We did a friend vacation here with our college group of friends and all our kids (6 months to 6 years) and had a blast! Everything was clean and organized. Only thing that was rough is walls and ceiling are thin, so babies during nap time was a bit of a challenge but we made it work! Will definitely want to visit again!

We really enjoyed staying here - it was perfect that it had 5 bedrooms, each with their own bathroom. Lots of room in the well stocked kitchen and big tables to eat together. Kids loved the hot tub and game room upstairs. It was great to have 12 sharc passes plus lots of kid and adult bikes.

House was beautiful and very well equipped. Better equipped than any home I have rented. Loved everything about it and would recommend to anyone looking for a very large house for a gathering. The only thing missing was a mattress that was supposed to be under one of the king beds but was not there. Should remove that from the listing if it has been removed.

We had 17 guests. 2 seniors in their 80’s,4 littles and adults. The house was a good layout with many options for entertainment. We did a lot of cooking and BBQing and it worked great! Lovely decor as well. It was a great getaway.

My family had a fabulous time here. The house was nicely decorated, clean, very spacious, and in a quiet and scenic neighborhood. Even saw and heard wildlife during our stay. There was a gas station/market close by for groceries, etc. The bedrooms and bathrooms were clean and spacious. The beds were a little higher than your average bed but worked out well. I would mention that it may be difficult for a person in a wheelchair to be able to get in and out of the bed due to the height of the bed. Just something to consider. Unlike most places we’ve stayed, this owner provided “starter items, such as laundry detergent, soap, plenty of paper towels, toilet paper, kleenex, etc. Each shower had the mounted dispensers containing plenty of body wash, shampoo, and conditioner. There were even some items in the fridge and cupboards that the previous customers left for the next customer and we did the same. Would definitely stay here again and recommend this place 100%.

The place is wonderful. It is a beautiful lodge. We had 17 and fit pretty comfortably. Great location, lots of bikes to use. Shark passes were great. Pickleball was a short distance away and that was a hit.
Slightly discouraging things. There is a foosball table but no foosballs. There was pool table but all the sticks did not have working cues. The remote in the game room was missing and there were three other remotes in the house that the batteries did not work in them, so it made it hard to use the TVs. When I told the manager of the issues the response was: "On pool cue tips, foos balls or batteries...if you go to Camp Abbot Ace Hardware 8 min drive across from the village, they will likely have all that stuff and I'm happy to compensate you for anything you spend on it and your time to do that. Otherwise I don't have a fast way to get any of those things to you. The remote is probably stuck in a sofa cushion somewhere and you'd have to just search everywhere for it but I'm sure it's there somewhere, sometimes they turn up a month or two later after somebody reports one lost."
The ACE did not have the foosballs or the pool cue tips. We ended up having to get the pool cue tips in Bend at Big 5. Could not find any foosballs. Slightly disappointing that we spent over $6,000 for 3 nights and that was the response we got. Seems like if you advertise that you have all the stuff that there should be some sort of a checklist process for the next person.

This is the nicest rental we’ve stayed in here. The house had tons of amenities and was really comfortable. The kids had a great time with the games, bikes and hot tub.

We had a wonderful stay. Many rooms, lots of space, loved the tables outside, bbq, hottub and all the games available. The shampoo & conditioner in the showers were nice. And all the extra bikes were great too. Highly recommend for large groups. We had 14 stay and everyone had a bed to sleep on.

House is just as listed, with ample provisions. Beautiful location, short bike ride to the river. We had 16, and for sleepers 15 and 16, there is the pullout bed. The bedding for the pullout has a clear and labeled spot, but was nowhere to be found in the home (laundry, other closets, etc), which was a minor issue. If you’re hitting capacity, reach out to the property manager first, who was super responsive and helpful before the trip, make sure those are found before you go.

Property was as described and portrayed on line. Perfect for our family group of 16. Quiet location toward north end of Sunriver. Property owner was very difficult to reach and provided incomplete info in his "quick start" guide. Once there we discovered there is a concierge who responded quickly to several issues. Several of the bikes needed work on them but no tools are provided. Overall, it is an great property and I believe the owner is a good person who just needs to update and expand his quick start guide.

Beautiful Home!
This home was perfect for our 50th Wedding Anniversary & family reunion. Each couple got their own master suite with king size beds. The two teenage girls got one too! And the four younger girls loved sharing the bunk room. And of course, everyone enjoyed the game room. Room for everyone to spread out and have fun! We had many enjoyable bike rides and there were enough nice bikes and helmets for everyone! The girls loved using the SHARC passes for the water park. And my daughters-in-law and I found the beautiful kitchen to have everything we needed for some great family meals. The patio across the whole back of the house was wonderful for our annual corn hole tournament. Yes, our family agreed- this beautiful home was perfect for our family of fourteen and they all voted it their favorite!

65th Birthday Celebration in Sunriver
We loved the house - perfect for a family reunion/celebration with plenty of room to gather, cook and hang out. As a group of adult couples, we especially appreciated that almost all of the bedrooms had king beds and private baths, giving everyone a bit of privacy. We also enjoyed all of the amenities - the hot tub, bikes, ping pong and pool tables. A great way to celebrate my husband's 65th birthday with family and friends!

Fantastic House
We had a great time staying at this house. There was plenty of room for all of us. The upstairs game room was great as a kids hangout. The ping pong table, bikes, clean hot tub, and SHARC passes all got enjoyed and were real benefits of renting this particular house. We would definitely recommend and rent this house again in the future. Thank you for a great stay!

Family get together
Great property with space for all of us and enough bathrooms that each couple had their own. There were 11 of us and it worked out great. Hot tub was lovely and location not far from the River. Easy bike ride to fort rock park and SHARC rec area. Place was clean and well furnished. Only complaint was I never received an email (not inbox or junk) with the code for check in and had to call the property management company the day before. Once I got it, all worked fine with keyless entry. Would definitely recommend this property for a large group!

Perfect for a large group!
We had a small family reunion in this house couldn’t have been more perfect. Having four master suites was great and there was plenty of room for everyone to have their own space. The game room was a great gathering place for some family competition. :). We really enjoyed having the bikes to ride down to the river, pickle ball, and the village. The kitchen is very well stocked with everything you would need. I would highly recommend this house.

Family Getaway
We had a great time enjoying all that Sunriver has to offer which is extensive and awesome. We rode bikes, hiked, rafted, horsebacked, swam, fished, saw awesome scenery locally, hiked and biked somemore, and relaxed a little bit.

Perfect house for large families!
We thoroughly enjoyed our time at this property with our three kids and all of their children and spouses. We especially enjoyed the bike trails. The house is a short ride to the river and then not too far to the Benham Falls bike trail. Having the pool passes was a big bonus! The house had everything we needed and we highly recommend it.

This property is very well located within the Sunriver resort complex with quiet neighbors. The house itself is very well equipped and is quite comfortable for a large group up to 18 which is what we were.Keep in mind that Sunriver does not allow any street parking, so make sure your group does a good job of carpooling or you will have to get overflow parking arranged. All in all a great place and a great value.

We had a wonderful time in a great house in a great location
Nice, well stocked kitchen, big living room and dining room table that held 10 adults. We played games on the extra table near the kitchen and used the pool table and foos ball table in the upstairs game room. We enjoyed the hot tub after hiking in the beautiful area. It was nice to walk in the Sunriver Resort and to see deer.

Great space for a larger group that has a few different types of people staying there. Kitchen was fully stocked. Double oven was great! Pool, ping pong, bikes galore! We really enjoyed our stay at this house. All bedrooms were really well put together. Multiple areas to entertain. If everyone likes to congregate around the kitchen during meal preps this home fits that bill. Kitchen is roomy and very well equipped. Would recommend and will utilize in the future.

Fantastic home!
This is the nicest, most well kept home we’ve ever rented, and it was perfect for our family of 15. We especially loved that each bedroom had its own bathroom. The owners thought of everything, and we lacked for nothing! Everyone enjoyed the pool table, ping pong, and hot tub! There’s tons of space for gathering, with a large living room and huge kitchen. We really couldn’t have found a better place to stay. I wish I could give it 10 stars!!

Great house—Great location
Very comfortable and met all our desires. One of the ceiling can lights needs to be replaced. A guide for the the cable/tv would be helpful. We want to thank Mark and his wife for allowing us to stay in this beautiful house.

Beautiful home for our group
Pretty smooth process except the code wouldn’t work when we arrived so we had to call property manager’s. Didn’t take too long.
Had problems with TV’s and could only watch one channel in living area first night. left message for after hour contact, but never got back to us. Called in morning and they sent out maintenance to fix for our second night.
Loved the bedroom and bathroom setup; we all had our own bathrooms!! Kitchen, dining and living areas were nicely set-up for everyone to be together.
Game room was fun. Hot tub was nice and private.
Bbq grill was not very convenient; had to haul it outside and around the back of the house to hook up.
Need a bigger garbage can inside...seemed like we emptied it several times a day. Could also use a bigger/deeper frying pan for group dinner. Need new kitchen scizzors; had to cut open packages with knives. Can opener is very dull .
Loved the double ovens and two refrigerators!!
Beds were all very comfortable per our guests!
Would definitely rent this house again for same size group.
Cost is a little high especially with the fees.
