Welcome to Lovers Key Resort 403, a one-bedroom, one-bath waterfront condo. Unit 403 is the only fully handicap accessible condo in the complex. This unit was custom built to be fully handicap accessible. If you or a loved one traveling with you is in a wheelchair and needs a fully handicap accessible condo, this is the unit for you. Need additional space for family or friends? No problem. Rent the adjoining luxury condo Unit 404. With the two units you can sleep 8. An exterior door in the hallway allows you to close off the hallway from the unit doors, giving you the option to leave both condo doors open while being fully secluded and securely locked in. A 10% discount applies to the rates when both units are rented together.

Due to its unique location nestled between Lovers Key State Park and Fort Myers Beach, you are afforded miles of secluded white sugar sand beach. Lovers Key Beach has been rated by the Travel Channel as one of the top 10 beaches in Florida. If you intend to visit some of the surrounding attractions of Southwest Florida, this location also provides the choice of exiting the area via the less traffic congested Bonita Springs rather than the northern route through Fort Myers Beach. The amenities of a luxurious high-rise resort greet you upon arrival, including luggage carts available at ground level to make your arrival and settling in a breeze. A spacious lobby and welcome desk are on this level, as well as a fitness room and community room with desk, computer and internet access. Lovers Key Resort offers a beautiful heated lagoon-style pool with waterfall and hot tub. There is a well-appointed 24-hour fitness center. Laundry facilities are credit card operated, and there is a coin-operated vending machine for laundry supplies and an ATM machine. In addition the resort is the home of Flippers, an award-winning waterfront restaurant on site! Kayak and jet ski rentals are available, as well as dolphin tours and sunset cruises around Estero Bay to the Gulf of Mexico. Condo amenities include air conditioning, ceiling fans, all linens and towels provided, and complimentary WiFi and cable TV.

This fourth floor condo sleeps a maximum of four persons and offers: Living room with TV and sleeper sofa, dining area, kitchen, fully handicap accessible bathroom with roll-in shower, grab bars and fold down bench, large balcony spanning the living area and primary bedroom, primary bedroom with king bed and in-room TV.

At the entrance of the community, you'll also find a designated trolley pick-up area, clearly marked with a sign. Guests can enjoy the convenience of the trolley to explore various beach destinations. For the schedule and additional details, the on-site management company is available to assist.

The location, view, pool and restaurant were nice. But the condo itself wasn't well equipped - not much silverware and no trash can liner refills. Also, it was in need of repair. The bathroom lighting was insufficient, the entryway light didn't work, the side table and both bedside lamps were broken, the shower head was unadjustable for shorter people and the coach was stained.

Minus the ongoing construction, a perfect condo for a couple! View of the bay on 2 sides and short distance to Lovers Key State Park (beach, Walking Trails, peaceful). Flippers is right next door and food is excellent. Once the ongoing construction is done, this will be a 5 star condo!

We love Lovers Key!

We love Lovers Key!

This was our third stay at Lovers Key Resort, and hopefully we will return. Our room was newly renovated and had everything we needed. We had some A/C issues the first day, and the problem was corrected in just a few hours. The pool is nice, kept very clean and organized. Being right next to a great restaurant like Flippers is a real plus. If I had to make one suggestion, I was suggest new patio table and chairs. The chairs are lacking in cleanliness and comfort. Great stay!

We loved the property. Excellent location. Unit was beautifully furnished and very clean. We would definitely love to come back. There's only one observation I would like to point out. I never received the email with the contract in order to get instructions to enter the property and I didn't even know that I was supposed to get that contract, so I was very concerned the day before our trip that we hadn't received any info from you guys, reason why I called your office to ask when would you be providing us with instructions on how to enter the unit. Obviously there was a lack of communication there and the failure to provide us timely with the contract and the instructions to follow.... please take notice of this... Thank you Cristina

Beautiful location

Beautiful location

The size and condition of the property was perfect for just the 2 of us. We were glad we had a car - just a short drive to either Fort Myers Beach or Bonita Beach. Both had wonderful places to eat. The bed was very comfortable and the view was lovely (saw dolphins from the deck every day!). My only other feedback is the shower head needs to be fixed so that it doesn't slip down when showering. Otherwise we had everything we needed. Thank you!

We really enjoyed the property. Very clean and modern. Great views from both rooms of the intercostal waterway and even better views from the huge balcony. Clean and uncrowded beaches just a walk away and just a short drive to Ft Myers beach. We would definitely stay here again and recommend staying here to others.

The property was very clean and lovely modern decor. Absolutely loved the view of bay from balcony. Bed was very comfortable. Pool area was very nice and water temperature was just right. Was looking forward to eating at Flippers which is the restaurant on property, but they were closed due to renovations. I guess we will just have to come back another time. 😀

Our stay was very enjoyable and the view from our balcony could not be beat! One suggestion to future guests would be to bring extra towels and wash cloths as they only provide you with 2 of each per person.

We can’t say enough about the condo itself at Lovers Key Beach resort. It was clean and updated. A wonderful view with all the amenities inside. The resort itself was not as secure as we hoped. Anyone could walk in and to any floor at anytime. The biggest negative was returning one afternoon to find the resorts maintenance in our room without prior notice. They had to turn off our water to change out a water heater. Again.. without notice! That was not a welcome surprise. The grounds were okay, updating needed on first level and pool waterfall only worked a couple of the days we stayed.

Nice and clean. Good value for the price. Lots of extra fees. Well stocked for a one bedroom. We are not big partiers but it is not convenient and trolly service and info was poor. My opinion is to have your own transportation. Overall not a bad place.

This unit is well equipped, clean, comfortable and remodeled into a beachy feel. Management was very easy to work with. We will return for sure. Dolphins everyday to entertain you in Estero Bay. Manatees, stingrays, starfish and all types of waterfowl. You literally feel as though you are on the water. Lovers Key State Park is right across the road and it is a gem. You must visit the park and all it offers. The parks pristine beach is amazing. Watch the sunrise in the morning off your balcony sipping your morning coffee. Feel like going up the Forts Myers Beach to Times Square? Well, jump on the trolley that picks you up in front of the resort on the main road for 75 cents per person one way. No driving or parking to worry about. Explore SW Florida...you won’t be disappointed.

Loved waking up to the sound of the waves and the gorgeous sunrise! A great location to enjoy the waterline! Rented Kayaks, had a stand up paddle board delivered to the property, and rented a pontoon boat all within 3 miles of this location. Long walks on the beach directly across street. It was absolutely a great location!

We recently visited with our 3 and 6 year old. We had a good stay; the kids were comfortable and the kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed. We saw dolphins off of deck, which was bonus!! The walk to the beach was just enough for our 6 year old to handle, so if traveling with younger ones, a stroller or carrier would be helpful.

A new favorite

This condo was perfection! Bright and modern with incredible views. Prop the sliding door open to hear the waves when you nap! This place had everything I needed and was very quiet. The beaches nearby are amazing, Lovers Key Park main entrance on the gulf side is a short drive and must see. It’s a gorgeous beach with the usual waves and white sand. There is a Park entrance walking distance as well that is a channel of water near the bridge with lots of boats to watch and calmer waters. Flippers is the only restaurant nearby, but great food and does take out. For restaurants and groceries you have to drive to Bonita Bay or Fort Meyers, but it’s not far (I shopped on my way in) and it’s what keeps the area nice and quiet from all the spring break craze. I found Lovers Key last minute and am so glad I did because it’s my new favorite spot in Florida and I will return! I loved every minute of my stay!
