The home was great for our group of seven. Very spacious and nicely updated. The kitchen was large and even had an air fryer which we used a lot. Loved all the windows in the living area. The surroundings were beautiful and the house was in a private location. The walk to the beach was quick and easy. We would stay here again.

The house was as listed and more. Had everything we needed to make our stay great. The neighborhood is very quiet and has easy beach access to the beach. Being inside of a gated community the beach is very quiet and we basically had it to ourselves everyday.

Clean, private, close to the beach. Exactly what we were looking for in a family vacation.

Our group was down for 2 days razor clam dig and guided river fishing.
The house was perfect, great kitchen living room and decks.
Our hostess called me the day before to make sure we had all the information we needed.
She also stayed in communication to assist with solving a small request we had.
Great property, great hosts.

Grandkids loved it. Downstairs gaming video/tv. Yard to run around in. Nice walk to the beach with Copalis Rock to explore at low tide. Short distance to Ocean Shores for kids to go carting, bumper cars, ice cream and nice places for dinner. Does lack a direct view to the ocean, but nice sunsets. Great for grandma and grandpa with no stairs to main living area.

A lot of privacy, relaxing, with attention to details.
We left wanting to come back.

This is a delayed review because I forgot. Our family booked this vacation home to be close to the ocean in the middle of July. While there are not direct ocean views, you can hear the ocean waves breaking on Copalis Beach and the three minute walk to the beach over the dunes is gorgeous. The home itself is as beautiful as the listing looks. Surrounded by windows, the main room and kitchen are full of light and views. You feel as if you are at tree line. The house has been recently remodeled and workmanship is excellent. The finishes are of high quality and the design is excellent. The internet was very good (my kids watched movies at night while we sat on the porch or on the comfortable couches). It is also an easy drive to other beaches and Ocean Shores. We also ate several times at Seabrook (Koko's Restaurant and Tequila Bar was our favorite). Even when Seattle was 97 degrees in July, we were at 70 degrees. Truly a wonderful stay.

We stayed here for thanksgiving with family. The house was so clean and inviting. The kitchen was stalked with everything and we needed and then some. Beds were super comfortable and loved the bathroom goodie bag. Thank you for allowing dogs. My fur baby had the best vacation ever. We will definitely be back.

Wonderful accommodation, very nicely put together, furnishings were great. Great deck! Very private. Having enteries on both levels was good for us as we had a pet that couldn't use stairs. Although there was beach access, it was a bit of a walk for the "older" generation. Copalis Rock was an unexpected bonus - tide pools and shells.

The house is great, it has everything you could want, and is just as pictured. Clean and neat, fully loaded kitchen was a big plus as we were cooking for 8 every day. Copalis wasn't the hot sunny beach we imagined, but the sand is soft, and the waves were gentle, perfect for adventures with the grandkids.

Place was very clean, fully equipped with EVERYTHING. Kids loved it, so spacious. In a gated area felt very safe. 5 min walk to private beach. Fire pit, good size back yard. Great deck with bqq grill. We all had a blast and most definitely would stay again.
15 min from the main city. If you want privacy and comfort this is the place to stay. We stayed 2 night, next time would probably stay 4-5 nights.

A good time
The beach is lovely and not overpopulated plus I picked up way less plastic trash compared to places like Seabrook. Our hosts were very responsive to our complaints about slow internet - vital as our daughter-in-law had teaching responsibilities while we were there. He came and installed a whole other internet service which was much better. Was very comfortable over all - my only small complaints are it would be good to have some info about how to turn on the water for the bathtub in the master suite and also perhaps a small step stool for us short people to climb into the bed - quite comfy once you got in though

Great house!
We had our family reunion here and it was great! Big open floor plan & covered deck let us cook meals and hang out together. The downstairs seating/TV area was a nice respite for the teens. Furnishings, decorations, kitchen appliances, etc. were really lovely and up to date. No actual beach view, but you can hear it from the house and it’s only a short walk. We had a couple people with mobility issues that we drove to the bottom of the hill and then they walked on the flat trail to the beach. I could have used more dish towels, but that was it! Great place. Highly recommend.

Great weekend get away with friends
Super easy communication with the host, photos accurate. Property new and very clean. Fully stocked kitchen. Peek a boo beach view, felt like a tree house among tall trees. 4 minute walk to fantastic uncrowded beach. Will definitely be back!

ABSOLUTELY FABULOUS!!
This was the PERFECT PLACE for our small family reunion!! Here are just a few of the wonderful perks of this property:
1.) The large open space of the main level great room/kitchen/dining area made it possible for everyone to hang out together.
2.) The covered porch gave us a place to play games despite the weather.
3.) The walkway that leads to the home made it easier for our older family members with limited mobility.
4.) The hosts had the house fully stocked. We were not lacking any appliances, blankets, towels, amenities, etc.
5.) The outdoor clam cleaning station was awesome for after our clam digging experience.
6.) The home is beautifully furnished and decorated. Beds were comfortable and everything was extremely clean.
7.) We had a great time playing ping pong!
8.) As advertised, it was just a 5-minute walk to the beach. Since clamming was allowed the weekend we were there, we could literally walk right down to the beach to dig! (For razor clamming purposes, this area is designated as part of the Mocrocks beach).
I'm sure I've left something out . . . but the point is, DON'T HESITATE to book this home!!! You won't regret it!!
