Everything was excellent at this property from beds, bathrooms, cleanliness, communication, etc! Lots of little things to make it feel very homey and welcoming. Thank you Lynn!!!

The property was perfect for the golf group of 7. Admittedly we are a 60+ crowd so a 10 pm lights out was perfect for us after a round of golf and dinner.
The house was clean, well kept, efficient and well stocked. All the guys were very pleased with their comfort. The downstairs is self sufficient with a full bath and large kitchenette.
The outside was porch was perfect for sitting out for morning coffee.
The neighborhood is quite, clean and well kept as well. Actually a very beautiful neighborhood.
We did not walk to any restaurants, but the area has a wide choice within a 5/10 minute drive. Street traffic is light and parking easy.
The host was very responsive and attentive.
Had a wonderful stay....thank you.

The was and amazing place to stay in Louisville. The property was 15 minutes away from all of the tourist attractions and the basement quickly became an amazing hang out spot for everyone. I would recommend this property to anyone who is looking.

I needed a place to accommodate 5 family members from ages to 30 to 80 years old. Basically 3 generations of family. This place was amazing. Lynn was very responsive when questions came up. Great communication ! She has great pride in her home. Very clean and well maintained. The kitchen and back porch was our main hang out. We felt very comfortable and the neighbors are friendly.

We were visiting for a volleyball tournament and prefer to find a home rather than hotel. Very lucky to find this property and this owner. Home was perfectly as described with enough space for two small families to make a long weekend feel relaxing. We had 4 adults and 3 teenagers and the home felt spacious with enough room for all of us. The back patio gives the impression of more total space to sit and relax. We were right around the corner from great eats and only a 10 minute drive from downtown and the Ohio River region. Lynn was very responsive with any question we had, mainly our questions were about food spots and her recommendations were spot on. Thanks for a great weekend.

We really annoyed our stay at Deer Park. We had 2 couples in for a long weekend for Bourbon tastings. The property was clean and fully stocked. There was every appliance needed, plenty of plates, silverware, cups, etc. We didn’t have to run the dishwasher until we left! There were plenty of condiments in the refrigerator, but we didn’t use them, although we did borrow some coffee. Lynn was an incredibly gracious host and we had drinks together in the kitchen one evening. There were plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms, so both couples were able to be completely separate. The house was well decorated and very homey. Overall, we loved our stay and highly recommend it.

The experience was a pleasant one. Plenty of space for our group of six. The artistic and historic nature of the home and neighborhood were right up our ally. Lynn was a pleasure to communicate with and quick with responses.
We would absolutely stay here again.

Excellent location, very comfortable and everything we needed for a wonderful weekend with family

Nice "family home" open to visitors--"4 separate bedrooms" was ideal for our group! Only disconcerting point was that owner lives in lower level and has the same entry point. She strived to be unobtrusive upon entry, however, and it was fine. Close to Bardstown Road with many options and also a short drive to other areas around Louisville. Great place!

Comfortable and accommodating
We rented this for friends traveling from out of state to be with a relative in the hospital. Lynn was very kind and accommodating.

Location was perfect
House was very nice. We were unaware the house shared a common entrance with the basement apartment. The access to the basement was inside the main part of the home. The homeowner was staying in the basement during our stay which we were not aware of before we stayed there. There weren't any problems but it certainly caught us off guard. Otherwise it was a nice home.

Really great location. Property has everything you need - beds, tv, small kitchen, and really nice bathroom. We were even able to do some laundry during our stay.

Nice home in a great location!

Slight confusion on listing, which should be corrected. Mentioned two bedrooms, but actually two beds in one open studio floor plan. Host inmediately solved the issue. Pictures clearly show one open studio with two beds, so pictures clearly show actual layout. We should have clarified the discrepancy. Will definitely stay here again.

Enjoyable Louisville Weekend
We had a wonderful long weekend at this property. Lynn was extremely nice and easy to communicate with during our stay. She has a delightful home in a very nice neighborhood. We enjoyed exploring the surrounding area and local establishments. The house is very spacious for 4 guests (plus our dog) which gave us plenty of room to spread out and relax in the evenings.

Beautiful Home
Lynn was very responsive and professional. The house is immaculate. This is a home, with lots of art and lovely decor. The rooms upstairs are very private. Lynn lives downstairs, which is where the laundry is located. The host is on the premises downstairs and once we learned that, we were careful to be quiet at night. Luckily, we had a family member in the neighborhood - the reason for our stay - and so we had all of our dinners and evening activities there. We had a very early flight home, so were worried about waking Lynn at 4:00am when we left. The other surprise, which was no fault of Lynn's, is that this entire neighborhood, while conveniently close to the airport - and it is a very nice and safe neighborhood for walking - starting about 5am, there are jets flying overhead frequently. Someone said they are UPS jets. I don't suppose there are any places to stay in that area without that feature, and since the location was so close to our family member's house, we were glad to be there, but the jets are pretty constant at an early hour.
The nearby Bardstown Rd shopping district is full of eclectic shops and restaurants and we also enjoyed that and wished we could have spent for time exploring that. We had about a 12 minute drive down to the YMCA where some of us took cross fit and body pump classes, some swam, and some used the elliptical and treadmills - a friendly, nice facility. Some of us went to the Muhammed Ali Center and really loved it - but cautioned that there is so much to take in that at least two hours or more should be planned. All in all this is a lovely home in a safe neighborhood near a charming shopping district.

Great neighborhood
Lynn was very nice and helpful. The place was beautiful. It would have been nice to know prior to check In that there were shared spaces with other tenants. But overall great location.
