We loved our time here .

The home on Beaver lake was so great. Easy access to the lake with a gradual slope to lake. Wear water shoes to get in lake as it was a rocky entrance but was perfect to get in the lake for floating and fishing. The home was very comfortable and perfect for our week. Very responsive to any questions we had!

Such a beautiful home, inside and out. We enjoyed the unique interior decorations, and the relaxing outdoor areas. The tree lighted house with the television was absolutely perfect. Communicate was as good as possible could be. Very happy overall with our stay.

The cabin is beautiful, with a wonderful view of the lake. It was quiet and serene. It was actually a bit larger than i had anticipated, which was great. The grounds were really nice. I hope to get back up there soon!

A nice, comfortable, and quiet house right on the lake. We made use of the canoe and indoor fireplace. Also spent some time hiking at Hobbs. Overall, it was very relaxing

My family really enjoyed the cabin. Waterfront view & fire-pit are nice for the winter weather. Fire place was cozy. We made it just in time for the last tour of the War Eagle Caverns. The Mill restaurant is just minutes away & beautiful views.

What a pretty place to spend some time on Beaver Lake. Property just as described--lots of great additions to the original structure but preserved a cabin feeling. Fantastic bit of shoreline and private access. It was a bit cold for enjoying the water but maybe next time! Kitchen had basic equipment and the master bedroom was truly comfortable. Thanks for a great stay.

The property was fantastic and had everything we needed to enjoy a warm week in Arkansas!

Great stay. Exactly as described. Secluded location. Direct lake access was super easy to use. Fire pit for dogs and s’mores. Nice extended deck to enjoy. Our boys fished and swam and kayaked and canoed til they couldn’t stand up. Would stay here again for sure.

Our family enjoyed the cabin for a few days and had the BEST time. It was perfect for our family of four. Our kids love the play set and I appreciated the clean and organized cabin. It had everything we needed. Quick and easy access to the water. We made s’mores in the fire pit, had meals in the treehouse and coffee on the back patio. I can’t wait to book our next trip back to this property.

We had a blast relaxing and getting away from it all! Took a little planning to make sure we brought the right supplies, but it worked our great for our first time. There were storms and power outages and the agent was extremely helpful. The Sunset Cabin is a place we will come back to as we are already making plans!

Very comfortable lake home, private and clean. Went with two small families, 6 total and was well sized to accommodate. All the amenities we needed. Beautiful vacation spot!

We had a very relaxing stay at this cabin. It was quiet and comfortable. We had everything we needed, and all was in good working order.
The location was almost midway between Rogers and Eureka Springs and that was a plus for us.
Would stay there again!

Had everything you’d need for a good time at a lake house. The only downfall was going with 4 adults (2 couples), the master bedroom and bathroom is beautiful and the other bedroom is more suitable for children. So while the place itself is great, I would just be mindful of that if the trip is planned for all adults.

This cabin was spectacular; from the space to the view to the location. The kids loved sharing a room and picking their bed. They also really enjoyed the playset and we loved the outdoor seating areas to watch them play. Perfect spot for an Easter egg hunt! The location to the water was perfection. And the beds were so comfy. We will FOR SURE be back in the summer to swim and boat.

We were in the area of rogers for work and found this gem. Absolutely gorgeous. Right on the lake. We were working so really not much time to fish or actually enjoy the water but what an amazing view. Will definitely book this house again in the future

This property is perfect for a family or a small group of friends to get away and enjoy serenity in this comfortable home away from home. Has everything you need to relax and/or play at the lake. Very well appointed and in a perfect location where you feel all alone but not far from the growing cities of NW AR!

Secluded cabin home, very quiet. Comfortable master bed and great views. Walked down to water edge of lake…lots of rocks/water level is down. Saw 4 deer in backyard early one morning! Was just husband and I this trip but would be great for a family with kids to be able to play on swings, mini rock wall, and in canoe. ;)
Ps. Advise getting drinking water to bring with you for your stay…tap water tasted funny to us.

We enjoyed celebrating our son’s birthday at this lovely cabin on the lake.

We happened to arrive at that golden hour (around 7pm) as the sun was setting behind the cabin and fell absolutely in love with the property. We enjoyed both the rustic ambiance of the original cabin as well as the modern addition where the master suite was incredible. We really enjoyed the ability to go out in the canoe (and having lifejackets available to do this safely) as well as floaties to just enjoy the water. The tree house was basically the home for our son who loved the slide and climbing wall. Our daughter enjoyed the platform swing. We were also equal distances from both Bentonville and Eureka Springs (although we spent the majority of our time out by Eureka Springs). Would recommend to anyone.

Had a girlfriends' weekend here and it was perfect! Beautiful setting, plenty of room for 4 women, lake access, and close to Prairie Creek Marina where we rented a pontoon.

Magical vacation for my family
As my four and five year olds said on the last day of hanging out, this is the best vacation ever and I would also agree. Rogers is only 8 miles away and the drive is cool and the 20 minutes goes by fast. It has walmart, target, harts (grocery), etc etc. Rogers has top golf, bass pro, etc which was surprising to see because its much bigger than I was thinking.
All of the scenery was awesome! The cabin was perfect for the kids. The master and bath was a fairly recent add on and its very nice. We swam on the beach every afternoon from 2-8pm. I suggest getting some water shoes if you dont have any since its a rock shore. The sun was pretty hot. I would honestly look into getting a tent or umbrella so you can catch a break from the sun. From morning until 130-2pm, the sun is not even an issue. The water was beautiful and warm and so clear.
Another surprising aspect, I never had to deal with mosquitos while there. Im from Louisiana so I prepared for it but never had to utilize the device I brought.
Like most have commented, you will not be disappointed. Its a cool private secluded spot. I even filmed a deer that was 20ft away in the front yard where driveway starts around 830pm where its still light out. At night when the sun finally went down, i would walk to shoreline and sit and look at the stars where I was lucky enough to witness a shooting star.
You wont regret booking this place if this is what you are looking for in a moutain/lake trip.

Beautiful Retreat!
After our son's very busy baseball tournament, we wanted a place where we could relax and enjoy some seclusion. This place exceeded our expectations! The cabin is rustic with modern amenities and the entire property is gorgeous and private. We couldn't have chosen a better place to relax.

Fully equipped cabin
This cabin/house comes fully equipped including a canoe, life jackets, fully stocked kitchen and numerous towels. The only drawback is that Rogers, AK is about 30 minutes away if you need anything from the store. We planned on this and had no issues. Easy access to the lake with a great outdoor area and comfortable bedrooms. I highly recommend this cabin for anyone who is in the area.

Great historic property
We enjoyed our relaxing stay here. I found it really neat that they had put the historical info of the property in the guest booklet by the front door. What an interesting piece of history! It has the feel of a rustic cabin, but still with modern amenities. I would stay here again if I had the opportunity.

Perfect Cabin
This cabin was adorable! It has updated appliances and the comforts if home! The sunsets are amazing! There is so much to do without ever leaving the cabin! You can fish, kayak, use the floating dock and even swim in the lake! The outdoor space is great for a evening fire or just enjoying the sunset.
Look forward to visiting again!

Amazing Cabin on the lake
This is a great cabin on Beaver Lake. It is very secluded and private. The cabin itself is beautiful inside and was just big enough for our group of five. We weren't sure from the pictures but the lake is just down a little path in the backyard, which we loved! We enjoyed the canoe and brought along our own kayaks. We roasted hot dogs and smores' one night while watching boats on the lake. We saw deer each day we were there. Rented a boat from a near by marina for the day and loved every minute of that. We also checked out the War Eagle Mill and War Eagle Cave which were both a lot of fun. We brought our own groceries with us which I highly recommend as the closest grocery store we could find was back in Rogers which was about 30 minutes away from the house. There is a Dollar General a little closer which had a good supply of food. This was our first time to Beaver Lake and we loved our peaceful weekend away!
