Wonderful home centrally located close to town. Every room had its own bathroom which was great for multiple people getting ready for a wedding. Kitchen was well equipped.
Charming town- hope to return!

The house worked out really well for our extended family. The only thing that was difficult was the walk to the beach with small children. There was a trolley but it was always a wait to board one.

We absolutely loved our stay here. It was perfect for our family reunion. Each bedroom having its own bath was a huge plus. We loved the outdoor space and fire pit to hang out and the porch was lovely for morning coffee. The house was very clean and the host was super responsive (timely) to the couple of questions / requests we had! The home is walkable to the town and beach. That was a huge plus as the traffic and parking in town was difficult! A 10/10!!

We loved everything about this place. It was a big deal for us as this was the accommodation for our wedding party, but we are pleased to say that we absolutely made three right choice. No major suggestions for improvement other than maybe a wifi extender and black-out blinds. Thank you!

We came in from all over to celebrate Pride in Ogunquit, and had such a great stay. Perfect!

We had 12 adults, 3 babies, and a toddler and stayed in the main house. Each bedroom having its own bathroom was nice. The common areas can feel a little small if you have a full house, but that would be different in the warmer weather, since there is a lovely three season porch and an outdoor space with picnic tables, grill, and fire pit. Hosts were responsive. It was a character-filled, well-cared for property. Available washers and dryers were great with kids in the group. Well-appointed kitchen: we ate most meals in.

We had a fabulous time! There were 8 adults, 2 kids and a dog (we were going to be even more but one couple couldn't make it) and we had SO much room. Every room has its own bathroom. It's got a great cozy feel. The kitchen has lots of pots and pans, two coffee machines and two Keurigs, and a handful of spices. We walked to Ogunquit a few times (about ten minutes away).
Overall, highly recommended!

Wonderful stay with family and friends to celebrate a few birthdays. Property was clean and had plenty of space for everyone. Walking distance to Ogunquit downtown and many restaurants (especially Rose Cove, Omelet Factory & Brickyard Brewery). Didn't realize there was more than one thermostat so some rooms were cold at first. Once we figured out there were other thermostats throughout the house we were warmer. Took over a day to get call backs from property management. Seems there is a problem with their phone system but once we connected they were helpful. Plenty of games and puzzles for rainy days. Would stay again -

My immediate family stayed at the property for the holiday weekend, and despite a bit of bad weather for some of it...we had a great time!
With a fully stocked kitchen, we cooked all meals there, and enjoyed the awesome porch space, as well as the outdoor area with the firepit (which a couple of us are now shopping for).
Everyone had their own personal space with each room having it's own bathroom, which was a huge plus. And every room was clean and easy to relax in.
Questions to the property manager were answered immediately.
Easy walk to everywhere - beaches, downtown, Marginal Way.
We all agreed that we would definitely stay here again, with no hesitation. Thank you for a wonderful weekend!

Amazing week made more comfortable and convenient by having en suite bathrooms in EVERY room!
Beautiful older house, with front porch and backyard fire pit area to gather. We squeezed 14 at the table for dinner! Big and clean kitchen.
Walk into town in 10 minutes, walk to beach in 15 minutes. Absolutely loved our stay and the owner (Skye) was really sweet! Would definitely rent again.

Our family from as far as Europe and TX joined us at this house. Plenty of space for a group of 12! We enjoyed the outside fire pit in the evenings and games at the dining room table. Easy walk to the center of town, and despite all the traffic on the road in front of the property, it wasn’t loud in the house or back yard. Hoping to return!

This home was set up perfectly for our large group of family and friends. With 9 bedrooms and 10 bathrooms, everyone could be comfortable. The front porch and backyard fire pit/picnic table areas were lovely places to hang out. The location is a convenient walking distance from the beach and the main shopping/dining area in Ogunquit. We appreciated that when we had questions or ran into an issue, the property managers were quick to respond. Overall, we had a wonderful stay.

We needed a home large enough for a family vacation (12 of us) and this property was perfect. Each bedroom had its own bathroom, which was key for our group. The kitchen was beautiful, well equipped and very functional. The family room was great for folks who wanted to watch TV or read a book inside. The interior of the house was very clean and well maintained. The front porch was where we spent most of our time. The chairs were very comfortable and the flowers were pretty. The backyard with its firepit, picnic tables, grill and additional seating was an added bonus! The location was ideal. A fairly short walk to the beach, downtown shops and restaurants. As another reviewer stated, it is probably too long a walk for older guests but there’s a trolley stop very close to the house and golf cart taxis to help move folks around town. The property management company was great to work with and very responsive when we had questions or an issue. We are looking to going back next year!

We had a big group—14 of us. This house was perfect. This is our third summer visiting the area and so far our favorite house. Having enough bedrooms and bathrooms for such a large group was amazing. Often houses that ‘sleep’ 12+ people have arrangements that force some people to share a room who otherwise would prefer not to. We all loved having our own spaces. The front porch was amazing, the gardens and trees were breathtaking. We loved having the backyard fire pit for hanging out and making s’mores. There’s a grill for outdoor cooking. Short walk to the bustling downtown and shops and just a bit further to the beach. Probably slightly long walk for older people—we drove my mom who is in her late 70’s—but most of us were fine with the walk. It is on a busy road but set back a ways. Just keep in mind if you have little kids. Our hosts were great to work with, quickly answered questions and kept in touch to be sure we were all set. This place is a 10 out of 10.

Our stay was outstanding!!!
Clean, convenient, comfortable and memorable!!!
We ALL enjoyed the solitude of the surroundings, the availability of the area and the comfort of the inn. We would like to return next year for an additional day or two. It was a 5 star experience and it’s atmosphere was conducive to a unforgettable experience…
There were 2 things that I should point out for reference.. when we arrived the front door was unlocked and we could enter without any security. I then noticed that the rear entrance has the security system. The kitchen faucet might need a new gasket as it has a tendency to drip continuously if not positioned in a certain position. I apologize for not responding sooner however there was a death of a dear friend that occurred the day I returned.
Once again everyone in my party has commented on just how quaint, homey, comfortable and accommodating the inn is and can’t wait to go back!!!
And we will be back !!!
Thank you !!!

We had such an incredible time at the beautiful property. the house was incredibly comfortable for our whole family, with wonderful spaces to gather in, but enough room for everyone to spread out and get some R&R. The renovation done to the house is beautiful and we loved the aesthetic of the furnishings and decor. It's a wonderful mix of modern touches with the original history of the B&B mixed in. The proximity to the center of Ogunquit and the beautiful beaches was perfect for having adventures, eating great food and fun Christmas time shopping. The check-in and check-out process was super easy and the property manager was always super quick to respond to us both before and throughout our stay. I can't say enough good things about this property if you're looking for a great place to stay with a large group. We would absolutely consider booking this property in the future. Thank you!!!

I booked the Puffin Inn due to large group of friends and family traveling from Texas to Ogunquit, ME to see Beautiful the musical playing at Ogunquit Playhouse. Property is set up accommodate couples traveling together. Each bedroom has an en-suite bath that makes it convenient. All told on the property there are 9 guest suites (including 2 above garage). There is large dining room and decent sized kitchen for preparing family style meals. With the large amount of dining options within walking distance, you may forgo the hassle of using kitchen, and let someone else cook for you. There is a grill, with a spare bottle of propane available.
The kitchen comes well stocked with utensils large fridge and (2) 12 cup drip coffee makers.
The rooms have split system ac and heat and work well. The beds are very comfortable, especially for a VRBO, a real bonus. The location is great as many high quality restaurants are nearby and the Ogunquit downtown area is not too far to walk.
I would rent this place again without hesitation. Main Street Properties was easy to work with and very attentive to anything we needed.

Planned a multi family trip to Maine. Loved the house and town. What a great find to have a place with 8 rooms and private bathrooms!!! The kitchen, dining room and living room fit us well. Will DEFINITELY stay here again!

Great location, super clean, beautiful rooms!

Loved so much about the house as listed above. My recommendations would be to really expand the kitchen offerings. Not enough cookware, coffee cups, pots and pans, lobster crackers, to accommodate 14 people. Really need a new set of prep knives or just a sharpener. Not one of them was sharp. Gas grill needs burners replaced. The realtor was extremely quick in sending someone to look at it when we asked, but cleaning it did not help much. The burners are shot. Other than that, it is a wonderful house to spend great time with family and friends!!

Comfortable New England Inn
The Property was an excellent choice for our family vacation. It was about a ten minute walk to the downtown restaurants and shops as well as the Ogunquit beach. The Inn had separate bathrooms for each bedroom which was a wonderful feature. The dining area was large enough to accommodate our family when we ate in. The living room was a bit small, but the furniture was comfortable and the front porch with rocking chairs was perfect for overflow.
The house had all that we needed to get started on our vacation and appliances were in good working order. The landscaping added to our enjoyment and there was plenty of parking. Our entire family greatly enjoyed our stay at the Puffin Inn!

Memorial Day Stay Ogunquit
This property was a perfect fit for a large family reunion. Large kitchen nicely furbished. All parties had their own bedrooms and private bath. Great location. Had a few minor issues and the management company was there late on a Saturday night and handled all concerns. Great response time and great handling of problems

What a fantastic property! Stayed with a group of friends and family for Easter weekend. We loved it. Lots of space, every room has its own bathroom, great outdoor space and an easy walk to town.

Wonderful place for a small group gathering.
I rented the Puffin Inn to celebrate my father's 70th birthday and it was the perfect set-up to do so. Separate bathrooms per bedroom made it the perfect place to gather with a group. Easy walk to downtown Ogunquit for dinner. I'd love to come back during the high season.

We were able to have a Covid-safe birthday celebration in this lovely home. Easy walking distance into town, lots of useful space in the kitchen, dining rooms, and other common areas.

Great for groups, great location
This property checked all the boxes for our group of 14. Everyone had their own space when needed as well as areas to gather for game play, dining or watching TV. The kitchen has everything you need to cook for a crowd. Having a private bathroom in every room was a huge plus & made getting ready so easy! Location is very convenient for everything & the price was right. If you're looking for a cozy place for family &/or friends, look no further. Would definitely return & recommend!
