My only complaint is the hot tub wasn’t working when we arrived. The maintenance person had me trying to fix it on my own which didn’t seem right and she was very rude upon arriving to fix it as well.

The house is a cozy haven with a warm ambiance, perfect for both a fun and relaxing retreat. The kids had a blast with the game room and hot tub. They also could step right outside and play in the snow and sled down the hill. We are already talking about coming back next year!

The rental was very nice and looked like the pictures. It had all the kitchen appliances and linens you could need. Do note that it is right by the train tracks so if you have light sleepers, it may wake you up. But after a full day of skiing, most of us slept through it from being so tired. The hot tub was very nice and the arcade games were a fun addition for our kids

We had a wonderful stay at this condo! It was clean, comfortable and spacious for our group of 9! It accommodated our children ranging from 13-19 very well! Beds were super comfy and there were plenty of extra blankets. The game room downstairs was definitely a bonus for all the kiddos and the hot tub was dreamy!! My only suggestions are updating kitchen cookware and large utensils as well as addressing the rain head in the master shower as it felt like little more than a trickle leaving bathing experiences pretty chilly🙃. Overall we loved this condo and would definitely revisit this property!

The townhouse was very clean, comfy beds, kitchen well stocked and the location was perfect. The kids loved the game room downstairs. The only down side was the train which does come by multiple times in the middle of the night and is very loud.

We cannot say enough good things about our recent stay in Winter Park. The Villa was cute, clean, and had something for everyone. Views, hot tub, shuffle board table, arcade games, soaking tub, the list goes on and on. Conveniences like cooking supplies, washer/dryer, keurig, puzzles, games, extra towels were a great bonus. The proximity to Cooper Creek was the cherry on top. An easy and scenic walk to several lunch and dinner options, shopping, and, our personal favorite, Charlie's frozen treats. Great live music and friendly atmosphere. Super quick drive to the Winter Park resort for mini golf, alpine slide, rock climbing, ropes course, mountain biking, and gondola ride. Also close to the rec center to swim in the event of rain. We had a truly unforgettable family vacation and can't wait to come back!

We had an amazing stay! Loved the easy access to all the great shops, restaurants and trails. The private hot tub with the beautiful mountain views was perfect after a long bike ride. Our weekend felt like home-away-from home.

We loved this property. it was perfect for our group. The arcade and hot tub were big hits! Love having on site laundry. Very conveniently located near the shuttle service and a short ride to winter park resort. Kids kept asking when we can come back!

The Condo was a great place for our fam of six plus one dog to stay for a few days. Spacious, clean, and a separate room for dog to hang out when we hit the slopes. Train tracks are really close, but didn’t bother us too much. Kitchen is well equipped, even has a Norwegian style cheese cutter!

This place is absolutely perfect. The best location and well equipped with anything you could dream of needing. The beds were comfy and there was a lot to do in and out of the house. The owner has great taste with decorating and I have found myself ordering some of the same decor for my own house. I could have stared at that front porch view for hours!

Wow, we really loved this property! It was super clean and well equipped! My BUT is the trains! There are train tracks about 100 feet behind the condo that do run multiple times throughout the night. I overlooked this in the listing and reviews. Despite the trains, we would stay again! They had a ton of stuff for little kids and the decor was awesome! We also really loved the hot tub. The grill ran out of propane which was a bummer because we had a big family dinner planned that required a grill but life went on. The location was great! Very easy walk to breweries and food. We also loved that we were able to park our two vehicles in the garage. Dogs are welcome with a fee and they had nice crates and bowls for them.

The home was great for the 5 of us. Great location within walking distance to the shops, restaurants and bars. One of the video games were no working but the kids loved the other arcade games and of course the hot tub. there are train tracks behind the home so sleeping with the windows open is not possible as 3-4 trains go by throughout the night. If the windows are closed you don’t even notice them. We would definitely rent this place again.

This house was perfect for a large group looking for a weekend in Winter Park. Plenty of space for 8+ people and a couple dogs! All of the amenities were appreciated and many memories were made here; will definitely look to book this house again.

We had a fantastic stay! Everything was as stated in description. The property was clean, beds were comfy, the place is STOCKED with anything you may need. So many lovely additions in the kitchen. Yes, the train does run behind the property, but it didn't bother us. We would love to come back!

Perfect Ski Weekend
The condo was perfect for our family of 7 plus our 2 dogs. It is beautifully decorated and has everything you need in the kitchen to make all of your meals. We loved hot tubing post skiing and sitting at the table all together for dinner. We did hear the train, but it did not keep us up at night. It's super convenient for getting into town and not too long of a drive to get to the ski hill.

Great place to stay, train isn’t too bad, very well stocked and we were all very happy with our stay. Only issue was it was really hot at night in the master bedroom. Regardless we would definitely stay there again and plan to!

Very nice!
The home is lovely and quite comfortable. We loved the hot tub and the game room. What fun! The train woke us up every few hours, which was not awesome. There is a white noise machine, but it doesn't stop the shaking or the noise. Of course the train isn't something the owner or manager has the ability to do anything about, but it is a factor in the over-all experience. Had it not been for the train, we would have given it 5 stars all the way.

A magical getaway!
This place is simply perfect. The decor is beautiful, it is FULLY equipped with everything you could possibly need (we're talking a milk frother, a kitchenaid mixer, an ultra soft pack and play mattress, a baby monitor, a sound machine, and so much more!), it's in the best location, it's family and dog friendly, and comfortable and homey. Oh and don't get me started on the amazing game room!!! We will definitely be returning! I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for the perfect Winter Park getaway!

The home is immaculate, spacious and has absolutely everything you could need plus extras!!
It was very clean and enjoyable! The hot tub was an amazing extra that we enjoyed early morning and evening. The views are great from the balcony. It was close to many attractions, eateries, park, shopping and drinks. We will make this trip again to this very home!

Quick Fall Break
Decided for a quick trip away for the beginning of fall break. The townhome is absolutely wonderful and perfect for a family. So glad that it was pet friendly so that we could bring our dog too. It is decorated beautiful and well appointed. The game room was a great bonus and my kids loved it. The location is close to shops and restaurants, but also backs up to the train tracks. It really didn’t bother us, but probably might if we had windows open at night. We enjoyed our stay in Winter Park!

We really enjoyed this place and all of the offerings it had. It was incredibly family friendly and pet friendly and offered very well thought out amenities to make it easy to stay here. The housekeeping could have done a bit more thorough job, as we walked into walls with red fingerprints and dog hair in the corners and on the furniture, an incredibly full vacuum and dryer filter, but it is a dog friendly place so that’s maybe to be expected. The kitchen was very well stocked and we made many meals in the kitchen. The location is awesome for ease of walking to the town (5-10 minutes), being pet friendly, having incredible views, and right along the shuttle route. Location is also right along the railroad tracks however. Although we didn’t hate it, it could definitely be an issue as the master is facing the tracks and one night at about 1:00 am the house was literally shaking from the trains. We contacted the management company on our first day to let them know the fireplace wasn’t working. We’d been excited to have use of a fireplace and the temperatures were perfect for an evening fire. I was told someone would be out to fix it that or the following day and unfortunately, no one ever followed up with us about it. Other than these few issues, we were quite happy with our stay and would stay here again! Unexpected Jewel of a Home!
We were the first renters at this brand new property and were amazed at all the thoughtful items supplied in this very stylish townhouse. On the day we rented it was a brand new listing without pictures. We were extending our stay in Winter Park and needed a last minute accommodation so we took a chance based on pet freindlyness and the great location. We had a couple dogs with us and this property was thoughtfully set up for them as well. We enjoyed the game room too. The garage was a big bonus for us being able to safely store our expensive bikes, golf clubs, ect. This being a new rental property it of course had a small issue or two that was quickly addressed by the excellent management company. Being a responsible reviewer I do have to mention the fact that during our visit at the end of july the upstairs bedrooms were a bit on the warm side I'm sure largely due to the fact that most mountain homes don't have air conditioning. We recommended the addition of ceiling fans and the managment company agreed saying they would pass that on to the property owners. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your beautiful home!
