Latittude Adjustment was built to entertain and is a perfect getaway for extended families or larger groups. With 3 separate structures situated on 1 acre of plush landscaping, the gated property offers plenty of areas to gather as a group while also allowing for privacy as desired. The exterior of the property offers beautiful ocean front views, tropical gardens, a 70+ foot huge patio with pergola and a private pool.
The secluded property is conveniently located to the airport (1 mile) and sits on the private Jimmy Hill beach. The beach is perfect for miles of walking, swimming or just lounging where seeing very few people is the norm. This majestic beach was the location for the 2013 Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Edition that included Christy Teigen and Kate Upton.
The recently fully renovated property offers 5 bedrooms and 4 full bathrooms. The main house features a huge family room, full kitchen with island and 4 barstools, 10-person dining table, primary bedroom with king-sized bed and ensuite bathroom, second bedroom with a queen-sized bed and shared full bath and a bunk room with a king size bed and one twin bunk. The cottage features a separate bedroom with a queen size bed, ensuite bath, living area and kitchenette. The cottage also offers a queen sleeper sofa. The cottage has a private, partially covered deck which is perfect for relaxing and enjoying the views and ocean breeze along with an outdoor shower. The third structure houses the adjacent owner’s suite with private entrance featuring a king size bed, large sitting area, walk in closet and full bathroom with additional laundry facilities.
Amenities to the property include (2) 70” 4k Ultra Flat Screen TVs – one in the family room of the main house and one in the owner’s suite; (1) flat screen tv in the cottage; Xbox; board games; apple TVs for use with your streaming services; Blu-ray player and discs; entire house Sonos system where you can enjoy island music both inside and out; Strong wifi throughout the property in addition to CAT 5 wiring direct to the main TV and Sonos allowing for uninterrupted streaming; (2) sets of washer/dryers. Outside amenities include swimming pool; (2) gas grills; (2) kayaks; (2) paddle boards; corn hole boards, hook and ring toss game; large picnic table; patio set that can seat 10 comfortably; shaded pergola; (4) chaise lounge chairs. For the beach there are umbrellas and chairs provided.
Included with the rental is a house manager that will greet you to show you the house and all amenities and will be your point of contact once on island. Great Exuma is a laid-back island that doesn’t offer the hustle and bustle of other vacation destinations. There are no stop lights on the island. There are no chain restaurants. Almost all restaurants and other attractions are locally owned.

Our family of 10 ranging from infants to grandparents had an amazing time staying in this lovely home. There was plenty of room for us to spread out and have our own spaces in the 3 separate buildings. The location is truly spectacular with the most stunning water you’ve ever seen. We were amazed by the how private the beach was, and how most days we didn’t see more than a few other people in any direction. The proximity to the airport was super convenient. We truly enjoyed our time here and hope to come back again in the future!

House was perfect for our group of 9 adults. The beach was even better than expected!! We travelled around the island and even boated around and the beach in front of the house was one of our favorite for sure!! An absolute dream to end the day in the ocean with everyone. Private and amazing!! Amenities at the house were exactly as pictured. Charlene was a joy to work with before and during. Would absolutely stay here again. We would just bring lots of bug repellant, so we could enjoy the outside more.

Beautiful house on an exceptional property. Beach is lovely. Everything went as planned and we enjoyed our stay very much. The only issue was the a/c unit in the bedroom behind the garage. It leaked water and the thermostat did not work. We made the best of it. I’d recommend this property to others

This is our second time staying at this marvelous property and will be booking it again for next year soon. We have been to Exuma many times and feel this is the best house. All I can say is WOW! Latitude Adjustment was by far the best home we have ever rented. Not only was the property/home equipped with everything we needed but the home sits on the most beautiful beach in Exuma! The manager and house keepers were so friendly and helpful with any questions we had at any time and the home was extremely clean and inviting. The beach is just a few steps away from the house and the sand/waters are absolutely breathtaking. My family is already planning our next stay at Latitude Adjustment!

I have travelled extensively and I would say this was the most beautiful beach I have ever seen. I was worried about the fact that there isn't a lot to do in Exuma, but it was wonderful. We found so many ways to spend our time in this paradise. The house was amazing. Having three separate buildings was ideal for our extended families with kids and grandkids. The property manager Charlene was pleasure to deal with.

In addition to a gorgeous beach and beautiful outdoor area, the house has just about everything you can imagine needing - kayaks, paddle boards, snorkeling gear, multiple areas for beach loungers, lots of coffee and cooking supplies, games, big TVs, etc. And Charlene the property manager is wonderful!

The property is outstanding. Being able to walk the beach to Tims Bar was a big plus,for us!The house manager, Charlene, catered to all of our needs and met and exceeded our expectations. I would recommend chef Tevin and his partner Cheree for the catered dinner at the house, 5 stars as well! The owner, Tricia, check in with us,during our stay, to make sure we were all enjoying the property and island. Not one complaint here.Definately would book again!!

I can't say enough good things about this property. We went down here for my 40th birthday, and it did not disappoint! We live in Atlanta, so a direct flight to GGT, and a short drive to the house, made getting here so quick and convenient. Charlene the property manager was fantastic leading up to and during the stay. We loved having the space of three different houses, all while the main house could accommodate the whole group for activities, games and dinners. I also had my 6 month old with us, and there was a pack'n'play and high chair available which was super clutch. They provided chairs and umbrellas, snorkeling gear, floats to enjoy the water and pool. The soft sandy beach was so nice for walks, especially to the bar 5 minutes away. We did a ew excursions (half day boat tour and Chat n Chill) which I would recommend both. Overall, just a great trip with friends. A combination of relaxation and fun!

This was our third year back and second year in the house! They’ve added upgrades to the house and makes it feel like you’re on your own little island. Theres also a new beach bar about a 5 minute beach walk from the house. We stayed for 6 nights, and even being on a small island, we felt we needed more time. It’s always so hard leaving this retreat and we can’t wait to get back!

This was my 6th time on the island and 2nd time renting a house. The 9 adults thoroughly enjoyed our 7 night stay at Latitude Adjustment. This house was perfect for our group and offered everything we needed. Very impressed with the overall house, location and commutation between, Charlene- the property manager and Tricia- the property owner. They were both very attentive and wanted to ensure everyone had everything we needed. I am already looking forward to our next visit.

Everyone was great with communication and details. 5 minutes from the airport and 10 minutes from town. Beautiful beach as sand is as soft as flour and not rocky. A beach cabana has been added with lounge chairs. Will be back!!

The property is as described and pictured. On a beautiful beach with rarely anyone around. The three separate structures of the property is great to allow some private time between family time. The pool was a big hit with the grandkids, 10,5, 2 and 9 months, due to the water on the beach being a little rough for the little ones. the back patio area was a great place to get up and watch the sunrise and enjoy the morning or the evening. Spent a lot of time here when not on the beach or in the pool. The main house has everything you will need including bug spray, as the bugs can be bothersome for some. But luckily did not bother me, I must be sour. Overall the property is amazing.

Lattitide Adjustment was our own little slice of heaven this past week! We didn’t see a beach that was more beautiful than our private beach. The water was incredible and doesn’t even compare to anywhere else! The pool was well used and refreshing! The house was beautiful and was perfect for us. We definitely will return. The living room with 3 large sofas were great for our group. The table is large and comfortably fit our group of 10. Charlene and Tricia were both incredible and so helpful and thoughtful throughout the whole week. It was our very favorite vacation and will always hold a special place for us! The beds were on another level!! We all want to order new mattresses and sheets! We had a chef come one night and cook for us and he also said he loved this home!! All the details have been well thought out. It just really was PERFECTION!

Lattitude Adjustment was the perfect home for our multigenerational family vacation to the gorgeous island of Great Exuma! We appreciate the owners and on-site team thinking of all the details, big and small, to make us feel welcome and at home. Charlene, the property manager and on site concierge contact, was very helpful. I could write a whole review about how wonderful she was to our family. She pre-stocked our groceries, helped us any time we had a question, and quickly lined up service professionals to repair a few house issues caused by an unexpected lightning storm. Service and communication from Charlene and Tricia, the owner, could not have been better. They were both wonderful. Both the indoor and outdoor areas are large and comfortable and the bed linens are plush and clean. We hired a chef for a few meals but cooked several meals in the home and found the kitchen stocked with everything we needed and more. We look forward to booking Lattitude Adjustment for future trips with family and friends. A big shout out and thank you again, to Charlene and the owners for everything.

The views at this property are what made our stay extra memorable. I feel like the crystal clear water got bluer and more mesmerizing as the days went by. Our group regretted not staying longer than 4 nights. The house was spacious enough for our group of six. I personally stayed in Da Cottage and it was absolutely fabulous. Super comfortable bed and linens. AC worked great as well.
We didn’t use the pool as much as we thought we would. It was out of commission the first day or two we were there.
Also note, shampoo and conditioner are not provided so you will need to bring your own or buy at the local supermarket.
Overall, this property deserves a 5 star rating. I would definitely stay here again when visiting Exuma. The close proximity (5 mins) to the airport made it super convenient to access as well.

The beach is beautiful. The house worked out well for 9 of us. My wife, son, his wife and 5 grandchildren. All over 21. The house had a lot to offer, providing equipped to enjoy. All was great except the bug bites.

My husband and I rented “Latitude Adjustment” for 10 wonderful days and invited another couple to join us. Prior to arrival, Tricia (our host) promptly and kindly answered all of my questions, along with sending an extensive “Welcome Letter” email that included Island information, activities and helpful hints. We took advantage of the pre-stocking for groceries and arranging for a rental vehicle. Charlene (the on-island concierge) met us at the airport with our rental car and accompanied us to the house. “WOW!” was our first (and lasting) impression of the property. We entered the main house to find a lovely “welcome gift”, then Charlene took us on a tour of the property. Everything about “Latitude Adjustment” exceeded our expectations. We felt right at home with a well-stocked kitchen, amazing outdoor living area & grill and very comfy beds. The “icing on the cake” was the incredible white sandy beach and crystal clear aquamarine water. We awakened each morning to beautiful sunrises and tropical breezes - perfect for a walk on the beach. Although there are lots of activities available on Exuma, we spent our days enjoying this beautiful beach. Charlene continued to be available throughout our stay, answering our many questions and arranging for an in-home dinner prepared by a local Chef. We are already planning a return visit to “Latitude Adjustment” next year. Many thanks to Tricia and Charlene - you are the best!

My family and I have been going to Exuma for the past 5 years and have stayed at different houses each time to experience other properties. After staying at Latitudes, we already booked for next year and may never change again. It is just perfect. Plenty of space, great layout, Super management and amazing access and response from the owner. I almost don't want to leave this review, so no one knows about it. It is a gem!!!

A group of 12 friends stayed for my 40th birthday and this house was beyond our expectations! The house manager Charlene was in touch with us during the two weeks before our arrival and helped with pre stocking groceries, getting a chef to do some dinners, and arranging a private half day boat tour. The only thing the listing doesn’t show is just how comfortable the couches and beds ate- truly the best l’ve experienced in a rental. We are already looking at dates to come back to Latitude Adjustment!

Amazing Property, Home, Amenities and The most Gracious people The Bahamians!
Driving from the Right side of the car and opposite side of the road opposed to the USA, was a thrill every time. Especially the passengers, all very vocal and expressive as if they were on a roll a coaster ride!!
Charlene, our Host, property manager was available at the touch of a phone. She began by email and WhatsApp 30 days prior to arrival.!! She assisted us and guided us with planning from:
Stocking the home with groceries and other items you may need,
Planning meals and recommendations for restaurants and reservations,
Introducing Island Chef’s to prepare meals in the Home,
Assisting with rental car reservations,
Meeting us at the airport and guiding us to the Property (3 minute drive and not a sound noted from airport traffic)..
Charlene was available 24/7.
Charlene went way beyond the call of duty.

Captain Angelo took us for 4 hour tour around the island by Boat. He also was very Gracious and serving.

Everything was perfect. There were a few minor “hiccups” not really worth mentioning but were resolved quickly. Perfect location for our family and the beach was magnificent. If I made any suggestions, mostly because our group was rather large, would be to add an electric broom for guests to use.

From the time we booked until we left the property, both the owner and the property manager were very responsive to communication regarding our stay.
The home is beautiful with a great layout for several couples or a large family. It was very clean and nicely appointed. The beds were very comfortable with nice linens. There is great separation of space so guests have privacy and a quiet place of their own when desired. We enjoyed the many board games, the beautiful beach just steps from the back door, relaxing on the deck, the beautiful sunrises, bonfire in the fire pit and just relaxing in the evenings streaming a Netflix movie.
This property is centrally and conveniently located to access both the east and west areas of this beautiful island. Our family had a fabulous 10 days in this little slice of paradise. Highly recommend this property!

My husband and I brought our family of 8 down for a week of fun in the sun. The house was perfect for us. The best thing was Charlene, the house manager. She was right there to handle any problem or give suggestions for food and fun! We all loved it so much that we will surely book this house again next year!

The pictures do not do this house Justice. Was in love with the layout and location and all the amenities offered. The beach the house is located on is absolutely beautiful with the best sunset colors. Filtered water and surround sound SONOS throughout the property were such a nice bonus I wouldn’t have thought of needing. All the little touches throughout really made the house special. The owner was always in touch and helpful, even checking in on us without asking. We are booked for next year and cannot wait to get back!
