The staff and room.
Made the effort to put breakfast on a little early to accommodate an early check out.

Really comfy bed but imo the duvet was too warm. Fan stayed on in shower until very late. Apart from that really good. Will return!
Cooler duvet and fan in bathroom goes off say 10 minutes after you switch light off

The room was really nice, wifi was nice and fast. The food in the evening and breakfast were both nice.
The staff were rushed off their feet in the evening, mainly due to lack of staff.

Only got 2 small towels in room when we arrived. Had to ask for more which they happily gave but should have had more than 2 with 2 people staying there.

Could do with a few more seating areas in the bar although perhaps you'd be allowed to sit at the dining tables if necessary?

Friendly honest staff
According to the staff the crime rate on vans are terrible a parking warding security would go a long way.
The breakfast wasn’t nothing special the sausages was hard the bacon had no taste. The room was dirty with nail clippings on the floor terrible for £121 for one night

For the price paid and the fact it is a budget hotel; I was so so impressed by this Ibis. The rooms are fresh and modern, with USB charging ports and very spacious shower room. The staff were very polite and courteous
- especially the gentleman who runs the breakfast. Excellent value for money.
7.0 / 10.0
The room was decently sized and clean, which is all you can really ask for from a hotel like this. The car park is also large and appeared to be well covered with cameras. The staff were pleasant and the breakfast was good, served early enough for business travellers on weekends with an early start.
The location is a little out of the way of everything, but that's not really the hotel's fault.

Nothing initially. Looks terrible from the outside. Inside was lots better. The staff were cheerful and helpful but there wasn’t enough of them.
Not enough staff.
