This property is perfect if you're looking for a quiet, tropical retreat! The road to the house is very windy, so you must be comfortable driving in those conditions (I’d say a rental car is a MUST for exploring the island from here). The hosts are extremely communicative and provided us with all necessary information.

The house is beautiful and spacious, two of us stayed in the main house and 2 stayed in La Casita. The area is quiet, with the exception of the coqui and roosters-which I did not mind at all. The house is well stocked with anything you might need. The kitchen has lots of spices and some food items. The house is on a hill with a winding and narrow road-if you’re from PR-you already know how it is. The small pool is nice for cooling off in the afternoon.I would definitely consider this property again. April is very nice and responsive. She answers any questions very quickly. The only comment I have is that the downstairs bedroom does not have A/C and it can get stuffy. My son didn’t mind. My favorite part is that almost everyone had their own private full bathroom.

Great place for the family to stay. Beautiful inside and outside.
We did rent Jeep Wrangler as we were going to explore entire island anyways and it helped not to worry about local roads.
You iether need something lifted a bit or something skinny so you can fit between the ruts in some parts.
April did sent a screenshot of the better way in, but after a couple of road trips I just followed GPS for shorter route.
We did have a little power outage for couple of hours during our stay, generator did not kick on, "such as life" (owner had maintenance person there next morning to fix it). Nobody got too grumpy about the heat so life goes on :).
We had fun, and enjoyed our stay! The views from the deck are priceless. Cellular service is good (I have T-Mobile).
Something I found nearby on Geocaching app 18.2953887, -65.8390572 , it's a nice natural pool with waterfalls. You will need that 4x4 or skinny car to get there. Park by the bridge and walk up the trail at least 3 water pools with cool water.

Villa De Dream is more beautiful than the pictures. It is perfect for a family reunion because each room is private and there is a side house fully equipped with children bunk beds. Downstairs is the perfect place to unwind after a day at the beach or el yunque. One of the days my husband and I stayed at the house while our children went to the beach. The kitchen is very spacious and well stocked. The first night we had a storm and woke to a power outage. As soon as we called April she was on it. We had an electrician at the house in minutes. We went to El Yunque that day and every business was without power. I don’t know how they did it but we got the power back before anyone else. We stayed at 4 other houses on our family vacation. Villa De Dream was by far the best! If you have never seen a coqui they hang out on the bottom floor next to the bar.

We stayed here for a week with another couple and 4 kids aged 10-16. The space was amazing for all of us! The kids had their own casita with bathroom and small kitchen. The adults stayed in the big house, with a well-stocked kitchen. The views were amazing, and the upstairs and downstairs porches got plenty of use, especially the pool table and grill. The downstairs bedroom in the main house got warm a few nights, which was solved by leaving the door open and cranking down the upstairs AC and fans. Overall this house was perfect for fun and relaxation, and we wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again! Highly recommended.

This house was perfect for our first trip to Puerto Rico. We wanted to be not too far from our “to do” list and this house fit the bill! The soaking pool, and multiple deck/patio spaces were perfect for relaxing. The house was very clean and we had everything we needed. The owners were very helpful and responsive. We highly recommend the Villa de Dream!

We stayed here with 2 other couples. It was plenty big, everyone had their own room and own bathroom which was really nice. Kitchen was huge and easy to accommodate 6 people, we cooked almost every night. Kitchen was fully stocked, and really appreciated leaving the things from last guests to use, unopened jars of sauce, noodles, condiments, etc. Both porches were amazing, we spent most nights down stairs playing darts and pool. Location was nice that it was close to the airport (40 mins) and still close to the east coast, for boating and beaches (40-45 mins). It is a little less sunny being so close to El Yunique, but still beautiful warm weather.

We loved the patio-was a great place to unwind! The property is well cared for & beautiful. There was a ripe starfruit but we didn't pick it. The pool table was great to have. It cooled off enough in the evenings that we didn't use the plunge pool but was very clean and inviting. We had everything we needed in the kitchen-thanks for the coffee! I would love to stay again!

If you want a beautiful home with all the amenities in a fantastic location to bond with family members, this is the place! After venturing out to explore the sites of Puerto Rico, it is exciting to return home to relax or spend time enjoying the amenities this home provides. If we make it back, this is definitely where will stay.

The house was one of the best parts of our trip. The winding road did not detour us at all. Thanks for the Warning April and Jarl. The house pictures do it no justice. It is beautiful and so calming. one of my favorite things to do there. Especially since it decided to pour rain for most of our stay. We were a group of six and even without the casita, we all would have fit. April answered my many, many questions, she also offered so many good suggestions. She checked in since she new it was raining and we were going to the rainforest. We hope to come back.

This place is wonderful. The roads in and out were an adventure but so worth it. The view cannot be beat and the house has everything you need. We found the welcome book after a couple days so we did live on two dogs that came to the house. We didn’t see that warning up front. I wish I could bring them home with us! So sweet.

2 years ago we stayed on the west coast of PR, in a villa on the beach. This year we wanted to switch it up, looked for a place in the rain forest area, and found this place. It was well supplied, very comfortable lay-out, fun area downstairs, amazing views from upstairs, close to the beach and marina - overall a "5 star" stay for 3 adult couples. A bit of a curvy road to get there, but worth every curve.

This property was the perfect place to end our trip to the island. It was close to a few towns we visited and offered everything we needed when we wanted to just hang out as a family. Highly recommend.

The house is big, clean, beautifully decorated, well equipped for fun times on the patio, and best of all, has the best views. Hosts are quick to respond to any questions you have or things you need. Visited with family and it felt like a safe place to be. Highly recommend!!

Easy check-in & check-out process. Great communication & very responsive host. Home is spacious, beautiful & well-stocked. AC works great in the bedrooms & throughout the house. Home is centrally located which allowed us to visit numerous sites throughout PR! Highly recommend booking the Arenales Cave, River Trekking and Natural Spring Adventure with Yamila through Puerto Rico as a Local. Absolutely amazing excursion!
In the evenings, we really enjoyed hanging out on the back deck, shooting pool, playing darts & watching the spectacular sunsets.
The beds & pillows were very comfortable. Of note, we didn't realize that the bunk beds in the Casita are kid-sized. Therefore, there are only 3 beds for adult use. It wasn't an issue for us as we made do with the couch as an alternative bed. Overall, 5-star rating for this stay!

We enjoyed our short stay. The house was clean and had everything we needed. The view from the porch was spectacular. We would stay here again.

This property was everything my family and I needed to get away. We didn’t want to be in the city where there’s so much noise and touristy things. We wanted something beautiful, comfortable and somewhat recluse, and this property was just that and more.
I only regret not having more time.
The hosts April and Jarl are incredibly helpful, communicative and accommodating. I have nothing but the absolute highest recommendation for anyone interested in this property.
One thing: this property is in Rio Grandé requiring you to drive through many tight and winding roads up a mountain with 2-way traffic. If you are not a strong driver, I’d be careful in considering going to this property (that is if your schedule includes coming and going a bunch during your stay).

Absolute paradise
If you are on the fence about this property, JUST BOOK IT.
Seriously breath taking views, property is gorgeous, well stocked and just heaven.
Fruit trees and the view are the icing on the cake. We all wish we could live here full time
