This place is just what youvneed if you’re with a young family. The hosts were fantastic and fully explained everything required. We would definitely recommend these apartments you couldn’t ever be disappointed. 👍

Property is gorgeous, clean and well maintained. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay special. Tina is a wonderful host and was always available to answer our questions. Definitely would stay here again. Thank you!

Room was amazing, great pool and access to grills. I just couldn’t understand how aggressive and truthfully cringy the sales staff are at this resort. NEVER AGAIN, I loved the facility and accommodations but the vultures that keep trying to get you to buy into Wyndham is gross.
4.0 / 5.0
The place was great! A very short drive from the airport and it didn’t require having to deal with the Vegas Strip traffic. The place can get a little crowded in tower 2 (where people check in and out), but once in the room it’s nice and quiet. Had 4 people stay in the same suite which made this rental even more affordable. Having a kitchen is a huge plus.
When you check in you will be pushed a little about going to a timeshare meeting and things like that, but as a guest of a timeshare owner you can say no.
All in all, for our trip it was perfect, and it was a plus that we all got to stay together
5.0 / 5.0
First of all, I would stay at this property again. The rooms were comfortable and quiet, and the amenities were great. We are not gamblers, and for us, this was a perfect base for what we were doing in Las Vegas! We went to two shows at the Sphere and walked back both nights.
We loved having a kitchen for late-night snacking, and two bedrooms with a living room gave four of us plenty of space. The hourly shuttle is awesome and we never waited more than 5 minutes for an Uber. Another bonus is being adjacent to the battle bots (if you are into that).
The adult pool was great (there is a family pool with a beach shelf too), along with the pool side bar, snack bar and we loved the main bar in the lobby (shoutout Barry the Bartender!). Good happy hour prices, too,
The only drawback was the gauntlet of checking in. Once you check in at the front desk and get room keys, you are directed to another desk to get your “resort bracelets”. That is where the timeshare salespeople are; they do not want to take no for an answer. They start by showing you a map of the resort and pointing out the amenities; then they offer a free happy hour with the hitch that includes a tour; that is when I communicated that I was not interested. After a few minutes of the sales guy acting like I hurt his feelings, I said that my time in Vegas was short and was very direct that I did not have time for sales pitches and walked away. After that, they leave you alone. If you are not interested in the timesha

Our rooms were clean and spacious. Felt like a home away from home. Loved how close we were to Top Golf which we enjoyed a couple times! Overall great trip just wish we could have had a later check out.

Great place to stay. Our group of girls were staying in vegas for the IBS hair show. We wanted clean and comfortable without the busy casion action. We relaxed by the adult pool daily. With just the right amount of drink next to the pool😁
Easy access to just about anything with a quick uber trip. I highly recommend the Wyndham.

Tina is an excellent host, she was very prompt with communications. Property is very clean and best part was connection with the strip.

Great location for all sites--off the strip but easy access with a car. About a mile walk from Sphere--which was how we got home--saved us the parking and the chaos of everyone leaving at once. Great pool. Cafe on-site was serviceable for easy meals. Parking was easy, always found a spot near entrance. Great room for siblings with 2 beds and a separate room for mom and dad. Perfect arrangement. Would recommend.

Amazing hosts, perfect location if you want to be off the street but extremely accessible to the strip. The resort it is in is perfect for friends/families & they were able to answer any questions immediately. Hosts were extremely helpful!

We went to Vegas to see family and also have a mini vacation. We loved the location of the Wyndham. It was very quiet and the staff were extremely friendly. The shuttle made going to the strip easy, even though I preferred walking up Harmon Ave!
3.0 / 5.0
We were told that this was a timeshare, but the hard press at check in was a little over the top. I might live in a dream world, but I think you should be able to just let the staff know that you're in a VRBO and you're not interested. Instead of being welcomed with warmth and hospitality, we were immediately thrust into a sales pitch, complete with relentless attempts to upsell packages. On the other hand, our VRBO hosts were wonderful-- not our cup of tea.

This is an affordable and nice alternative while in Vegas. No gambling here so it’s a break from the strip, return and relax! The amenities are great especially the fitness center and pools. The guest suite we stayed in was large but dated decor. But be prepared for a hard sales pitch. I had to say no about 9 or 10 times, not exaggerating.

We loved how close to the strip we were - and how peaceful and quiet the apartment was! Lots of space for four of us to spread out, and having two bathrooms was great. We didn’t have time to try most of the amenities, but enjoyed the pool and hot tubs.

We thoroughly enjoyed our 7 days at the Wyndham. Clean, spacious rooms, well furnished with all the kitchen gear to make most meals…even a blender for smoothies. We would stay here again!

Great location, close to strip. Excellent customer service. Lots of space for a family to spend out in the two bedroom unit. Convenient shuttle service to strip.
5.0 / 5.0
Property was very nice as was the room. The only issue was on check in after a very long day. It was about 2am our time when we arrived. Front desk check in was quick and easy. Then the concierge wanted to talk to us about attending a session on the timeshares here. I advised we were very tired and just wanted to go to our room but he continued until another staff member saw we were not at all interested in what he was saying and told him to stop. He said " I'm just doing my job" then stopped
Obviously he can't read people. We left for our room and we would not be interested in ANY session after that experience. Also we purchased a small container of milk and two bottles of wine from the lobby market. Don't do that unless you have to as it was triple the price we paid the next day offsite.
Check out at 930am was quick and they held our bags there until we came back at 730pm to pick them up for our trip to the airport. I would stay here again.

Comfortable accommodations, clean, close to everything (but just enough away from the crowds). The bartender, Jonathan, was nice and efficient, in making sure customers received quick and correct service. Will always stay here in when I visit Las Vegas.

Everything was good except needing more supplies and shower head leaks unless adjusted. Nice pooka and hot tubs. Great
4.0 / 5.0
Room was great although looking a bit dated tower 3. Dishwasher didn’t work so washed dishes by hand. Strange humming sound on last night that bothered our kids. Free shuttle was great to the strip. First part of checking in went fine. Beware when they say to visit the next group for wrist bands that’s the timeshare group! We tried to be polite and just said NO and that was not good enough! We just walked away. Not a great way to start our trip so beware and we didn’t even use the wrist bands even to ride the shuttle. Tina our host was awesome and answered all my questions quickly. So check out her properties

Lovely stay at a beautiful property.

What a fantastic oasis away from the Strip. We had a memorable experience seeing U2 at the new Sphere and our stay couldn't have been more comfortable and laid back than staying at this resort. Everything you need for a relaxing visit is provided and the suite was super clean.
I can't say enough about how communicative and responsive Tina was before, during, and after our stay and I would like to apologize for the delay in posting this review as we went on to California for 5 days after our stay and the wi-fi at other accommodations were less than ideal to post a review (I tried 3 times with no luck!).
Five stars accommodation and five plus stars for Tina, we will definitely be back in the future.

Close to the strip, helpful and knowledgeable staff, host was quick to respond and checked in to make sure all was great on our end. Definitely recommend!
5.0 / 5.0
They Grand desert is a quit property but still only a 20 min walk to the main core of the strip. The suite was large and clean. The kitchen was well equipped and stocked.
The property had a convenience store and cafe with everything you would need for a extended stay.
Tina was very responsive and helpful.
I would book this location with Tina again.

A little bit away from everything but still close enough to enjoy Vegas!
4.0 / 5.0
This is our first time staying here and it definitely won’t be our last. It is a great solution when you don’t want to stay inside the casino and close to the strip everything was great about our stay except two things one was the sales people who are absolute sharks and don’t leave you alone they even have the nerve to call you in your room at seven in the morning And number two the customer service at the oasis cafe was terrible. Other than that the room was excellent. Check-in was easy other than the sales people and it was very comfortable.
