About this house rental

Scottsdale insta-worthy oasis with luxury finishes. The spacious resort-style backyard features a 5-hole putting green, outdoor TV, heated pool and spa with baja step for lounging, a built-in natural gas firepit, ping pong, and cornhole, and of course a propane grill. Inside, enjoy a game of pool or set up for movie-night on the comfy sectional sofa! We are just half a block off the Scottsdale canal where residents of Scottsdale often enjoy going for a jog or bike ride. Plus, we are less than 2 miles from downtown Scottsdale and all the restaurants, clubs and entertainment it has to offer!

Incredible experience with this property. Everything is well maintained and conveniently located in the perfect area to reach all the attractions of Scottsdale. Couldn’t ask for a better host who is very responsive and truly cares about your stay and experience. Overall 10 out of 10.

We rented the house to spend a week with our children and grandchildren and it was magical. The outside area is custom built for kids enjoyment and the heating and hot tub worked well all week. The location is quiet and super close to many attractions. The canal proximity is also really nice if you want to walk or cycle. I appreciate the hosts graciousness in handling a mishap we had where we accidentally broke a window in the house. I highly recommend taking damage insurance and thanks to our host, they handled the whole repair with no fuss. Highly recommend this beautiful property.

The house is exactly as described. The beds are very comfortable and we all slept great! The kitchen was just the right size and had everything we needed to cook light breakfasts and meals (we went out for dinner most nights!) The pool and hot tub were great and the perfect temps. The owners are very responsive and went out of their way to correct any issue we had. Location is close to airport, ASU, Tempe, zoo, hiking and botanical gardens. Easy access to highways as well. 10/10!

Great property with everything to make our stay comfortable. Perfect, quiet location, close to airport and all amenities. The pool, hot tub, pool table etc kept kids and adults entertained. We had a great time staying at this home. It literally has every game you can imagine! My boys were thoroughly entertained especially since we got some unexpected rain. Home was clean and well equipped. Wouldn't change a thing!

We had a perfect vacation at this property! The pool, spa and outdoor activities were exceptional. The home is cozy and nicely decorated. Beds are really comfy too! The neighborhood is quiet and safe with easy access to everything we needed. Hosts were very responsive and even provided great local restaurant options. Definitely glad we picked this spot. Will return again soon.

Angelique and Kurt, owners and hosts, had the perfect house for my family to gather for my daughter's wedding celebration week. The house was everything we expected from their write up and photos on the website plus much more. What made it even more special was our host’s attention to customer service! They were positively committed to making our week special. I've been very fortunate, as I've had very exceptional hosts, but they went above and beyond for us. I highly recommend them and their beautiful home.

Our families had a wonderful time at this home. Plenty of things to do between swimming, ping pong, pool, golf and just hanging out by the firepit. The home was located in a quiet neighborhood and centrally located to shopping, activities and the airport…nothing was more than 15-20 minutes away. The rooms were comfortable and we had everything we needed for our stay. Would stay here again.

We had a great stay at this property! Angelique was very communicative when we had any questions. Old Town was a short 5-10 minute drive from the home. The backyard was where we spent most of our time- we especially loved the hot tub and the fire pit!

Short trip with 6 friends for a golf trip to scottsdale. Home was very clean and outfitted with smart locks which made check in/check out simple. Great common areas equipped with tvs, pool table and nice kitchen. Didn’t use the pool, but was very clean. Putting green was a hit with the group. We spent the majority of the evening on the patio which also had a tv. No cons with this listing. Our host answered all of our questions quickly and made everything very easy!!

We had a wonderful time at the house, as well the town! Everyone was helpful and was really upbeat. Easy communication with the owners and if something was wanted or needed they were there to do it. The location was perfect no more than 15min from everywhere we wanted to go! If you get a chance do the bar bike (Keegan) was so fun! The only small down to this was the ac was locked at 73 to prevent the lockup of the unit but it was ungodly hot when you woke up. We bought 2 extra fans to help with the circulation. Keep in mind it was 112 outside so this might only be because of that.

I cannot say enough great things about this property and the host. Angelique was so nice, welcoming, and easy to communicate with. She made the process leading up to our arrival so seamless and answered any questions that we had in a timely manner. The check-in process was so easy. One of the rooms needed a fan, as the overhead was not working. Angelique had a standing fan to us in less than an hour. Great service!! The property was clean and exactly as pictured. The location is perfect, maybe a 5-7 minute ride to any of the major hotspots. I would happily stay here again!
