New to the vacation rental market this second story, spacious and graciously appointed condo at Front Street Village in Beaufort is both beautiful and functional. You will love the location, it's just a short walk to the 34º North restaurant and Beaufort Hotel and minutes from the beautiful Beaufort waterfront. Public boat launch is within walking distance. Boaters love this destination, you can launch your boat nearby and store your trailer across the street. Call the number below for reservations, and ask about dockage availability. With two bedrooms on the main floor, kitchen and living room it's perfect for entertaining. Upstairs is a recreation room featuring a large smart TV, table for puzzles, games or cards. There is also a third bedroom upstairs and two bunks in the alcove for additional sleeping. Enjoy your coffee on the balcony or brunch at 34º North your options are endless. Have a boat? Bring it! We enjoyed our stay in Beaufort at BB's! We love the balcony view of the lawn and seeing the harbor in the distance. We also enjoyed the Adirondack chairs. However, we were disappointed by the condition of the unit upon arrival. The upstairs smelled very musty, and the downstairs had a strong chemical smell and the floors were sticky. The sofa was covered in dog hair. The bath towels were thin and low quality. The upstairs bathroom did not have a bath mat for the shower, and there were no hand towels. There was an empty Food Lion water bottle under the bed. There were lots of food crumbs in the silverware tray. We also found broken glass on the porch. We may return in the future because we like the location and the building, but the poor maintenance of the home may lead us to look elsewhere next time.

They attention to detail in this place is amazing. It is truly beautiful. Communication with the property management was easy. Location is right across from the Beaufort Hotel which made walking to the wedding were attended easy and convenient. Would stay again !

We had a great stay- we were in town for a wedding and this place was just perfect for our family of 6. All instructions were clear and the place was well maintained and had all we needed. The only issue we had was with noise form the boat storage facility next door- there was a lot of loud noise starting very early in the morning. This is why I gave location only 4 stars. Otherwise- wonderful.

We enjoyed our second stay at the comfy and beautiful home! We were just disappointed that the coffee pot for the KitchenAid Coffee maker was missing, so we had to use the tiny one instead. We were also thought it was very bizarre and unfortunate that management only provides 1 kitchen trash bag (the one that's in the can when you get there). They won't give you even 1 extra bag. This is very odd, since they provide multiple toilet paper rolls, towels, washcloths, vacuum, cleaning supplies etc. Besides that, we enjoyed the home and are excited to return next year!

This home is perfect for two families of 4 as one family was upstairs and one was down stairs. Having the boat ramp next door and being able to keep your boat on a gated lot as part of the package made boating on the Crystal Coast a breeze.

This is a beautiful property with everything that we needed for our stay. The house is thoughtfully appointed and beautifully decorated, and the host was immediately responsive to any questions we had. It was a perfect size for our eight-person family and allowed us to bring our dogs as well. There is plenty of room for both family time and for privacy and is well situated near 34 North restaurant and Beaufort and all its attractions. We highly recommend this property and look forward to visiting again in the future!

The house was beautiful and very spacious. Three bedrooms each with their own full bathroom, two living room areas, and another bunk bed in one of the living areas. Everything was like new. Surrounding area was very quiet.

Excellent Location, Excellent Accommodations, Excellent Host
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Our family had come to go deep seafishing and the Accommodations were super nice!! Very Spacious!!!!!The only drawback: the website didn't state this was an upstairs unit. We are senior citizens with some having physical disabilities and having to encounter the stairs each day was a chore. For someone in a wheelchair, that would have been disastrous!!! Please update your listing to reflect the unit be is located on the second floor with additional stairs to get to some of the bedrooms!

The property is clean and very comfortable - furnishings all look brand new. The location offers pool access at the Beaufort Hotel, as well as the ability to walk to eat at their restaurant and to the convenience store at the adjacent marina. You are minutes away from the main area in town and about 15 min from the beach. This home is beautiful and very comfortable. We loved it.

Green condo stay
This condo was nice to stay in. I was here with my sister and some friends and we enjoyed hanging out on the porch the most. I wish the porch was a little bit more comfy but the weather was nice and we still enjoyed it. The cando is in the parking lot of 34 North which had its pros and cons. Cons: sometimes parking was hard but only sometimes, we didn’t have much privacy. Pros: our friends were able to pick us up at the dock to go to the Cape, we were close to Front St. Overall this property is nice but not on the water. If you have access to a boat the dock right there is nice but I recommend bringing a wagon for coolers and such to get to the dock. Half of us would totally stay here again.

Our family of 8 had a nephew’s wedding to attend in Moorehead City. This house was beautiful, clean & plenty of room for all of us. It was also quiet & located close to Beaufort, which has plenty of cool things to see & do. I highly recommend staying here. Tracy was very courteous & helpful.
