The house was great for our 6 person girls trip. It was very clean and communication was great.
4.6
The home is very nice and in a good location. Having the garage to park in was wonderful. We would definitely stay in this home again.
4.6
Great spot I’d you have multiple people and like a little space …there were 7 of us and it was nice to spread out. Enjoyed cooking breakfast each morning before going exploring. Rooftop area needs some
Refurbishing but the rest of the house was good :)
4.6
Bathroom for each couple. Rooftop patio is great but no shade during the day - nice to sit out in the evening. Nice walk to the Gulch, Edgehill. 7 minute Uber to everything.
4.6
It had plenty of room for all of us and it was wonderful to have the garage to use. We had three large touring motorcycles and was reassuring to know they were safe in the garage.
We were able to walk to most places we needed to go.
Wish we would have planned to stay longer to enjoy everything.
4.6
This was a updated - clean stay in a nice neighborhood. Quick UBER or walk to downtown or the Gulch. Everything as expected and promised.
4.6
This place is a 2-4 minute ride to broadway. Uber rides are about $7. The property has a nice rooftop patio with plenty of furniture, a gas fireplace under the TV, sound system throughout and a nice long kitchen bar. We had a great stay and would definitely rent it again!
4.6
Overall very happy, however stripping the sheets showed very gross mattresses. Either replace them or don’t ask guests to strip the sheets.
4.6
From the moment we entered we were super impressed with how nice this unit was! Just as the pictures show! Lots and Lots of stairs but wasn’t an issue for our group! It was a little tricky to find and parking 2 SUVs in the garage would be tight! All just notes about the place! Overall we loved it and would def rent again! Unfortunately it was raining the whole time we were there so we were not able to take advantage of the rooftop!
4.6
The house location was perfect to get to all of the day/nightlife in the area! We didn’t spend much time at the house, but when we were there we were extremely comfortable. It was perfect for a group of 5, and more people could have easily fit comfortably.
The only downside was the construction at the property next door. It started at 8am on Saturday morning after being out for the night, and this group of moms was really looking forward to sleeping in. It wasn’t ideal for a vacation, and the house under construction is so close it sounded like it was coming from inside the house.
4.6
Overall the place was great! Lots of room for everyone and a decent location. We did walk into town or back some times. With the right footwear its do-able. It had everything we needed and the communcation/instructions were clear. Patio furniture needs to be replaced and it would have been nice to have an added touch of decor/games out on the patio but it was very nice overall.
4.6
Nice place, good location, good communication from host. Plenty of space to spread out. Modern fixtures and furnishings. 4 bed 4 bath is great to give everyone their own space. Free parking with the ability to park in the 2-car garage was great!
4.6
At first, I was a little hesitant upon arrival because of the tight parking spaces. The group I was with all were able to park three full size pickup trucks in the available parking area.
Upon walking inside, it was a complete sense of warm welcoming like a relaxing weekend getaway should feel. The unit was very clean! The rooftop patio was a huge hit! Excellent choice and I want to go back!
4.6
This was a beautiful home in a nice location, just a quick ride/drive to lower Broadway and in walking distance of some places in The Gulch. The space had everything we needed (plenty of towels, paper towels, toilet paper) and the weather allowed us to enjoy the rooftop patio too. We couldn’t get the volume to work on the television and struggled a bit with an unfamiliar Keurig, but those were minor inconveniences. The use of the garage was a great perk! Would definitely stay here again!
4.6
We really loved the layout of this home. The living space was small but we managed to have 8 adults comfortably. The decor was simple but nice. The rooftop was super although it was a bit tough with no overhead shelter. Location was perfect - close enough to walk most places! This is a great option four couple option with 4 beds and 4 baths.
4.6
Excellent apartment great location.
The could do with getting a few more cups & mugs
4.6
Great location, within about a 1/2 mile walk to restaurants in the Gulch, etc. The place worked out great for us. There were 3 couples, we had plenty of space and everyone had their own bedroom and bath.
4.6
Perfect location, a lot of room, nice rooftop deck, quick Uber to Broadway, comfy beds.
4.6
Had a great stay in town for the Vols🍊game. Great location. The Fireplace would not ignite. We didn’t need it. Thanks

We enjoyed are stay at this location. The process for check in and out was simple. We had no issues getting Uber/Lyft to downtown - always in less than 5 minutes for just a short ride. Property was much larger than expected and quite nice. Highly recommended!
4.6
We had a great time in Nashville and this property just was the icing on top. Great central location. Easy, short Uber ride to everything.
4.6
Overall stay was great. A little tricky to find the place at first. Back alley entrance was tricky to maneuver two cars into the garage. Location was great. Short Uber ride to downtown. Beds were comfortable and rooms good size. Washing machine was a little musty but over all cleanliness was good.
4.6
Loved the layout and cleanliness of this home. A short Uber/Lift ride to Broadway. The roof top deck desperately needs an awning of some short. The neighbours had a terrific one to escape the hot Nashville sun. Hope to see one up the next time we’re in Nashville.
4.6
Great location and layout of home but it needs some serious deep cleaning. For high end home, as marketed for up to 8 people the rugs are very dirty under beds and it has basic essentials for 4 people, not 8. We had to get extra linens, garbage bags, toliet paper and paper towels. The property manager told me they recommend large parties bring extra supplies. When you rent a high end you don't expect to have to provide your own linens or basic items.
4.6
We enjoyed our stay and it was a great set up for our family. We loved being a short Uber ride from downtown. The Management company was easy to get in touch with and they provided plenty of household supplies for our weekend stay.
My only advice.. The house could definitely use a deep cleaning and the ice maker was not working properly.
4.6
We loved how close this house was to everything! Uber rides were fast and reasonable. We all felt like we had a workout with all the stairs 🤣 but we’d def stay here again!!
4.6
Nice property for a family vacation. Plenty of room and quiet. Small adjustments would have made this a perfect stay.
4.6
This is a beautiful property. Lots of stairs! Comfortable beds.
4.6
Nice unit located close to everything. Clean and comfortable. We enjoyed everything including the nice living area with fireplace. Thank you. Would definitely come back.
4.6
The house was in a great location and was perfect for our group. Plenty of space for everyone to sleep And get ready. For that I’d give a 5 star. However the tv in the living room was missing and when I emailed about it I never got a response from the local reps for a resolution. It was just the wall mount on the wall with the wire hanging out of a hole. Not the inviting welcome I expected, and an eyesore as we all hung out in the living/kitchen area. For this I’d give 1, lack of customer service.
4.6
This unit has the potential to be a great rental property but it is severely lacking in maintenance and cleanliness. Very dirty and plumbing needs maintenance.
4.6
Good location, poorly stocked home, NO frypans, very few glasses and house was a little dirty when we arrived.
4.6
This place is heaven! Absolutely the best place to stay in Nashville. It is a beautiful home with modern, upscale decor and very clean. We had everything we needed and more. Spacious bedrooms for privacy and a huge living area to come together as a group. The large rooftop has an amazing view of downtown. It was breathtaking to see the lights of the city and enjoy the evening relaxing outdoors. The location is fantastic as well. It is walking distance to some of the best eateries in downtown. Superb Condo! We will definitely stay here again! Thanks was a fabulous weekend.
4.6
To start, the garage door was disconnected from opener. We fixed that. The garage needs sweeping. So much dirt & gravel in it.
The walls have cobwebs & marks all over them. Could definitely use new paint. The trim & vents have an inch of dust on them. The whole condo needs a good cleaning.
Found mold inside of washer.
On a good note. The location was perfect.
Would considering staying again if you can get the place a good cleaning!
4.6
The house was nice, and close enough to walk to restaurants. The roof top was nice. Unfortunately we did think the house supplies were lacking as per the below:
-There were no frying pans, we had to use a cookie sheet, the pots and pans need to be replaced in general,
-Coffee pot was not working
-Not enough coffee cups for 8 people
-There were no oven mitts, we had to use a towel to get stuff out of the oven
-Only one kitchen towel was provided for 5 days for 8 people, additional towels should be provided
-There were additional pillows provided, but no additional linens so we could not use the extra pillows, need additional linens in the house included
-Two of the bathroom shower liners were absolutely disgusting and should have been changed out.
Staff responded very quickly and professionally when we did contact with issues at the house. Unfortunately the original reservation indicated that the house included 1 king and 3 queen size beds, and it was changed after we made the reservations and we were not told and once we saw this several months later while checking on our reservation, it was too late to find another house. This was a misrepresentation of the house and extremely uncomfortable in full size beds for two adults.
I do not think that I would stay at this place again due to the issues we had while staying. Hopefully the management company will listen and take care of these issues as there are other reviews with the same complaints as the house is a nice house.
4.6
- Nice clean property
- garage was very convenient
- easy drive to Broadway and other sites
4.6
The house was clean with plenty of room for four couples. Great walking distance to a lot of popular places. I would suggest adding more coffee mugs as there weren’t enough for our group. Thank you for offering late check out at a very reasonable rate.
4.6
The property is in a great location and the home itself is beautiful. Emails to Vacasa go unanswered for 10 days. Phone calls are to a general number that cannot assist and must put a message into the local management company. The local management company is slow to respond and then VERY rude in their response. We arrived early but locks are programmed to stay locked until 4pm. There was no one at the property so we requested to pay to get early access. After a 16 hour drive we arrived to a thunderstorm and just wanted to get inside. We were told "no, not a chance, local management has spoken." The excuse was that cleaners were coming still. No cleaners came or if they did, it was during the short time we grabbed food and they didn't actually clean. We found broken pills on the living room carpet, black hand prints all over the walls, spider webs throughout and dust everywhere. I'm not by any means a clean freak, but when I'm told early occupancy isn't an option because of cleaners going in, I expect the place to be clean.
4.6
The property was well represented in photos and everything was wonderful. We will definitely stay again!
4.6
Good location, nice place.
