Huge house with plenty of room for everyone to sleep. Great old time charm in this place. Huge backyard and plenty of parking and extremely easy to find and access - right on the main drag of the town. Easily walk to great restaurants too!! If you have a large group this is the place for you!

We enjoyed our stay for 8 of us. We would suggest that the one back bedroom get better HVAC as it was a bit too warm to stay in there. The outdoor furniture was too rusty to sit on without getting stains on your clothes. The rest of the house was great. Thank you for the use of it

We had a wonderful stay at this home. The house had everything we needed for our family to enjoy a beautiful weekend together. From board games, a spacious yard with a fire pit to a kitchen supplied with everything we needed.
Thank you for sharing your home with us.

Our three generational group of seven needed a place to stay for our son’s wedding. This beautiful home provided all the space and conveniences we needed. Thoughtful little touches here and there made this a welcoming home away from home for our weekend. The house was well appointed with all the basics and even so many extras that many rentals don’t provide. Paper goods, bathroom products, games, books, coffee, and a welcome treat, too! A real blessing was the hook in the entryway by the washer and dryer where I was able to hang a long formal dress to steam it. Communication with our host was very responsive. We wish we could have stayed longer and had time to explore the town which is the setting for the movie “Grumpy Old Men”. Thank you for leaving the DVD of that movie, and yes, we did watch it! Overall 10 out of 10. Would recommend.

This house is a beautiful, well-kept property. The host's thought of everything to make our stay delightful. The family has been through some rough months this year, and greatly needed this mini vacation. This property was a welcome time to relax.

My girlfriends and I stayed for two nights over St. Patrick's Day weekend. There were 8 if us and we all had sleeping space and plenty of room to hang out. Wabasha is a cute town with some nice bars and things to do. The house was very charming and had tons of character. Everything was clean. When I had questions for the owners, they were very responsive. They also supplied most of what you need for a weekend that many other VRBOs don't supply. We all enjoyed our stay and would recommend this place.

We had a group of 5 adults. This home is charming and lovely - a perfect location for getting outside and enjoying all Lake Pepin has to offer. We cycled about 30 miles per day and headed to Treasure Island Casino Saturday night for a Trampled by Turtles concert. The hosts are wonderfully accommodating. We plan to visit again in the spring!

Upon arrival we were amazed! The property was within walking distance to major attractions.

Our weekend stay here was amazing!! Communication ahead of time was perfect, and once we got there, we realized that the house was set up with everything we needed. They had all the right cooking needs, paper products, toilet paper, Kleenex, etc., lawn chairs, outside, fire pit, etc. Everything was stocked and ready to go. There were 13 of us, and everyone had a place to sleep, the beds were comfortable, directions were out on how to use everything, and our family had a great time. We specifically used the yard a lot to play yard games, and had an amazing fire. MJ is great to work with, and we really enjoyed our stay. Thank you for everything!

Great house and great location! Very clean, blackout curtains on bedroom windows, and lots of hooks for bath towels -- they thought of everything. Check in and out was easy -- communication was great. Thank you!

I couldn't recommend this house and location more strongly. The home is very well appointed with thoughtful consideration for the needs of those that would stay there. Also, the town has the National Eagle Center and so much more to recommend it. I loved being walking distance from the river. Biking, boating, antiquing, etc. It's well worth a trip for a family gathering, office retreat or even if it's just the two of you.

We came to town for the Grumpy Old Man Festival, sort of a late decision so happened upon this newly listed property as the only close accommodation. It couldn’t have been more perfect for our group. Plenty of space with everything we needed. We were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go. The property owners helped to make our stay enjoyable with extra touches such as a copy of the Grumpy Old Man Movie, an event schedule and a few snacks. Really liked this charming old house. Lots of space to sit around the table and play games, they even had a cabinet full of games available. Would stay again.
