We were so fortunate to have found this historical property! We were blown away by the interior of the home. It was perfect for my 80-year-old mother who used a walker in that she used the parlor room as her bedroom. There was also a bathroom on the floor first floor that she could use with a shower. We loved the sliding doors that you could close in The parlor room and the dining room. There were so many antique pieces, and historical design. We loved the doorbell! (No hints, you will have to stay there to see it!). We had many Yahtzee games on the dining room table. We haven’t had such a good night sleep in years until we slept on the king size bedroom.if this home. Amazing comfort overall! This wonderful home has everything you need and location was perfect for us! We felt like we were living the dream in Savannah!

We were very impressed! There are three bedrooms, all upstairs. Downstairs parlor area has a daybed that lets out into a comfy queen size bed. House was equipped with everything we needed. I think all we bought was coffee. Very safe neighborhood with our own parking spots with locked gate. Nice big washer and dryer. Will def stay again!

My friends and I planned a trip down for St. Patrick’s day. This house was the perfect size, place, and location. It was so cute inside and outside. My sister and I are from Savannah, but letting my friends get to experience it in the way we did was perfect

Absolute prime location to get around Savannah. Easily walkable attractions and food/drinks. The host was so amazing! She was very communicative and answered every question I asked her. We would definitely stay here again in the future! Highly recommend!

As a family, what we enjoyed most about this house was the large kitchen with a very large island where we congregated

The Huntington Pink House was wonderful! It was immaculate, clean, historic, plenty of resources to plan our stay. It was very well furnished down to every detail. Loved the electronic welcome board, which also had a lot of tips! We were close enough to walk to a lot and also close to the trolley stop. Would highly recommend- it was delightful!

This beautiful house is in a great location, close to Forsyth Park and walkable to many restaurants and sites. Very comfortable for 3 couples with a very large kitchen. Limited staples, but a Kroger close by.

This property checks all the boxes! This home is beautiful, charming , and so comfortable. We took advantage of all the amazing restaurants so we didn’t use the kitchen much, but it was better equipped than my own. We were guaranteed a good night’s sleep with the quiet neighborhood and comfy beds. The 2 parking spots are great to have and there was also plenty of street parking to accommodate us. Great location just a few short blocks to Forsyth Park. We will definitely stay here again on any future visits.
We did have the need to call management the last night there as we had a big ceiling leak in the kitchen after a day of rain. It didn’t affect our stay and I’m confident it was taken care of after our departure.

We had a great sister reunion weekend here. Could walk to many great places and the kitchen/dining/living areas offered plenty of space. Was glad to have a full bath and sleeping space downstairs for our elderly mom too!

We came to Savannah for a tournament at the Convention Center. The house was very spacious and beds were very comfortable even be daybed on the first floor. The location was perfect for younger ones so we could play at the park. The Kroger was a short walk and we found everything we needed. to eat meals in The kitchen was very well stocked and the best I have rented. A plus was the island kitchen with 7 seats and a great place to gather and eat or talk . The parking in the back of the house on the alley was another reason we chose this property. It proved to be a great addition since we made many trips to the convention center at various times of the day. It was perfect and we will rent again next year .

We had a great time here. Walkable to everything, clean, spacious well stocked kitchen. The only negative is this says it’s a 4 bedroom house. Please note - the “4th bedroom” is the parlor downstairs. It does have pocket doors and a daybed but we were very surprised this could be listed as an actual bedroom. We had to move furniture around and close the doors every night/morning because it’s really part of the family/living room area and not an actual bedroom.

Great location, 2 blocks from Kroger and coffee shop - secure - multiple coffee makers, washer/dryer, very comfortable beds. Loved it!

Our stay was delightful. We were pleased to find the house as good as advertised. The kitchen was particularly well equipped & the kitchen counter made a great venue to share stories & recount the years. Our only beef was that the bath towels were skimpy & not of great quality

We loved staying at this house. The location was perfect for strolls around the beautiful historic area. The house was beautiful and spacious enough for our family of 7 to have plenty of room. The house has been preserved so well and is furnished very comfortably.

As a fancier of architectural design, the extravagant Victorian exterior of this home and authentic interior touches (entry vestibule, six fireplaces, heart pine floors, living area pocket doors, transom windows) take me to the 1900 era when I assume this house and others around it were built. Only the cars out front seem out of place. They should be horse drawn carriages.
I sampled the owners library of books on Savannah places, gardens, cooking, and personages. Of particular interest is Countess Huntingdon (for whom the street is named) who sponsored the work of Methodist evangelicals George Whitfield and James Wesley in the American colonies.
My favorite space in the house is the front porch on which we spent evenings listening to birds and cicadas and sounds of the city. Here in the shaded porch we could feel even the slightest summer breeze.
We peered into the making of a movie being filmed at the intersection of East Huntingdon and Price. Mickey Roark was a featured actor.
This is a walking city in which friendly neighbors are strolling by and have stories and advice they love to share. Thanks to them I now have a short list of 4 roof top bars to visit in the historic district as well a short list of must visit restaurants.
We had a great stay and will return.

Great location
This was a great place to stay. Close to everything. The beds are amazing. The only thing I had a problem with listing it as 4 bedrooms. It’s more like 3 and extra day bed if needed in living room area. Other than that I will recommend it to all my friends and family.

Beautiful property
Absolutely loved this adorable townhome! Beautiful home and great location. The kitchen was set up with plenty of kitchen appliances and gadgets to make meals and bake goodies. The beds were very comfortable and soft. Great home for a mini getaway!

Our stay here was comfortable and relaxing. There was a good supply of everything we needed; utensils, cookware, linen and towels. We were a group of 8 and there was plenty of room for everyone to not feel crowded.
The neighborhood was safe and quiet. The parking was a hassle but expected.

Fun stay with friends and our small kids
This house was stunningly beautiful (such lovely art work), spacious, clean, and a delightful view into downtown Savannah. We had the perfect mix of privacy with the backyard and quiet rooms, and walkability to squares, parks, museums, restaurants and more. With two families we all had plenty of space to gather and spread out and also to retreat to private spaces. We could not have loved the space more and would love to return. Our host was highly communicative and so helpful. Highly recommend!

Better options in Savannah than this place
Had many issues with the trip & this rental property. Upon arriving, we realized it was a 3 bedroom house but it is advertised as a 4 bedroom. The 4th room is a living room with day bed. If you have a few kids, it might be ok, but with 4 adult couples it wasn’t ideal. We also had an infestation of little black bugs in one of the upstairs bedrooms.
The next door neighbor was the real issue. Apparently called the owner & cops our first night saying we had 10 people on the porch and being loud. We only had 4 people outside and were out there for 20 minutes. If cops came, we were already asleep. For the next two days, the neighbor made everyone uncomfortable. Would stare at us from her porch while we were getting in Ubers. Even one Uber said something about how she was staring and mailing him uncomfortable. She would also be watching us through the windows upon arriving back at night from dinner.
Also had an issue with property manager. The afternoon after our first night we received a call from property manager. Without asking any questions about what happened the night before with the unpleasant neighbor, she was very rude and accusatory.
Savannah is a great town and we love visiting but will definitely not be staying at this place again. Too many options to have to deal with some of this stuff.
