About this house rental
Want to walk to the golf course? Sit outside with views of the golf course at the Scratch Pub and enjoy lunch and a drink? Lounge in the beautiful backyard pool or gather in the spa? Or do you just want to enjoy a family or friend gathering in a gorgeous open plan single level house? All these are easily done at this beautiful house in the gorgeous subdivision of Augusta Ranch!
When you first pull up to this beautiful house you will notice there is plenty of parking on the driveway and in the two car garage to accommodate all the guests.
Enter the home through the front door and you will be greeted by a beautiful open floor plan with a seating area and a TV to relax and enjoy a movie or where the kids can hook up their gaming system to. There is a half wall separating that area from another seating area with another TV if the adults want to watch some thing different or just enjoy each other’s company and have a nice conversation. This area is also part of the kitchen cooking area so everyone can be involved. You will also have views of the beautiful yard from there and enjoy the site of the pool and the spa. PLEASE NOTE! Pool/Spa can be heated with additional charge of $75 a night. The spa is soaker spa and does not have jets
The kitchen is fully stocked and recently renovated with new appliances and cabinetry. There is a beautiful island you can prepare food or sit around and have a glass of wine and a nice conversation with whoever is doing the cooking. The kitchen is fully stocked to make sure you have everything you need for food preparation including keurig and regular coffee maker. There is a large dining table across from the front room sitting area which will easily seat eight people.
The beautiful master bedroom with a king bed is located just around the wall from the kitchen. There is a huge attached bathroom private to the master bedroom. This gives that room separation from the other side of the house where the three spare bedrooms are. The master bedroom also has window views of the backyard highlighting the pool and the spa also.
On the opposite side of the house you have three additional spare bedrooms. There is a full bathroom in their hallway to accommodate those bedrooms. The three bedrooms have the following bed configurations:
2 queen rooms and
1 room with a twin bunkbed and a twin single bed
Step out into the beautiful backyard and either relax on one of the chaise lounges or chairs around the pool to get some sun and possibly enjoy reading a book. The kids will love the pool and the adults will love the spa, there is the possibility of heating the pool and the spa for the cooler months for an additional cost per day to cover the gas cost. Pool and spa are one unit so both need to be heated if you wanted to use either. When you book please send a message you would like to add the pool/spa heat to your booking and it would be $75 additional per day. During the evenings you can sit around on the comfortable patio furniture and turn the fire pit on to create a nice relaxing ambience.
One of the great features is the location of this home because you can walk within a couple of blocks directly to the golf course for a round of golf or simply to enjoy The Scratch Pub which has great food, or sit on their outside patio overlooking the golf course! You are also only blocks away from some excellent restaurants and a lot of shopping. Access to the freeways are also within about 1 mile for either the 60 freeway or the 202. Both of these will get you anywhere you need to be in Arizona: you could be in downtown Scottsdale within about 30 minutes. Sky harbor airport is also about 30 minutes away. The Mesa Gateway Airport is only approx 10 minutes. Also within a few hours you can get to Flagstaff, Sedona and some of the beautiful towns in the north and the west. ASU is approx a 25 minutes drive.
(Please note if you order the pool heat it would have to be for the entire stay because it takes so much energy to get the pool up the temperature). Also please note there is a Ring Doorbell and an outside camera on the garage to monitor the exterior of the home. Thx!

We stayed here for a swim meet that was nearby. The location was perfect for us and it was great to have the golf club restaurant nearby for quick food options. The property is very clean and well maintained. The host is super responsive and gave us a plentiful list of restaurant recommendations. I apppreciate that the listing is accurate and that the home is set up well (not cluttered or too much personal stuff) and stocked for VRBO. The two car garage was great given the summer heat.

We selected this home since it was close to our son’s family. Mark was so great to work with from beginning to end. Not only is the home clean and beautiful, it had a great layout. There are two different family room areas to hang out so everyone could have their favorite TV show or sports game to watch. The kitchen had everything we needed and was very well stocked. The beds were comfortable and room for everyone. And the backyard was amazing! There were a lot of extra touches put into this home. We will definitely come back to stay another time.

Such a great experience from start to end. Fully stocked (even with children plates/cups, highchair, pack and play, and pool toys). Owner was so nice, accommodating, and responded very quickly. We loved the location of the house and felt safe with our little ones. The yard was perfect and the pool/spa was very clean. We will absolutely be booking this again when we are in town next.

This was my first VBRO experience. I was very anxious to book. Now we I’m a huge fan. Super clean. My daughter usually will not touch the surfaces at hotels. She loved this place. Great communication with the owner. The space was clean and uncluttered. Our four soccer girls were able to soak in the spa at night after their games. The beds were comfortable and the area was close to everything. When we go to Arizona again we will try to book here.

We stayed in this beautiful home while visiting Mesa for a wedding. Location was great, quiet neighborhood, close to the Mesa airport and many great hikes nearby. The house was very clean with comfortable beds. Lots of towels and hairdryer were available.

The house was perfect for us and our family. We had the water heater go out and they fixed it the same day on a holiday weekend. We were very impressed with this home, loved the pool and jacuzzi most, and really appreciated the communication throughout the trip!

We were in town for a wedding and decided to extend our trip for a little relaxation in the sun. We had a party of four, but could have easily been comfortable with several more people there. The place was really clean and the kitchen had everything we needed. The backyard with the pool, spa and fire was amazing! We paid to heat the pool and it was definitely worth it. Communication with Mark was excellent - he was very quick to respond. The only issue we had was when the spa stopped heating. It was a bummer, but Mark was very apologetic and had the pool guy out first thing Monday morning and it worked fine for the rest of our stay. I would definitely stay here again if we return to Mesa!!

This place was exactly what was posted and even more! The pool PERFECT the house PERFECT! Seating in the backyard was clean and comfy. So much seating in the house with couches and dining room tables. It literally has everything and more! Super fantastic host, very communicative with quick responses, as I did have a ton of questions. Happy I was able to find extra linens in the hallway. Very close to Bell Park Bank which is where my daughters tournament was being held. When I come back for another tournament I am totally booking this house again.

Perfect place for a family to visit Mesa.
We were in town for a training at the Legacy Sports complex for a week. It was two adults and 3 children. The house is absolutely perfect for a nice and peaceful retreat after a long busy day of games and training. The house is light and bright and extremely clean. It also has small touches that made it feel like a nice hotel such as high quality linens and towels. The kitchen has everything you could need to cook a decent meal. The pool is lovely and provided for a fun time for the kids and was kid friendly. Personally I loved being able to see the whole pool from inside so I could keep an eye on the kids. The neighborhood is safe and has great walking trails, you can walk for miles and miles on safe sidewalk trails. There is a great grocery store 2 minutes away and many restaurants, the location is terrific. The manager is extremely responsive, we needed something for the pool and it was there the next morning. He responded to any questions within minutes. Next time we are back in Mesa this is the place we are staying!

We did not do any cooking in the house but we did use the dishes. The pool and spa were great. Very detailed usage instructions. Very clean and beautiful. Probably the easiest house to pack and leave from. We did not have too many things to do for the owner. When we communicated Mark responded rapidly. Highly recommend and if i come back to see my brother again i will try and get this house.

Great communication and nice place. Would definitely stay here again. Only change that would be nice is TV in master. None of the bedrooms have a TV but wasn’t a huge deal for us.
