As soon as you arrive at Heritage House, you'll notice the sigh-worthy views of gaping canyons and jagged mountain ranges that abound this home. You'll find a classic living room that boasts a traditional mountain feel, this space is equipped with white walls, timber floors, and large windows that capture glorious scenic views. The living room boasts a spectacular fireplace and a regal selection of vintage seating options.
A traditional country-style kitchen with a large island bar, dishwasher, and microwave offers plenty of stainless steel appliances so you can feel like a chef. There are plenty of granite countertops here that allow you to cater and entertain during significant social occasions. The kitchen is also equipped with a four-burner stovetop, grill, and a wide oven.
There is a second living area past the kitchen. This designated lounge area has a gas fireplace embedded in a gorgeous stone wall with cozy furniture sprinkled throughout. The lovely, comfy, old-fashioned loungeroom is the place to relax and unwind.
At the rear of the home, large doors open to a sunny courtyard complete with a barbeque grill and an alfresco dining area. The perfect spot to linger in the warm sunshine as you indulge in some homemade hamburgers.
Upstairs, the inviting Primary Suite awaits. Here, vaulted log-beamed ceilings and vast bay windows create an oasis for all-day sleep-ins and relaxation. A chic seating area faces a gas fireplace and TV with framed views on either side: a large walk-in closet and a luxurious bath spa complete the primary retreat. The ensuite bath is like a day spa. It has a glorious steam shower big enough for two, a jetted tub, and dual vanities.
The home has three additional bedrooms. The second upstairs room has a split king, picture windows capturing glorious views, and access to a complete bathroom. In contrast, the other bedroom is downstairs and comes with a luxurious Queen-size bed, a well-appointed dressing room, and a bathroom that boasts a tub/shower combo. The fourth bedroom is a carriage house over the garage, complete with a kitchenette, a full bathroom, and a small living area with a pull-out queen sofa bed.
The most popular room in the house is the delightful rumpus room, with a myriad of places to kick back and relax. This welcoming playroom has a billiard table and an HDTV. You'll love having friends over to watch movies and hanging out on a rainy day.
Bonuses include a laundry room and a separate guest house that sits above the garage and provides absolute privacy. The guest house comes with a kitchenette, living room, and bedroom with an ensuite bathroom. For families with older children or additional guests, this is a great option to have.
