This is our 3rd year coming to Wabasha and staying in this rental. We love the location, with its proximity to the marina, and downtown. Never disappointed staying here!

This house exceeded our expectations! We were in Wabasha working the annual Grumpy Old Men Winter Festival and there was something magical about coming back to the house after working a long festival day and being able to sit in front of the fireplace in the coziest living room ever with a spectacular view of Parkside Marina! There was plenty of parking, the location was within walking distance to the entire town (and all of the events). The house is decorated in a way that makes you fall in love with Wabasha. The house was spotless, the beds were comfortable, we will be renting it again!

Golf/relaxation getaway. Some in the group have been coming here for 20 plus years. Downtown Wabasha was a little torn up this year, but we still had a great time. Looking forward to next year already!

Overall the property was very nice. Walking distance to several restaurants, bars and downtown. Just a couple little things needed attention. There was some silverware that was not cleaned well after the last user, and I wasn't fond of the bottles of shampoo, conditioner and body wash that were shared with previous renters. I thought the cleaning fee was excessive when we had to strip the bed, do the dishes and make sure things were cleaned up when we left.

This was a great place to stay very Pet Friendly. I will defiantly be staying here again very clean and up to date has everything you need for you and your pet. This place is great if you have a boat walking distance to boat launches and plenty of parking for your trailer.

Loved our stay in Wabasha! Duplex is in a great location, walk across a bridge and be right in town for coffee in the morning or dinner and drinks. Kitchen was well enough stocked for us to cook in as well. We took advantage of the gas grill as well for brats one night. There's some great state parks for hiking within a half hour drive. This was our second time staying here and we would stay again.

Our stay was amazing! This little unit is walkable to downtown Wabasha via the walking path right out your door. It’s clean, cute and well stocked with all the essentials. We’d definitely love to return!

We enjoyed our stay. We brought out small dog and it was a perfect set up for all of us. There are even food/water bowls, leashes with poop bags and a blanket for our little sweety. The space had everything we needed and we enjoyed the peace and quite.

We enjoyed our little weekend getaway. The MRT was nice to have since we brought our dogs. Communication with property manager was responsive to any questions we had. Would recommend for others!

Wonderful spot to vacation in wabasha! This unit is equipped with everything you need. Located just blocks from downtown wabasha. Trail takes you right there. This unit is attached to another unit and can be noisier if the neighbors are loud. We really loved our time there and can't wait to do it again!

It was very clean. We used the grill the first night. We also enjoyed the fire pit and walking trails. Perfect size for our family of 4 and 2 large dogs. Food and water bowls as well as leashes were provided. My only recommendation would be to have an inside broom. We’ll be back for sure!!

The property was just a minute walk to the marina. Convenient for me to walk our dog down the town walking path while my husband trailered our fishing boat to the marina. So easy to come back in the heat of the day for some cool air conditioning and a lunch before heading out on the river again. Connie had all the amenities we needed included treats for our dog to shampoo and conditioner stocked in the bathroom. She even had tea bags for my evening cup of tea. A very relaxing stay located so close to the Mississippi River!

Fresh, clean, updated, complete kitchen, lots of windows, wonderful and warm gas fireplace. Thoughtfully outfitted with nice dishes, implements, towels and bed linens. Soothing color scheme. (Very close to marina, so probably not quiet in peak summer, but really quiet in winter, which is what we wanted,) did I mention EAGLES!?!?

Loved staying here! Listed as a studio, it has plenty of room. Loved the gas fireplace and jetted tub. It's a super convenient location with an easy walk to downtown and the Eagle Center, and right next to the boat launch and marina. Would definitely stay again!

The rental process was so easy! When we arrived everything was ready for our stay - complimentary coffee in the fridge, bedroom ready to just plop on the bed, and nice amenities in the bathroom. We truly relaxed and shed the hustle and bustle of busy schedules, deadlines, paperwork, IT issues, etc. etc. etc. Very convenient location for visiting some of our friends, shops, and leisurely drives. We will definitely be back!!! Thank you.
