Much further from the beach than expected. Shower head didn’t work, had to have it replaced. Electric fireplace didn’t work. Did not get the room we were supposed to get, so no view of anything. Very old and outdated property, maybe from the 50’s. Very difficult to communicate because of language barrier.

Location, short walk to the beach
Mold on the walls of bedroom, very little kitchen utensils and items for longer stay, bad coffee, price was super high for what it was…but it was July 4th weekend

We booked through booking.com and were traveling with our pets. The information said pets were allowed and did not offer any additional information or avenue to choose that we would be bringing a pet. We paid for our reservation, including a note that we would be bringing our 2 dogs and were not notified until after our payment was made that the Resort would charge us an addition fee (over $100) to bring our pets. We emailed the resort multiple times. The resort failed to contact us back. When we contacted the resort by phone, they said they saw the emails and they were charging us a fee to bring our pets because we booked on a discount site. The additional fee was outside our budget for a reservation and the resort refused to refund our reservation. We contacted booking.com who also contacted the resort by email and also was unable to get a response back. When trying to reach back out to booking.com, we were told to contact the resort directly to resolve the issue, knowing the resort was not working with us ir responding to requests. We were unable to stay at the resort due to the additional cost and are now having to go through dispute resolution to recoup the charges.

Needed a few more pots in kitchen

Amazing beach access. Great for kids AND dogs. Really nice to have a kitchen and "living area". Glad to not be in town.
The rec room needs some love - missing pool balls, only one pool cue, new ping pong paddles/balls needed. The sauna is amazing, but the dial is broken so you can't heat it up way ahead of time.

The light in the bathroom seemed like a skylight. We loved that it was homey and comfortable. The staff were extremely friendly.
The walk to the beach was longer than expected and kinda creepy.

Beach was close and very nice. Unit was comfortable. Not luxurious in any way, but comfortable. Bed was good. Kitchen adequately equipped. No spices, cooking oil or any of that, just dishes, pots and pans, toaster, micro, utensils. Also, a good restaurant, the Green Lantern Pub and Grill is just a short distance away. And a really fine restaurant, Ocean Crest, is not that far.

very comfortable semidetached units. we were in one bedroom. with nicely equipped kitchen, dining table, and kitchen bar with stools. also living room and wood burning fireplace, which we didnt use. the recreation area was surprisingly nice. large clean pool, hottub and sauna. also a game room, and large lounge for family gatherings. and a playground for the children and viewing tower with exercise equipment
a little bit of a walk to the ocean beach. it was a well maintained level trail.

Nice location. Nice pool, good trail to the beach which is pretty much to yourselves. Very clean rooms and quiet.
1990s hair dryer didnt work. Wasn't good for wedding planning. Bathroom fan was extremely loud.

The property has charged my card twice for the same room, first time it's happening to me.
Almost a month in discussions with the property and the credit card company to cancel the second charge.

Location and Hot tub.
Reservations weren't correct, we booked a two bedroom and ended up with a 2 bed one bedroom, one of the beds was startingto fold in on itself. The lady checking us in said we weren't supposed to be there until Monday according to her records, but according to our booking we were supposed to be here accordingto plan. If we could get some sort of compensation for the stress and inconvenience we would think about coming again and spread more positive word of mouth. Thank you.

Loved the Bungalow style stay, enough room for our family of four + our shih tzu to spread out and not be on top of each other like a typical hotel room. Very clean. (Well except the stove burners had tin foil covering them they were questionable lol) This site has a hot tub /pool/sauna (Sauna did not work) The hot tub was perfect after a long day of traveling. Actually, it was the best hot tub I have ever been in. Also, the rec room with the pool and paddle ball tables were super fun. The beach is a short walk from the bungalow. The room was very clean, and the beds were comfortable. Fitness tower had a beautiful view of the sunset over the water. (Fitness center is just a couple cycling bikes) Great Wi-Fi service.
The rooms are slightly dated, and the TV did not work. No real extra amenities provided; no towels stocked by the hot tub/pool area, no breakfast options. Remote from stores and entertainment. Check in was kind of a pain, the lady was talking on the phone with someone and left me standing there waiting for about 15-20 min while my family waited out by the cars to get checked in. We arrived around 5pm and the room I had originally reserved was not ready and not pet friendly. We got put in a different room with 2 queen beds instead of the kings. Holy pet fee! $55. Interestingly enough the paper form on the counter in the office states $15-20 per night of stay. When I pointed this out to the front desk lady said, "oh that's old." Even though we loved having our dog with us $55 seems a little steep. (We paid $10 pet fee the next night at the Red Lion in Sequim) Overall, I felt the resort was a little pricey (350/night) for what it was.
