This is the PERFECT place for traveling Corporate Executives, Film Industry Executives, as well as Families/Groups coming to ATL to visit this amazing CITY! You will have 2 CAR GARAGE PARKING SPACES (RARE FIND)! The home features 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths upstairs, a living room, breakfast table, dining room, and kitchen with a massive island and outside deck, and the finished basement is 2 bedrooms, 1ba, and features its own living room and indoor/outdoor direct access to the house. Accommodates 1-10 adults, (8 guests are in the nightly rate and extra costs for guests over 8). If you have 12 in your group let hosts know, and they will discuss options. Need a meeting space for your business team, this space could work. This property can accommodate small events such as wedding showers, wedding bridal luncheons, rehearsal dinners, baby showers, filming, etc - all small events MUST be approved, and may have an extra cost - please discuss with Hosts. Hire a private chef to come in and cook for you during your stay. (Ask the host for details). Sit outside on the deck or balcony off the main bedroom for a beautiful ATL evening and have a glass of wine after dinner. The bedrooms are all spacious and have their own Smart TV. You will be excited with the prime location and the walkability to many areas, shops, and restaurants including Nike, Ruby Chow's, Kroger, and West Elm.
Walk, bike, run, or skate your way through the ATL Beltline! This property is situated in trendy Old Fourth Ward (O4W), one of the hippest neighborhoods in ATL! Krog Street Market is a 5-minute drive. 4 min to Piedmont Park, 5 min to downtown, and 7 min to Buckhead. This area is home to 3 of the city's most iconic BIKING and WALKING TRAILS, including FREEDOM PARK, EASTSIDE TRAIL, and CENTRAL PARK. If you are visiting ATL, do yourself and favor and get the entire experience.
