We were looking for a relaxing, scenic place to get away for a few days, one that would accommodate my wife and I, our two sons and their spouses, a 3-year-old granddaughter and a grandpuppy. This house was a perfect fit! The lake view was gorgeous, the outside spaces were so nice and relaxing, and there was a nicely-appointed bedroom for each couple. And our granddaughter was delighted with the choice of bunk beds! Property Manager Brian was incredibly helpful and responsive. This could not have been a better place for us to gather, and we'd go back in a heartbeat!

The house was comfortable, clean and beautifully decorated for Christmas. Centrally located to many Hot Springs activities. Well stocked kitchen and comfortable beds. Great views - balcony with fire-it- we could go on and on.

Not being knowledgable of the area and traveling from different parts of the states we were so happy to find a home with a view of the main part of the Lake, so close to town and the gardens. The home was clean, well appointed, and perfect for the family

View is spectacular! Beautiful to see during meals, cooking in kitchen, relaxing in living room. Just a special place to spend time with family. Brian is a great property manager. Communication great & quickly answered questions & helpful when needed.

7 girlfriends once a year get together and have fun. Normally we go to navarre Beach or Orange Beach. We decided to try a new place. We picked the best place ever. Beautiful view. Perfect sleeping arrangements. Floor Fan in every room . Highly recommend this Beautiful home. Definitely rent a pontoon. The lake and homes on the lake are gorgeous.

I regret not taking care of this review in a timely manner. The house was great—plenty of space for our two families, the kitchen was well-equipped and the view was amazing. We fished right off the dock downstairs and everyone caught fish. We had a great time and this house was a big part of enjoying our stay in Hot Springs!

We had such a relaxing weekend here. Owner was quick to answer when we needed him. The house had everything we needed/wanted, we didnt leave until it was time to checkout. Everyone felt at home and those views were even more stunning in person.

We had family fly in from Colorado for the weekend to celebrate my husbands 50th birthday and had a BLAST! The house is perfect for large groups - we had 6 adults and 6 kiddos. Close enough to everything for convenience but felt very secluded. Absolute perfection. We are planning on making this an annual trip and staying here again next year!

This property is even more stunning than in the pictures. We had a great time swimming in the lake and enjoying the views! The kitchen is very well stocked with equipment so we had no issue cooking some meals. There is an extra fridge in the garage which came in very handy! The beds are all super comfy & the house was very clean. The host responded extremely quickly when I contacted him. Overall it was one of the best rental experiences I have ever had. 10/10 recommend :)

I doubt a better view of the lake could be found, almost no houses, all lake and woods, plus a little island. We had plenty of room for our reunion of four siblings. The inside of the house was very clean and fresh. Everyone had their own bedroom, bathroom and smart TV. Nice large common spaces for visiting, eating and playing games. Five minutes away from the beautiful Garvan Gardens. All went smoothly.

We all loved the million dollar view. I loved my time with my daughters and granddaughters. Sitting around the fire reminiscing and oh the beautiful nature. We were able to bond with each other. The sights and sounds of Hot Springs.

A wonderful place for a weekend with three of my friends. We each had our own bedroom and bath, plus large spaces for group gatherings. The kitchen was well-equipped and large enough for us to create meals together. The seasonal decorations added a personal touch. Great outdoor spaces and an awesome view of sunsets over the lake. And it was close to the activities/restaurants we we wanted in Hot Springs. One of our best retreats. Thanks Brian!

This was out third year visiting the Hot Springs area. We love visiting the area right before Christmas. The light display downtown is wonderful. My grandson was so in awe with them. Home was super clean, and in a great area.. But that view! It woes you and all your guests from the second you walk thru the door! And the host was very helpful, I talked to him personally on the phone when I needed to add an extra day to the trip and he was very helpful.. Everything In the home was like new and classy.. my mother in law wants to come again this summer lol

Million dollar lake view adequately describes this rental! We were overwhelmed with the view, the location, the cleanliness, the ease of check-in and the house was beautifully decorated for fall! What a cozy place! The kitchen was superb for our family breakfasts. All the needed gadgets and appliances were there! We can't say enough about this place! Is was simply the BEST! And as a family with a 5yr old, it could not have been more perfect! We will be back, no doubt!

Very well kept property. The home was well appointed. Only minor issue was that there were no curtains or blinds on the door to the balcony in the upstairs room facing the street. This prevented making it dark at bedtime due to the ambient outside lights. Again...a minor item. Otherwise a lovely home.
