This spacious, three-level townhome is the perfect getaway for your next family ski-cation in Steamboat Springs! Boasting 16 ft. cathedral ceilings, large, nine-foot windows welcoming in natural light and incredible mountain views, and inviting features like two gas fireplaces, you'll feel right at home the moment you step through the front door. Discover a well-equipped, gourmet kitchen with stainless steel appliances all ready to help you whip up your favorite recipes, while meals can be enjoyed together at the attached breakfast bar and the hexagonal table for six.
Warm up in front of the river rock fireplace while you watch a show or movie on the flatscreen TV in the grand room. And outside, you'll find a deck off the main level where you can take in the view with a grill, heated table, and comfortable seating for four. For sleeping arrangements, this vacation rental offers four comfortable rooms, each with a flatscreen TV, including a main top-floor suite with a gas fireplace, steam room, and a private balcony, a kid-friendly bunk room on the main floor with a full bath across the hall, and an easy access, lower-level and main level bedrooms, each with en-suite baths. There is also a queen bed sleeper sofa in the grand room.
Come the snowy weather, there will be a single-vehicle garage for your use. Finally, if you enjoy beautiful landscape photography and western artwork, you will really appreciate the collection throughout this home.

This townhouse is located just a quarter-mile from the gondola at Steamboat Ski Resort for easy access to almost 3,000 acres of skiable terrain, including the gladed areas of Pioneer Ridge and Sunshine and Storm Peaks. A short two-minute walk down a sidewalk from the front door, en route to the gondola, is the Wild Plum that includes a small grocery store, a coffee shop, a winery and pub, and diner for breakfasts and lunch. When the summer sun is shining, stroll through the Yampa River Botanic Park, less than three miles northwest, or ride your bike along the famous Yampa River Core Trail, a seven-and-a-half-mile, paved path that runs through the heart of Steamboat Springs. Kayak and fly fish on Elk River and Yampa River or attend the renowned Steamboat Rodeo or the regular outdoor concerts. And downtown, home to the Old Town Hot Springs and several fantastic restaurants, is only three miles north.

The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
