, clean, nice view and walking distance to town. Just don't expect any support or contact with the host if an emergency does happen and be aware that there are poorly hidden spare keys that any one could find and let themselves in. My best advice, find somewhere else to stay.

The condo was clean and had everything I needed for a 4-day stay. There was a great view of the marina and the location was easy walking distance of most shopping and restaurants. I'd happily stay there again.

We loved this property in Ucluelet. It’s right in the harbour and we enjoyed our morning coffee on the deck. It was outfitted with everything you need. Much to see and do in Ucluelet and a scenic short drive to Tofino. We loved our stay. Owner is quick to respond and checked in to make sure everything was in place for our stay. Thank you !

The suite is sweet, it has everything you need, silverware, pots and pans, toaster, coffee maker, even an umbrella. It was quiet and the view is relaxing. The check in and out was very easy, lots of info provided.

We had a great week in Ucluelet staying here. Some highlights of the condo are: -the covered deck with nice seating to enjoy the outdoors and the view overlooking the harbour. - The kitchen was well stocked with cookware. - In suite washer and dryer (with detergent) - The complementary shampoo and conditioner was a nice touch. We would recommend this place and would stay here again.

The location of the home was excellent and we enjoyed our stay here very much. It was quiet and the view from the harbour was idyllic and a nice sanctuary for us. It was clean, easily accessible and we'd love to be able to stay here again. Thank you for an excellent and homey stay away from home!

Justin was an excellent host and responded promptly with queries. The location is great and is just a short walk to the main area of town where most restaurants and coffee shops are located along with a Coop supermarket. Overall, an excellent vacation and would not hesitate to stay here again.

Perfect property for a very comfortable stay in low key Ucluelet. The owner responded immediately to our emails and the place was fully outfitted with all amenities in excellent shape. We loved the harbor views at night and proximity to waterfront restaurants. We were so glad to be away from the crowds in Tofino (it was a holiday weekend). Definitely recommend this place.

Justin went above and beyond to make sure our booking transfered over from the previous owner smoothly. The condo was very clean, roomier than the pictures showed, and easy to find. It had everything we needed plus more. The beds and other furniture were incredibly comfortable. The deck overlooking the water was peaceful and beautiful. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Very highly recommend staying here. I would book it again in a heartbeat.

Condo was beautiful and in a terrific location. Improvement suggestions would be better cleaning staff, windows marked up , drawers in bedroom dresser should have been cleaned as well as tub and sinks. TV did not work, no remote to change source so could not watch though not a big deal for us but a little background music would have been nice. I did find a radio in the closet on the day I was packing up so a blue tooth speaker out in the open would be nice. The worst part was no hot water, very disappointing, water got luke warm at best.

We thoroughly enjoyed this accommodation in most ways. The the cleaning could have been a little bit more thorough. The instructions for getting into the unit could be made more clear for weary travelers. Otherwise it was excellent, I highly recommend this accommodation.

We had a great stay at 'the moorage' - apt very modern with everything needed. Balcony overlooks the small harbour and kids had a great time eating breakfast out there and watching the boats. Close enough to stores and a nice restaurant for convenience but far enough from main resorts to be very quiet. Lots of parking also -all in all a great location and apt.

The place was beautiful. Great views, well stocked. Unfortunately thr thermostat was impossible to change, and the unit was 24 degrees the entire time. Very hard to sleep with that heat. Also the sound bar did not connect to the very small television. Not significant for me, but the kids would havr liked to use it. Very nice place though. We would stay again.

Right from my booking Justin was super helpful... and patient :). The condo had the prettiest sublime view of a harbour of sailboats. The second bed was NOT a pull out couch!! It was a Murphy bed and the mattress was perfect... not too soft ... not too firm. Great water pressure for showering!! ... and so nice to have a washer dryer in the unit after hikes, ziplining, and beach walk adventures. Also... the kitchen was 'usefully' stocked and the bath had a good supply of extra towels and even laundry soap. I was impressed overall. ps.. the condo is on the 2nd floor BUT there was an elevator! Totally accessible. Thx JUSTIN.

Good location. Clean. Nice view of harbor. The only thing missing was some coffee and a filter on the first morning. But it was an easy walk to get some.
