Quick trip so room met my needs.

quick check-in, clean room

no outlets close too the bed and the towels were rough. The television was crazy huge.

Great value for your money.

Breakfast was great.

Breakfast should be open until 10am or we should be allowed to take some food to the room, like yoghurt, fruit, juice, in addition to the coffee.

It was a perfect stay for a long trip

We were driving to Port Orchard from Los Angeles, CA. We planned to drive straight thru so we knew we would be late. We had problems that made us very late. The staff helped us out and we were able to check in and get some needed rest. The people were outstanding.

Clean and friendly.

Derrek was extremely helpful and pleasant as was the groundskeeper! Accessible bathroom was a bonus.

The bed was too soft and bouncy and both sides felt too rounded which made me feel like I was going to fall off!!

Exceeding expectations!

Really impressed - better than I expected. Room was clean, large, and well appointed. Staff were friendly and helpful. Included WiFi was good and the hot breakfast was really decent. Really appreciated the fridge and microwave in the room.

A little more variety in the breakfast might have been nice, but this is a very minor suggestion.

Partly good, partly not.

NIce hot tub. Generous breakfast.

There was a lot of noise from the room next door—seemed like very little sound-proofing. But it had a connecting door—maybe that was the problem. I was at the end of the hall, so no noise from the other side. The mattress was not in the least firm—I happened to have a sleeping mat with me so was able to sleep and not wreck my back.

Good for an inexpensive stop for a night or two.

Good coffee and decent breakfast selection. Clean and a reasonably comfortable bed.

As is typical at this price point, the walls are thin. Noise can be an issue. Recommend the top floor in case you have a herd of elephants above as we did.

I chose the red lion because it was the most reasonably priced hotel in the area. Great staff!

. I liked the fresh fruit. And the coffee was good. I liked the way your company handled the bedspread. The linens.we’re very clean!

There was no gluten free items offered for breakfast. The pillows were lumpy. It would’ve been nice to have some teabags in my room.

Beautiful place , good friendly staff

A super pleasant place, we really loved the attention, the massage machines were really a relief for a tiring trip. everything was perfect.

The only thing I didn't like is that they charged me a $100 deposit without prior notice. They return it, but it will take up to 7 days. It doesn't seem right to me. I hope they return it.

Disappointing

Clean dining area. Staff were nice. Massage chairs were a nice touch even though we didn't use them. The vending machines are nice and not too expensive.

The shower curtain rod was broken, so the shower curtain wouldn't close flooding the bathroom. The jetted tub was dirty, and the sides needed to be caulked.
