We hope you see B Street to have a timeless charm and cozy comfort that is unlike any other place you have stayed. Her history goes way back, not just another house in another subdivision. She’s a place you bring your family or closest friends to gather and make memories. To slow down and spend time exploring CDA or all the Northern Idaho has to offer.
More than anything we hope you appreciate the one-of-a-kind yard. 100 years of old growth create a sanctuary of privacy away from the hustle and bustle of life regardless of season. Winters can be impressive. Northern Idaho often experiences an abundance of snow that provide for epic skiing and winter sports! The snow is needed for amazing lakeside summers. When the weather is still cool, flip on the electric furnace and grab a good book, a beverage and cozy throw and curl up on the sofa. Spring is exciting, the tulips pop up and the trees are covered in tiny flowers. Don’t let the weather slow you down, go for a walk around the neighborhood and land at Capones or another great downtown restaurant (use the umbrella if needed). Watch the squirrels come out and provide fun background entertainment. Summers here are epic! The trees and shrubs fill in and create an oasis that is hard to leave. Go on easy walks or bike rides to the lake to enjoy the beach, shops, dining and more activities.
Spend time on the covered deck unwinding and relaxing at its best. Warming up by the fire table or bbq and cool off in the provided shade. The evenings, when the Edison lights come on and the yard is a glow, is a perfect time to enjoy with loved ones, catching up around the table. You would be challenged to find a prettier outdoor space of your own downtown! Kids of all ages enjoy the large yard, having their own space downstairs and the carriage shed playing ping-pong.

We very much enjoyed our time in this lovely home. As a family of four, we had more than enough space. Our whole family enjoyed playing the games on hand, and my children loved having the basement space to themselves. Though we had no issues, the owner was so thoughtful to check in before, during, and after our stay. We would highly recommend this home and would stay again on a return trip.

Our family needed a cozy place to stay for a few days in Coe’ur d’Alene. This home did not disappoint. Plenty of room inside (and outside) for our family to spread out. Safeway (grocery) is walking distance, as is downtown CdA. It’s located in a neighborhood where older homes are being remodeled and updated. We felt safe at all times to be out and about. Pickleball courts are nearby—both to the south (Memorial Field) and to the east (Cherry Hill Park)… an unexpected bonus for us!
The property manager was very responsive and helpful. It’s a nice property in an even better location. Would recommend!

Wow.
Clean, cozy, so many beautiful little touches for kids, from reading Where The Red Fern Grows, to playing Scrabble, to sitting around the outdoor fire table, our family loved our visit. This home was so special and was exactly what we were looking for. Fast and friendly responses from the owner. Couldn’t have asked for better!

We had a wonderful time at this house. It was very clean, and a short drive from both the lake and shopping. Well furnished and lots of character. My son really enjoyed the basketball game downstairs. Would definitely recommend!

Such a beautiful and quaint property in a great location. Big gorgeous yard and patio, so many amenities and ample room for our family of 5. Basement perfect for kids to hang and the ping pong table, bikes, spike ball, and lake supplies were much appreciated. Fully stocked kitchen and nice inside and outside dining areas. Newly remodeled bathrooms were so nice and entire house decorated beautifully, one of the best Vrbos we’ve ever stayed at. Great communication with host who made sure we had everything we needed, highly recommend for a quiet stay in beautiful CDA!

This was my first time in a VRBO. I was worried we would get there and be disappointed. It was quite the opposite. Very well taken care of and clean. I felt like I never left home. We spent alot of time on the patio in the beautiful backyard. It was well worth it and Ashlyn was very attentive. She wanted nothing but the best for our experience. I would highly recommend

This is one of the best rentals we've stayed at over the years. It's a short walk to the lake and grocery store. The back yard is very relaxing and huge - plenty of room to enjoy the beautiful setting. We had some relatives over for a BBQ and there's plenty of space, either indoors or out to entertain. The house is spotless and very well stocked. The kitchen had all the gadgets we needed and the bathrooms contained good quality toiletries. We hope to be able to stay here again when we're in the area. Lastly, if you have any questions during your visit, the host is VERY responsive. We appreciated that. You will be pleasantly surprised if you choose this rental. Enjoy!

This house was perfect. Home, yard, location and extras such as games, beach items and laundry make this truly a “home away from home”! Coeur d’Alene has much to offer all ages and we were able to enjoy it all. It was especially great for us to have our adult children and grandson together for a week of fun and activities

This historic home has been beautifully updated. The result is unique, charming, fresh, clean and comfortable. Our party of 6 included 4 adults and 2 teens. We enjoyed our stay! The beds and pillows were extremely comfortable. We were pleasantly surprised the house remained fairly cool despite the August heat, thanks to 2 window AC units. The kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked with all we needed and there was a lot of open storage space for things we brought from home. Several other small details also made the stay exceptional compared to other homes we've rented, including tissues, toiletries, extra linens and plenty of towel bars/hooks. The beautiful outdoor space was spacious and relaxing. We enjoyed breakfast and evening conversations on the back porch. We would highly recommend this home. It is a wonderful place to spend quality time together and is close to all the CDA activities visitors will want to enjoy. Just be aware the basement bedroom does not have a door and the stairs are near the kitchen, so light and/or late sleepers may want to run a fan (the house already has some) or stay in one of the upstairs rooms. Thanks to Ashlyn, our host, for providing this a wonderful place for us to make lifelong memories with friends.

We loved the attention to detail in this home. The backyard is breathtaking and the home was perfect for relaxing, cooking meals together, and close enough to walk to many great shops in Midtown. The property manager was responsive and proactive. We would come again!

This place will forever hold a special place in our hearts. The hosts were amazing, responsive and friendly. We would definitely love to return . The location is perfect , the backyard is stunning and where we spent most of our time playing and relaxing. The house is close to all activities. The most incredibly comfortable beds. (I have inquired on where to purchase the mattress and sheets) You won’t be disappointed. Book without hesitation

Beautiful backyard getaway
This property is as cute and welcoming as the pictures. This was probably the cleanest place my family has ever stayed at. We loved sitting out back and enjoying the park like yard/landscape while the kids played. Plus it was a quick walk to CDA parks and shops. Would totally stay here again.

Perfect Spot for Family R&R - CLEAN!!!
We LOVE Coeur D’Alene, and this home made this summer’s stay even more enjoyable. We stay at a lot of VRBOs and this home is my new favorite. The home is perfectly appointed for relaxing with family. The kitchen is perfectly appointed and well stocked for cooking. The weather was a little cool and rainy, but since there were amenities at the house for our kiddos we didn't mind the time indoors. The bikes were our favorite part. We rented a couple extra for our kiddos (13 & 9) a couple blocks from the house, so that was super easy. We biked into town to enjoy the beach and local spots for goodies. We also hit the Centennial Trail, which is very easy to access from the house. We spent a day on a boat and the towels and cooler bag were so great to have. In prior visits I have had to pack those items from home. The beds and linens were perfect. My hubby doesn't sleep well and he said he got some of the best sleeps at the house. The photos online don’t do justice for the yard. It is an oasis and so lovely for coffee, or any time, on the porch. We will be back!

Quaint, clean and comfy
Tastefully decorated and well-appointed home with a garden-like backyard. We were in town with extended family and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Coffee on the deck in mornings was very peaceful and relaxing. Well stocked with additional amenities in kitchen. Host is very communicative and pleasant, we’ll be back!
