Overall the condo was very nice and met our needs. It was decorated very nicely and beachy. The location is perfect to get around, it’s not quite the busiest area and easy to get around and avoid a lot of the traffic. We would likely stay here again. This was our 2nd stay at Longbeach but the 1st in this unit. We were there for the 4th of July and the beach was definitely lit up with fireworks from both the fireworks shot off at the pier, which we could also see the ones from Pier Park and other guests. Just a note about the doors to the deck, they are extremely heavy and very difficult to open from the outside.

Condo as good as advertised….spacious, all the amenities, big balcony, fabulous view of beach, sea, and sunsets. Very quiet, even during spring break, just the soothing sound of the surf. Beach pristine clean and not crowded. Building secure and convenient to grocery stores, restaurants and entertainment. We would definitely stay here again.

The booking was easy. Bill Pederson gave us all the check=in and out information. Upon arrival the condo was very clean and as pictured on the internet. The mattress and bedding very comfortable. The kitchen was adequately equipped. The decor and furniture up to date and comfortable. The balcony views were gorgeous and liked the high back balcony furniture. We would like to rent again.

Condo was good. Was a issue with mattress cover on pull out coach, but other then that it was great. Water and beach were beautiful. Couldn’t have asked for a better week of weather. We will definitely be renting from Bill Pedersen again, but probably one of his larger units.

The main complaint I had was with the cleanliness of the condo. Dust was everywhere. The ceiling fan in the bedroom was covered. I couldn’t use the fan due to not wanting to spread all the dust around. The bathroom was not very clean. The doorknob to the bedroom fell off several times and needs maintenance. Going with a keyless lock would be easier for both parties. You do not want to enjoy a vacation and then get home and have to make sure u send keys and wrist bands back. Vacations should be hassle free. Just my opinion! Other than that the view was Great!!! Really enjoyed having an opening to the outside patio from the bedroom & livingroom.

We enjoyed our stay at PCB ,the weather was alittle on the chilly side for most of our trip but that was ok .The condo was nice ,the water pressure in kitchen was not the best and some of the pots and pans are old but the bed is super comfortable and the view is amazing .Bill was very easy to communicate with as well .

This unit has plumbing issues. Upon arrival, we found the toilet would not flush properly. After contacting the property manager, a maintenance man came and corrected this issue. Later, when I took a shower, the tub drain was not draining properly. By the time I finished my shower, I was standing in water over my feet.

This property was very nice. It was fairly newly painted and clean. The description fit for what we got. Bill was easy to work with and it's a great location for walking to many restaurants. The kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans and utensils so no matter what you were cooking they provided it.

Property was great all around. Clean. Easy to get in and out. Some things within walking distance. Only negative to whole trip was we hit it just as a tropical storm was coming ashore and churned up the ocean so we never got to see the beautiful clear waters we had heard so much about. That was very disapointing.

Excellent location, beautiful beach, great reliable management! Enjoyed fishing off the pier! Advice to future guests- bring your own blankets, there were just sheets on the bed. We had to buy one. Other than that, everything was great! We’ll definitely come again soon !

We loved the condo and its location. We really enjoyed the beach being so close and having the beach chairs. Beng able to walk to restaurants was great! The condo was clean when we arrived. And Bill was so wonderful to communicate with. He answered all our questions very quickly. We will definitely be staying here again.
