This gorgeous house is nestled in this cute, quiet little cul-de-sac and it was absolutely perfect for our family. The house was decorated so tastefully and tropical. It felt like a little piece of paradise. The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes and essentials with a cute little welcome basket on the counter. Plenty of space for our family and everything just had that great homey touch to it. We've stayed at a lot of VRBO's before, and this was by far the best one. The bedrooms were spacious and super clean. There are no shortage of towels for showering and beach towels for the pool. We brought our own floaties for the pool, but their "pool room" had tons of different floaties available for use. The pool was perfect. It looked a little smaller than what the picture showed, but it was just right for our group of 8. There's a nice dock area we used for fishing as well too. The "great room" upstairs was fun for everyone as well. There was plenty of seating to accommodate the group as well. The owners were super responsive to our questions and very easy to work with. They sent clear instructions on how to leave the house when our stay was done. They also provided dinner suggestions which were helpful since we weren't familiar with the area. Would definitely recommend this house to anyone visiting the area. You won't be disappointed.

This was a beautiful home in a great location on the lake. The kitchen had everything you would need for cooking and grilling. My grandsons enjoyed the pool and using the kayaks. We would definitely return here for another family vacation.

It was a lovely place to stay. Our Grandboys had a great time in the game room, it had alot to offer. The pool and hot tub were wonderful also. Just a beautiful place to stay overall. Would definitely stay again

The pictures don’t do this place justice. It was beautiful. They have everything needed to cook and so many additional “extras.” They had an amazing amount of linens and beach towels. We had a little trouble with a couple things but Tom was extremely responsive and accommodating. Super game room kept everyone together having fun. This would be perfect for a multi generational family vacay or a set of parents takings kids plus friends —the master bedroom is on the main floor with the other 3 bedrooms upstairs with the game room. Door chimes let you know when anyone leaves the house. And the whole backyard/pool area is enclosed with a gate. The pool is heated so I could actually use it and the kayaks and paddle boards are a plus. Do not miss Morrison’s fried pies—the owner is amazing and they have a few flavors that are vegan!!! Sams Pizza also has an extensive vegan menu.

This lake house was just right for a family vacation. The kitchen was well equipped, the beds comfortable and the upstairs game room was the perfect spot for the kids to hangout together. Having a pool and hot tub right next to the lake was wonderful. From the lake house it was easy to get into town and a short easy drive to the bath houses.

Met 4 old friends for a catch-up visit. The property is well kept with a beautiful view. It was rainy and overcast so we didn't use the pool or lake toys, but we still had a great time hanging in the game room. It's an easy 20 minutes from lots of restaurants and things-to-do (like the racetrack/casino which was very nice and a lot of fun). The master bedroom is large with a large bathroom (and on the first floor). I would recommend the property and I'm considering coming back in the summer with my wife.

We had so much fun at this property. We used the pool, water toys, hot tub, pool table, and arcade games. The house was clean and had all the amenities you need. Overall, I would definitely stay here again and would recommend the house to anyone looking to visit Hot Springs, AK.

This gorgeous large house was perfect with its many bathrooms and bedrooms with king size beds, fully stocked kitchen, entertainment room with billiards and air hockey, the lake etc.
Communication was excellent with the owners.
The house is large and great for friends or family; Quiet area close to grocery stores and restaurants. Easy to get to hot springs, the diamond mines or quartz mines.
Hope we get there again.

We celebrated my husband birthday with all our children here. The house was immaculately clean! The bedrooms are all spacious and comfortable! It had everything we could need. The kitchen contained everything you could possible need to cook and bake! The pool and hot tub were perfect!

Than enough space to gather. The outdoor area is amazing! The pool, hot tub, and use of kayaks, pedal boat, and paddle board were popular with our whole group! We were greeted with a bottle of wine and a basket of snacks when we arrived. Many amenities are included that other rental homes do not. Tom answered all of our questions very quickly. None of our group wanted to leave this beautiful home on Lake Hamilton!

Lakehouse is lovely. Four kids and 10 adults had a wonderful stay. Room with bunks and 2 queen beds was perfect for the kids. The private pool was nice with beautiful views on the lake. The house had extra amenities provided that I have not had with other properties.

This property was just as advertised. Fantastic spacious home with all amenities. Amazing outdoor space with pool, hot tub, grill, and great view of the lake. Hosts were great with providing information about the property prior to our stay, and checked in on us during our stay via e-mail to make sure everything was as it should be. Highly recommend.

I can't say enough good things about this experience. The pictures are 100% accurate and everything is even better in person.
We stayed in March and the weather was around 70 during the day. The pool and hot tub were open and warm and used all week. As well as the two kayaks and paddleboat. (there's a couple of standup boards too, but we didn't try that) The fish were biting off the dock all week, too, so that was fun.
The house is huge, plenty of room to spread out for large groups. Pool table, air hockey, huge TV for march madness, tons of games and puzzles, Xbox, you name it.
The house is about 15-20min from bathhouse row or the track, and like 8min from the closest convenience store/gas station.
If you're on the fence, do it...Hot Springs is a great little town with tons to do, and even if you never leave the house, it'll be a great time.

We truly enjoyed our stay in Hot Springs in this home. We went for Thanksgiving and there was plenty of space for us to spread out, and a game room to keep the kids (and big kid adults) entertained. We would recommend to anyone wanting a place to hang out as a family or with friends, with plenty of activities for kids.

If you are looking to not be in the middle of everything then this is a property to look at. My wife and I were able to spend many days on one of the three deck areas enjoying the sunrise and sunsets over looking the lake. This house offers everything you need with a little extra. Enjoy

We had such a fun time staying in this house! The views are amazing and the house included everything we needed to enjoy our time on the lake. There were kayaks, paddle boards, and was surprised they had a pedal boat too! That was really great to be able to take our younger kids out. We were interested in renting the boat mentioned but unfortunately you did need a boaters license for that. There are of course many other places to rent from if that is a priority. We visited the second week of October and the weather was fabulous and the heated pool was very much enjoyed! They provided big pool towels and other random pool accessories. We grilled out most nights and enjoyed all the outside seating options. The inside was super clean and very well stocked! The game room was so much fun and the air hockey table was a huge hit! The bedrooms were large with big closets. The beds were super comfortable. We went with another family and had plenty of room to all spread out and have our own space when needed. The neighbors are putting in a pool so there was some occasional construction noise but it was very minimal and not disruptive at all. The owners were great to work with and responded quickly with any questions we had. We absolutely loved everything about our stay and hope to come visit again!

Our stay was wonderful! The owner was very responsive to all of our questions. The house was exactly as described. So many fun activities for the family even on rainy days. We were also able to rent the boat from the neighbors which was very convenient. We had a great trip and the house felt like being at home.

My family and I had a lot of fun at this vacation spot. The pool was very nice since the days were so hot! Plenty of room for the families. Enjoyed the open area on the second floor where we could all gather and play games. Kayaking and paddle boarding and fishing on the lake were enjoyed by everyone!

Awesome place, plenary of room for three families, super affordable, amazing location, and the owner went above and beyond and was easy to work with. Perfect location to everything we needed. Having a boat to rent next door was icing on the cake. Great house for teens -they LOVED the bonus game room upstairs. Thanks for sharing your house with us :) will definitely return!

Quiet, peaceful home
Lovely home. Quiet neighborhood. The home was well stocked. We enjoyed the game room! Sheets were sooo soft and the towels thick and luxurious.

Better than advertised!
My only disappointment was that there were not 6 Stars to give! The home was perfect for our group of seven adults. The house was well-appointed and we had everything we needed. The place was spotless! It is beautifully situated on a cove and there was plenty of space to relax both indoors and out. Our hosts were communicative throughout and most accommodating. We will be back!
