Room to spread out with comfortable places to gather. We stayed with friends going to the Utah Shakespeare Festival and this was such a good location for us.

This house was the *perfect* place for our large extended family. We celebrated our grandmother’s 85th birthday all together this weekend and everyone raved about the house, it was such a highlight of the trip. It was so spacious and clean and stocked with everything you could want! We would definitely stay here again and would recommend to any big families!

The house was immaculate and had everything we needed. We appreciated the multiple areas to visit and relax. The host was very kind and accommodating by allowing us an early and late check out. There were very clear instructions for the tv’s, a/c, and an easy check out process. We would definitely stay here again if in the area with a large group.

We stayed at this location for a college prep camp. The house was clean and the high school age children loved it! We had both boys and girls with a total of 12 staying. It fit our group well.

The house is huge, enough for family, friends and more with enough area to move around. They have everything you need like being at home. It’s our 3rd or maybe 4th time to stay in this place and we’re still amazed how nice the house is. The location is very good too, close to Brianhead and Eagle point. Will definitely stay again!

We loved it. It had everything we needed and plenty of places for everyone to sleep. We had a field trip for the Shakespeare competition, and we needed to keep the boys on one floor (the basement) and the girls on another (the main floor). It was exactly like the description and pictures. Host was very helpful.

Perfect place to stay for our team racing the Legacy off road race! Super comfy and lots of room! Loved that we could cook together, enjoy great company and still have plenty of private space! The beds were like clouds!

We rented the house for a week and found it very comfortable and perfect for our home base while visiting the national parks in the area. The house is large, well maintained and well supplied with all the amenities in the listing. The communication with the owner was excellent. The neighborhood is quiet. We had easy access to gas stations, grocery stores, restaurants and everything else we needed. We had a great experience!

We loved our VRBO on Casa Loma - each bedroom filled the needs of different age groups. The backyard/deck area was the perfect spot for games and there were multiple places for everyone to gather and chat or watch TV. We highly recommend this property!

It's a beautiful house with lots of room for kids and adults to find places to be separate from each other. In one room my family was watching FIFA, in one room they were doing a puzzle, and in another room, the kids were playing a game. We had a great time. One small complaint is that there is a swamp cooler instead of AC, and it got a little hot in the middle of the day.

The book in the home instructed us to one thing with bedding and emailed instructions were different we really wanted to follow the rules but we were conflicted as which ones to follow. So we followed those in the book.

The home is in a great location overlooking Cedar City. The home was clean, comfortably decorated and perfect for our large family reunion. Lynette was prompt in her replies, and was able to answer all our questions. It was one of our best VRBO rental experiences.

The property was AMAZING as described in the online photos. Actually, the pictures are great but seeing the property in person is much better than the pictures, the pictures don't do the property justice. We stayed for 4 nights, we had a total of 13 people, 3 families in total and we all felt like we had our own area(s) to relax and came together for family meals and family games. The location was also perfect for our snow activities in Brian Head. Maybe, 30-40 min away depending on the weather. Every detail of the stay was top notch, The house is beautifully decorated. The owner was very attentive for any questions we had prior to our arrival as well as through our stay. We will definitely stay there again in the future!! We had a wonderful stay at Casa Loma. It worked out great for our group of 12 (mostly adults). The beds were so comfortable. The bathrooms were large. Our grandkids enjoyed the ping pong table room.

This place was great for our big school group coming down to the Shakespeare Festival. It's super close, and there were plenty of beds and tons of space. It was well-stocked with all linens, basic toiletries, dishes. The only thing that was really hard was getting that many people packed, cleaned and checked out by 10 am, it was a feat.

What an amazing home! Everything was perfect! We had a group of 15 people and everyone had plenty of room. The house is immaculately clean and had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable and worry free. Better than a 5 star hotel! We will be booking again.

Listing for rooms with bunk beds (queen size & twin) slightly confusing. I.E. shows two queen beds & bunk bed, actually queen size bunk bed.

This wonderful home in Cedar City is as advertised. It is large, spacious, clean, cool and well furnished. The appliances were terrific and functional. We have visited Cedar City annually for many years to attend the Shakespeare Festival, and this home is by far the best place we have stayed. We would definitely stay here again.

The home had plenty of space to sleep all of us. The location in Cedar City is great as it is near biking trails, restaurants, Cedar Breaks, Brian Head, etc. The back patio and yard were really nice as we could all hang out and the kids could play yard games. We all had an amazing time.

We stayed here during the Utah Summer Games. There were plenty of beds and bedrooms and the house was very clean. The owners were easy-going and also good communicators. We would definitely stay here again.

This house was huge with rooms and beds and space for everyone. The downstairs had its own living space with a separate kitchen which worked well for our friends with a newborn when they needed to heat up formula in the middle of the night. Backyard was beautiful.
