From the moment you book your stay at Bliss, you are treated like family. We live in the area and personally manage Bliss, and pride ourselves on providing a personalized experience. Our primary goal is for you to leave Bliss feeling relaxed and rejuvenated. This one story beach house exudes a chill, comfortable, romantic vibe. Every detail has been specifically thought of with the astute vacationer in mind. We don't want you to like our home, we want you to LOVE it- so much so that you book your return stay before you even leave. We want you to walk in and know you made the right choice by staying at Bliss.

We make your get away easy by minimizing your packing list by providing many of the essentials you'll need for a great vacation- including shampoo, conditioner, body wash to name a few. Take the furnished beach towels to the beach, enjoy fresh bed linens and fluffy bath towels. After a fun day in the sun, grab one of THE softest throw blankets, snuggle up on one of the two family room sofas, and stream your favorite channels with your login.

This 3 bedroom 3 bathroom one story home is about as close to the sand as you can get! Enjoy two primary suites, both with ensuite bathrooms, setting the stage for privacy. A third bedroom has a full bath with walk in shower just across the hall. Need one more bed? The daybed couch in the living room doubles as a comfy couch during the day and a twin bed at night!

This one story home has a ramp which makes getting in and out of the property a breeze! Bliss has several places to sit back and relax with friends and family. Sip your morning coffee on the large upper deck while watching the barges come and go by the jetties. Enjoy a cocktail on the lower deck watching the surf roll in. Both large decks have fantastic views of the ocean- It's like being on the beach minus the sand and people! Or chill below the house under the glow of string lights while grilling some burgers on the charcoal grill. This area is perfect for playing games, eating dinner, or just hanging out.

The large kitchen is stocked with the basic essentials for cooking a great meal, and the open floor plan means you won't miss out on the conversation. Use the large bar for meal prep, work space, or additional dining. The large dining room table seats 8 comfortably, while the bar seats an additional three guests.

LOCATION
VIEWS VIEWS VIEWS......Location is everything and Bliss won't disappoint! See the ocean from every room. Enjoy open water views all the way to the Jetties, layout on the chaise lounges as you watch the barges come in and out of the port, look for dolphins playing in the surf, or just enjoy people watching.

BEDROOMS
Couples and small families traveling together will love the privacy of the two primary suites with full ensuite baths. Additionally, a large full bathroom with walk in shower is just steps away from the third bedroom.

The larger primary has a king sized bed, fresh linens, a reading nook, and a large closet for organizing all of your things. This room has plenty of room to setup the pack and play (provided for your convenience) for your infant. An infant bathtub in located in the large closet for your use as well. Stream your favorite shows from the privacy of your bedroom, read a good book, or wash the day's sand and sun away in the large walk in shower. Two large windows allow for nice natural light during the day. See the ocean from your bathroom window!

The second primary has a queen-sized bed, a smart tv for streaming, and a tub/shower combination great for any littles you may bring to the beach! There is a small dresser as well. Enjoy a great beach view from your large window.

The third bedroom has a very zen feel, a comfy queen-sized bed to snuggle into. Stream a movie on the smart tv, read a book in bed, or watch the ocean waves from your large window. Take two small steps across the hall to rinse the days cares away in the ample bathroom with large walk in shower.

LIVING SPACE
The open floor living space means never being left out of the fun! Cook in the spacious, well appointed kitchen while chatting with friends and family in the living and dining rooms. Meal prep is easy with the large granite counter space/bar area. This multifunctional space can accommodate several diners or laptops!

The well appointed kitchen is set up to make cooking a breeze- with plenty of cabinets, counter space, and a dedicated pantry. Basic spices, oil, coffee, and STARTER paper goods/plastic bags make getting to the fun quicker and easier. You will find two coffee machines for your liking- as a great cup of joe sets the stage for a great day in our opinion. Please read the house manual for more information on the coffee bar.

The dining room has a large table that seats 8. It serves as a great place to play games, eat the latest catch, or work from your laptop. A Staycation is easy here, as there is ample space and plenty of WIFI to support additional laptops on the large eat at bar.

Speaking of WIFI, stream your favorite shows or movies from the large smart tv in the family room. Settle in for an evening of streaming with two really comfy couches/daybed and two large leather recliners to spread out. The daybed couch is my kids favorite place to hang and watch tv or play their handheld games. This daybed serves as comfy couch by day, and a twin sized bed by night.

WIFI and TV
We provide fast internet. (We are not responsible for wifi outages, power outages or Storms that are out of our control and may interrupt service from time to time). All of our tvs are new smart tvsand thus smart streaming capabilities- we do NOT have cable or live tv other than some free live programming on Roku. Bring your sign in information to access Netflix, Prime, and all of your favorite channels.

OUTDOOR SPACE
Bliss has NO stairs to contend with. Access the house via a ramp, making movement of luggage, groceries, and beach gear no issue! in front of the house accommodates up to four vehicles- please do NOT park under the house due to soft sand. Grill up your favorite dinner on the provided charcoal grill -Eat outdoors at the picnic table, sit and visit, or play games under the beautiful string lights.

Walk halfway up the ramp and find another great deck with fantastic views! Watch the waves roll in from one of two large couches while sipping your favorite cocktail! Walk up the ramp to the top deck and WOW! You have to see it to fully appreciate the magnitude of this view. You can see all the way to the jetties, where the cargo ships go in and out. You can literally watch your guests on the beach from the comfort of your deck. This deck is partial shade and partial sun to accommodate travelers of all likings. Deck chairs, a glider, and two chaise loungers await.

AMENITIES
Traveling with kids: We aim to provide as much as we can that alleviates packing and travel stress. Traveling with baby is a breeze with provided outlet covers, under sink cabinet with child locks (please check at this at check in as they may break - it is your responsibility to check and call us immediatly if not secure so we can fix it.), a pack and play with sheets, and an infant bathtub. Bathing older kids is simple in the full tub/shower combo in the second master, with no tears shampoo located under the bathroom sink. Find an abundance of sand toys in the wicker storage table on the lower deck. There is ample sand to play in under the house, or walk a few steps to the beach. The provided cart makes taking your gear to the beach a snap.

All showers have stocked shampoo, conditioner, and body wash dispensers. Each bathroom has hand soap, towels, and STARTER supply of toilet paper. WE PROVIDE STARTER PACKS OF THE FOLLOWING: toilet paper, paper towels, garbage bags, coffee pods, dishwasher liquid, dish sponge, and some spices. YOU MAY NEED TO RESTOCK ITEMS DURING YOUR STAY.

Bed linens are provided, as are bath towels and beach towels. Forget a toothbrush? Cotton swabs?- take from our "forgot it" jars in one of the bathrooms.

Enjoy starter coffee K cups, or bring your favorite ground coffee for brewing in the coffee maker. Sugar, stevia, creamer, and special flavorings make your morning java a tasty start to your day. Open the pantry door for access to starter spices like salt, garlic, oil and more. Have groceries delivered to your door (see House Manual for details) and organize and store them in the pantry. The kitchen is stocked with dinnerware, pots and pans, and small appliances.

Provided bed linens, throw blankets, beach towels, and bath towels mean less packing for you. Our house and linens are cleaned and sanitized for a worry free trip. All mattresses and pillows are encased for health and sanitary assurance (if you find a pillow that is missing a cover, look in the large primary closet for additional covered pillows and let us know so we can ensure replacement. No pets means no allergens to worry about.

Beach gear like chairs, a cart, and sand toys are provided for your enjoyment. Please bring your own shade for the beach, and store it under the house. Please rinse off beach gear daily. Most provided gear is in the plastic storage cabinet under the house. Chairs are replaced at the start of every summer season- coastal conditions are hard on all things, so please rinse the sand and salt off chairs daily to help with longevity/rust.
