What we loved most about this house was all of the private outdoor space: a nice back porch with Adirondack chairs, a ground floor patio with outdoor dining, a small swing set, and a deck overlooking the inlet that was a beautiful place to sit and watch the tide.

Enjoyed spending Thanksgiving week with our PNW family in this roomy and comfortable home. Loved the view off the back porch. Kitchen was the best! Large enough to prep with many chefs…loved it!

We arrived at the house Friday night to find that nothing had been cleaned from the previous stay. Sheets and pillows were stained / thrown about the house. There was 1/2 roll of toilet paper that we had to carry around and share between the 4 of us. There were no clean towels, it was just generally not a place you’d want to stay in after 4 hours of traveling to get there and arriving at 9:00 at night. I spent 30 minutes on the phone with vacasa who informed me that there was a miscommunication with the cleaning crew and that it was too late for them to do anything about it now. I was told I would be refunded for the cleaning fees and our Friday night stay since our options were to basically, get a hotel or wash the sheets ourselves. We stayed up until 2 in the morning washing sheets to just be able to sleep. Cleaning came the next day, mid day, even though I was told it would be first thing. We left on Sunday and come to find out they are now telling me they won’t be refunding me for Friday night because we didn’t stay at a hotel. Complete joke. Ruined what was supposed to be a nice, relaxing weekend away.

Surrounding area is not great but there are fences that help shield view. House itself was comfortable —a bit more deep cleaning would help. Had every thing we needed. Would have appreciated mats in bathrooms. Know that during low tides, the inlet is pretty much mud.

Was able to celebrate Thanksgiving with our grown kids and their spouses. The space was clean with an open floor plan that allowed for a lot of visiting while meal prepping. The kitchen was well equipped. I was glad we checked the kitchen before shopping …. There was no aluminum foil, or plastic wrap, etc. the outdoor space was very nice! Rained almost the entire time but still was beautiful! Shopping super close. Would definitely stay again!

My son in law and his groomsmen stayed here the night before wedding. The place was nice looking very spacious. There was vanity lights out in bathroom, cobwebs on bedding, screen doors continue to go off track.
Vacassa handles this property and there communication is horible. I had to call 30 minutes after we checked out to see if could get back in because some of the groomsmen suits were left and needed to be returned. I called 4 times couldn’t get anywhere. They said if found would ship well that doesn’t work. I texted was informed $25 charge for lost and found fee even if not found. Really. There communication sucks. The manager finally called 5 hours later. Any property that has Vacassa listed as a host I will not rent from I will stick with vrbo hosts only .

This home was the perfect weekend getaway while we attended a wedding out of town. The house was very clean, easily accommodated our family members of several ages, and the kids enjoyed playing in the mud during low tide. A nice home for us all!

This house was perfect for our girl’s weekend! Plenty of room, decorated adorably. Very homey. Food and water access was further away than we had hoped but we had fun exploring the area.

Beautiful secluded home, lovely place to watch the tides.
Very clean, great deck and lit path to to the water at night, great place to relax and enjoy the view and tides change. Natural landscaping makes the backyard a fun place to explore.
