Breakfast kitchen, utility, dining room, sitting room with woodburning stove and a snug. Private lawn with furniture and BBQ plus access to a half acre of woodland. Two well behaved pets welcome at additional supplement 25 GBP per pet per stay. This property accepts holiday rentals only not commercial bookings. This property cannot permit check outs on a Saturday or Sunday. This Property is suitable for family and couple getaways. Stag/Hen parties and other parties are not accepted at this property. Note: Occupancy is a maximum of 6 adults and 1 child. Note, WiFi is available in the main house only, and not in the annexe. Note: This property may not be suitable for people with mobility issues.
