Very pretty, comfortable and roomy. Terrific views. Nice location and quiet. Comfortable beds too. Would definitely like to come back!

The interior of the home, views and location were good. The backyard furniture and apartment balcony furniture was unusable. The teak furniture broken, ski lift chair cover and chair cushions shredded. Umbrella had a tiny strip of material. A lot of deferred maintenance on exterior.
Once replaced I would recommend property but not until then.

the house was in a great location, and well suited for multiple couples. we enjoyed our stay immensely

We absolutely loved this house! Tons of great decor, so it felt like you were in someone's home and not just a rental. The kitchen had everything you could need. Tons of appliances: crock pot, pots and pans, pressure cooker, Kitchenaid, rice pot, blenders, dishes and tons of glassware was available.
The jacuzzi was clean, hot and heated at 104 when we arrived. We loved bouncing from the jacuzzi to the sauna and then rinsing in the nearby shower. The daily sauna was AMAZING!
We had tons of rooms to hang out in, get some quiet napping time in and just enjoyed hanging out with the family.
All the couches and seating areas were comfy and perfect for hanging out.
There is an ebike docking station down the road. We rented 4 and the family took a ride into Breckenridge for the day. Highly recommend. While out riding we saw a bald eagle and a moose! Out near the woodpile at the house, we saw a little stoat! Coming from San Diego, it was such a cool experience to see those animals!
Tons of wood available for the firepit, so we lit that up and had a great time watching the stars. The yard is great and the dog was living his best life out there.

This was an amazing house for four generations to spend a wonderful Mother’s Day weekend together and it snowed
A Moose paid a visit and wandered around the property
A wonderful home for a family gathering

The house is roomy and comfortable. Is has easy access off of main roads. The views are great as well as the hot tub and sauna. The large garage allowed us to have many hours of playing cornhole after skiing and snowmobiling.

My friends and I take an annual ski trip to Breck and this home was PERFECT for our stay. The amenities catered to our needs and we had a great time!

This house was wonderful for our group of 8! It was spacious and had plenty of seating for dinner and hanging out. The hot tub was was huge and we used it almost every night. The theater room was a huge plus. The home looks exactly as it does in the pictures. The master bedroom was amazing and the bed was extremely comfortable. I definitely recommend utilizing the soaker tub. Each bedroom has its own private bathroom which was absolutely a plus. The sauna worked flawlessly and was nice and toasty. A few cons were: As several others before us we could not locate the wifi router initially. We ended up finding it unplugged in the pantry. Once plugged in it was definitely a little spotty in the apartment. The master shower takes awhile to warm up and has less pressure than the rest of the house which was a bit confusing considering the tub right next to it had wonderful pressure and had hot water instantly. The house is a bit like a labyrinth so it took a little bit to understand the layout. However, I would absolutely stay here again. The management company was quick with answering when we did have questions and the house overall was exceptional.

The house lived up to the expectations from photos. Excellent location. Top of the line furnishings. Plenty of parking and dog friendly.

The time together in a very spacious, fun house.

The house itself is lovely, but the property management is not local and difficult to communicate with. We had some issues that took days to get resolved (no router in sight so no wifi, no kitchen towels). Also, for a luxury home and the cost of rent, the products used are equivalent to a cheap hotel (ie paper towels, tissues, TP, bath towels).

This house is a beautiful and cozy. I would recommend to any family! The only issue would be that there was no wifi, because it was unplugged and hidden in a cabinet. We were able to find it the second day, thankfully. They did offer to send out help though. Breaker for furnace did pop as well on the second day, again they did offer help immediately. Wonderful stay though!

Spacious, beautifully decorated home with every amenity. 10 min from Breck and 20 from Copper and Keystone. The heated garage was a real bonus when it hit -13 degrees!

We had a great time at your home. Loved the location, amenities and the entire home! The only negative was how much we had to shovel to enjoy the hot tub and apartment but we live in Colorado so we understand how hard it is to keep up with the snow! Beautiful property and loved the layout and interior of the home. You can definitely tell this is a “loved” home. Thank you for allowing us to share your home in such a beautiful place! Already looking forward to our next visit!

The house is beautiful with fantastic views. It is in a quiet area with wild life and great sceneries. This house is very spacious with an available apartment which our son and his family used. The reason for 2 stars is the electrical issues we had. Several breakers kept tripping multiple times - even the ones that ran the thermostats. We would wake up cold. The garage door keypad would not work after the first day - we have one just like it at home so we know how to use it. Since they did not give us a key we had to leave the house unlocked every time we left. They did send someone out to look at the issues but he did not fix anything. I did not sleep well for fear of an electrical fire. There were notes on the panel box about problems dated 2 years ago. They have reimbursed us only $500 - beware!

This should be, and easily could be, a 5 star property but it’s being neglected. There’s no excuse for old slumping mattresses in a property like this. Electricity to water heater went out resulting in no hot water and from the visitor book it’s obvious this wasn’t the first time.
Not the owners fault, but the Spa service company decided to drain and refill the spa the during our stay (without explanation) and the spa doesn’t heat fast so that ruined our last night of plans.
Also not the owners fault was fact that apartment unit was not cleaned before we arrived and it took multiple calls to get it done. Customers paying for what appears on line to be a luxury property deserve better.

The views alone are worth staying at this property. The amenities, location, and ease of checking in were absolutely incredible. There is a new build happening in the back yard, but we’re from the city and a little construction didn’t bother us! The kitchen comes with so much and every room offers a different vibe with so many unique items throughout the home! Can’t wait to come back one day!

The view from the house is amazing. The house is large with lots of little nooks and fun decorations to enjoy. Great central location to enjoy all Breckenridge and the Rockies have to offer. We had a group of 10 with a bunch of teenagers and enjoyed cooking most of our meals at home and hiking, mountain biking, white water rafting and the Hot Springs through Noah’s Ark, and using AVA Adventures for a Via Ferrata adventure Course in Buena Vista. Thanks for an amazing home base for our vacation.

We had three families (10 people) in the house and it had plenty of space and amenities. The location was great, the view was awesome. I highly recommend the property. We look forward to another stay in the future.

This house was great for our family vacation that included 11 adults and 3 kids. I would definitely recommend this house for its size, location, and views. I would recommend sleeping in the Texas themed bedroom if you want to fall asleep while staring out the window at the stars. The theater room was a great amenity, the kids loved being able to plug in the Nintendo Switch to play on the projector screen, and to be honest, us adults had a great time too! The house is perfectly located, just minutes from Main street, gold mining, and the gondola rides. The house is also close to Frisco. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we could need to cook meals at home.
Unfortunately it is not all good things though, all of the patio furniture cushions were all torn and old, making them uncomfortable to sit in. There was also a couple of smaller patio tables that were broken. The rugs in the living room were a tripping hazard as the corners and some sides were curled and did not lay flat. The banister at the top of the stairs was broken. The listing says the outdoor stairs to the apartment above the garage could be icy in the winter months; however, there was ice on the stairs in June and we were not expecting that. Someone fell and I sent a message through the vrbo app for some sidewalk salt or something to prevent ice the remainder of our stay but did not receive a response. The grill outside of the apartment is a charcoal grill, which is not specified in the description. Lastly, the check in process was a less than desirable. The description says to locate a lock box for keys to the house and the apartment but that was not accurate. I was on the phone with the front desk for about 20 minutes and then had to FaceTime them so they could see that the one lockbox that was there did not open with the code given and that there were no other lockboxes in or outside the garage. The front desk had to call the property owner to find out that the key was actually inside a cabinet.
