Excellent location for quick trip to get our son settled for his sophomore year

The property was clean, very comfortable and nicely decorated. The listing was everything we expected and more. It was a short walk to restaurants and key tourist attractions and a quick drive to the University of TN. We would stay there again if we are in Knoxville.

Decided to take my parents to see my daughter at UT for the first time and couldn’t have asked for a nicer and cleaner place. Will rent again. Thanks!

The property was as advertised. Two bedrooms with queen beds and three one bathroom. The overall price not was very clean. There was some me maintenance issue with the ceiling fan controls in one of the bedrooms that restricted the use of the ceiling fan to n that room.
The parking was so inconvenient n Saturated evening due to nonresidents using the lot. Our overall stay was nice and would recommend this unit for anyone that is looked by to stay near downtown Knoxville.

Expressive cleanliness and great atmosphere!

Parking with 1 car was easy

This Apartment was perfect for what we needed and super closer to where our daughter's apartment is. Market Square was close as were other shops and restaurants. I would definitely stay here again.

Very clean. Bright and spacy.

I was impressed of the cleanliness, 2 bedroom, high ceiling fans, washer and dryer availability, walk in shower, and other amenities. Definitely recommend to anyone!

We stayed here for our son's graduation from UT, the condo was very close to everything and made getting back and forth very easy.

We were in town for UTK orientation and wanted a different option than a hotel. (There were many activities around town so hotel prices were very high). This place met all of our needs. Perfect size for the 2 of us. The coffee shop on the corner was also a perfect place to grab my morning coffee while she was still sleeping. :) (Five &Hoek Coffee Co.) we had no issues with parking: the first night we parked in the lot under the bridge. It was very safe and well lit. (There happened to be a prom at the venue next door and I suspect some cars in the building’s private lot were attendees as in the morning there were plenty of open spaces. The next night we had no issues getting a spot in the buildings lot. (Parking passes are provided by the owner of this condo)
We slept great. We did not hear any traffic noise. (There really wasn’t a lot of traffic. I put this in because I think someone mentioned noise in another review)
As I plan to visit my kiddo while she is at UTK, I will keep this gem on my list of great places to stay.

VERY disappointed to arrive and find that this condo only had 2 beds instead of 3. Called management co and they immediately acknowledged the listing was wrong. Suggested we use an air mattress that was in closet instead. Without many options, we blew up the mattress only to find it had a hole in it and it was useless. My son slept on the floor! I requested specific refund amount but was granted only a small portion of our money back. Additional issues included broken lock on bathroom door and broken chair in living room. And having to text, call and email with the management co all throughout our stay was ridiculously inconvenient. 👎🏻👎🏻 (the listing has been corrected/updated fyi as of now)

Excellent location Downtown. Extremely easy check in process. Comfortable beds. A few more homey touches would be nice - like bedside lamps, throw blankets. The overhead fans/lights did not work (remotes needed batteries?). Definitely good for 4, more than that would feel crowded. Still, Overall highly recommend based on location and cleanliness.

This property had everything my fiancé and I needed to be able to have a comfortable stay. It was the perfect size, and although some reviews said the couch wasn’t comfortable, we had no problem with it! Location was amazing! We walked everywhere- Old City, Downtown, and to UT’s campus. Parking was great as well. My only small criticism is that the floors weren’t super clean- I’d keep shoes or socks on while inside. Overall this was a great stay and I would come back again.

While the loft is nice and clean, and does have nice tall ceiling, it is not in downtown. It’s in the Old City. The map makes it look as if it’s one block down from Chivo and before summit drive and it’s not. That was disappointing.
It’s supposed to sleep 6 and there is no way. It was crowded with 4 of us. The air mattress deflated in the middle of the night and my nephew who was visiting campus had to sleep on the floor, as it was 3 other women staying.
Could use more glasses and items in the kitchen.
Asked for a late check out that was granted, but 45 mins before we were leaving and I had messenged a day before.
It’s really nice and love that it has parking as I come to knox a lot and many of those units don’t have parking.
Just disappointed in the location (it’s not a bad location, just not where I wanted to be) and the unit being too small for us to all be comfortable

We absolutely loved this condo and it’s location!!! The teenage granddaughters were very impressed also!!😊. It was so nice to stay in such a pretty and trendy place downtown so clise to market square. We loved our stay.

This was an awesome apartment loft close to old city and market square and UT! We walked every where! There were a few homeless people in the area but nothing that disrupted our stay! The loft was just like it was advertised and very comfortable! The whole check in and out experience was easy too! Our family enjoyed our stay!

It was clean and very well located. Like the building, the area, the unit and access to amenities and downtown Knoxville. The sofa is not very comfy for two people trying to watch a movie and relax. It looks nice, but is not great if you are going to actually lounge one evening and cook dinner/use the couch. We couldn't find toilet paper, but maybe that was us.....we did find the laundry detergent. Only constructive comments would be the couch and that the walls are pretty scuffed up....might be worth painting the bedroom walls something other than white or slap some touch up on them every once in a while....lots of scuff marks in smaller bedroom. Other than that, we all really enjoyed the place and the stay and would highly recommend it as a place for a couple or single person to stay.
4.6
Great location within walking distance of Gay Street and Market Square. Easy parking right next to the building. Near the train yard but we were not woken up by any train noise. Two bedrooms can sleep 4 people; however, there is not enough dining space for 4 people (only 3 stools at a kitchen bar). Says it can accommodate 6 people with an air mattress, but there would not be enough dishes and utensils. Beds were very comfortable; living room furniture was not comfortable, but we were out during the day and not lounging on the couch. Building and area felt safe. Excellent taco place and food hall a few doors down. Had cleaning supplies and full-sized toiletries. Enjoyed our four-night stay in Knoxville!

Knoxville is an amazing city with so much to see and do. This unit is perfect for a couple adults. Kitchen is really quite nice- but could use a few more dishes/utensils if you plan to do much cooking in the unit. Train nearby is loud when it runs. Unit feels safe with double entrance.
