Comfortable stay in this charming little cottage. Very well equipped. Suited us well, as we were walking the Grand Union Canal.
Windows need some attention, rusty frames, a lot of cobwebs!

Beautiful 2 bedroom appartment (Weavers) Very light and airy. It was very clean and had everything we needed to easily self cater our 3 night stay. Lovely big comfortable beds and the fact that both bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms was a real bonus. Outdoor seating/eating area was well-maintained and had a fabulous view. Private off-road parking at the property was much appreciated. Jenny was a great host; very friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend Bay Tree Cottage.
We loved it all!

the property was in a great location for us. it is a quirky place that is quaint and full of character which we loved
on the website it said that there was a tv in every room which there wasn’t. so when our daughter was going to bed (on the sofa couch) we didn’t have the option to continue to watch tv upstairs. The mattress on the bed is sunk on the right hand side which made it uncomfortable for my husband. there is also a lack of personal touch and being made welcome for example no welcome pack even if it was just a pack of biscuits and a welcome note. there also wasn’t any complimentary toiletries just odd hand wash and mix matched hand moisturiser. again for me to have classed this property as high standard it’s the details that make it so and then extra effort, both of which were missing.

Beautiful quaint little cottage, loved the spiral staircase and the views to the field from the staircase window..The quietness and relaxed feeling we felt immediately. If you're looking for peacefulness, this is the place. We would definitely stay here again.
Nothing to dislike,all positive.

2 en-suite bathrooms. Nice patio. Good parking.
The property was dirty and showed evidence of use. There was a dirty towel, a used razor in the shower, someone had been lying on the beds, washed but not put away kitchen utensils, no door key (eventually found under base cushions of sofa). We were told conflicting stories by the owners representative and the neighbouring guests. The owner refused to compensate us for our inconvenience.

There’s nothing not to like, perfect location for Silverstone and property clean and comfortable.
Nothing I can think of.

lovely location and beautiful rooms
We didn’t liked that there wasn’t communal toilet, which make one couple very uncomfortable as they had to use a toilet in one of bedroom’s where other couple were sleeping.

Property available as we arrived ,with key collection instructions clear and simple. Properties are beautiful, with attractive and comfortable furnishings and really well equipped kitchen. Stunning surroundings and great for children to watch the sheep and other animals. Owners helpful and friendly, without being intrusive.

Lovely setup where all families had their own separate places to stay, but were next to each other, so easy to meet up. Dog owners made good use of the paddock. Lovely local pub a two minute walk away.
Nothing comes to mind

Nice countryside and picturesque. Overall cottage was nice but very hollow walls.
You could hear the other guests through the hollow walls.
Also two members of my family attended the local pub round the corner called THE KINGS ARMS. The staff there made comments about whether there was a bus load of them!!! This is NOT acceptable behaviour or comments of this day and age. Clearly it didn't portray a welcoming visit!! Quite backward in my opinion. This put us off from visiting other parts of the town. We would not be visiting again.

all brilliant thank you

Lovely little cottage stay, thank you to our host Jenny who was on hand even with an unexpected late arrival.
One thing to note is the very steep spiral staircase, not ideal for anyone who’s not firm on their feet.

Very ornate, traditional and quaint property. Local to a very wonderful pub with very happy owners. The property had all the amenities required for a break away.
Areas of the property could have been a little cleaner. Behind the TV, under lamp table in the bedroom, carpet in the bedroom had evident dust collecting on it. Also somebodies toiletries were left in the shower cubicle which we had to bin.

Loved the view from our little apartment, everything we needed was available.
