This ideally located, newly renovated townhome with thoughtfully crafted amenities by an experienced host, is just the place for the perfect stay. Nestled in Mt. Pleasant's Old Village, this home is just 5 minutes from Sullivan's Island beach or Shem Creek's restaurants and night life. Whether you are looking to soak up the sun at the beach or enjoy some fine dining in historic Downtown Charleston, this is just the place for your coastal retreat. The Space:
Completed renovated top to bottom, this 2-story townhome features open living space on the first floor and 2 large bedrooms with king beds on the 2nd floor. As you enter the home you will find the kitchen on your left, featuring beautiful white quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances and large french door fridge. The open living area feature a large comfy sectional couch, dining table, wet bar and half bath. Through the living room step into the spacious, light filled sunroom with quint sitting area perfect for enjoying coffee or a book. From the sunroom open the sliding glass door to step straight into the luxurious elevated outdoor shower. Off the sunroom is the lush back patio area with covered picnic table and bistro lights for the evenings. There is a separate laundry room off the sunroom that house full size washer and dryer as well as beach gear and extra storage. Upstairs you will find 2 large beautifully designed bedrooms both with king bed. Positioned between the bedrooms is the full bath with tiled shower, large waterfall shower head, handheld sprayer, and granite corner bench. The 3rd bed is a folding queen size memory foam mattress with collapsable bed platform which is easy to setup and can positioned wherever is convenient. The bed is stored in the laundry room and is quite comfortable, much more so than your traditional pullout or air mattress. For guest convenience we provide coffee, sugar, bath and beach towels, bed linens, paper towels, toilet paper, and soaps.

Parking for 2 vehicles directly in front of the home. Spaces are lined and numbered with address number. If you have more than to vehicles please contact host about accommodating additional vehicles. Coded smart lock for access
The Neighborhood:
Tucked away in a quiet cul-de-sac in the Old Village neighborhood, there's a nearby farmers' market, plus restaurants, parks, and stores. Bike to Sullivan's Island beach if you like (2.7 miles). Walk or bike to Publix Grocery Store, TCBY, Steel City Pizza, Santi's Mexican Restaurant, Kid Cashew, Bon Bahn Mi all within 1 mile or just 1.7 miles to Shem Creek’s Restaurants and Bars. Enjoy the view of Charleston Harbor and Sullivan’s Island lighthouse from the Pitt Street Bridge or Center Street Park just 1 mile away.

This is a laid back townhome community but this is not the place for parties or rowdy groups. The townhome was perfect for a long weekend to visit the beaches and downtown Charleston! Floors and bathrooms were all updated recently. Beds were comfortable. Just a quick drive to the beach!
The few improvements to note is it would be ideal to have more bath towels for the guests. TV speakers didn’t do well over the dehumidifier and air purifier the owners requested to have stay on. It’d be nice if there was surround sound to help with the machines noise.
Overall highly recommend and will love to stay again in the future!

A colleague and I had to scout Charleston for a work event, and this rental was perfect. Quiet, clean, and super convenient in relation to Charleston and surrounding areas, it was the perfect place for a quick trip.

We enjoyed our stay at this lovely townhome in Mount Pleasant. It was well equipped and had a small private backyard. Sullivan’s Island was a quick drive away as well as lots of local bars and restaurants.

The condo is in a great location. Close to shopping, restaurants and a Publix in Mt. Pleasant. The condo was very clean and the area is very quiet considering you are very close to your neighbors. The stairs are a bit treacherous to climb if you have problems with that. And the other issue I had was we took our dog and their was not much area to use the bathroom, would have to take her to walk on main busy road. Great stay!

My family and I were very impressed with this townhouse and it perfectly accommodated my mom, daughter, sister and myself. It’s in the best location and we even rented a golf cart for two day. I’d highly recommend!

This was the perfect stay!! So close to everything…the beaches, restaurants and Charleston! We actually could walk to Sullivan’s Island (about 3 miles one way!) Great, spacious rooms with very comfortable beds and just a roomy space for my husband and I and our two older children. The beach chairs, umbrellas, towels and soft cooler were game changers! Perfect hosts supplying us with sun tan lotion, bug spray and laundry detergent. Very quiet location, didn’t hear our neighbors once! Would definitely stay again!!

We had an excellent short stay. The host David was extremely timely with responses. Exactly as listed.
Our children are older, 6 and 10 so it was a perfect place for us and we loved testing out the fire stick. If you have younger ones I wouldn’t recommend *only* because the stairs are a bit steep and there’s no way to really block them off. We would definitely stay again.

Best Rental Vacation Property Ever
This guest house was by and far the most lovely property in which we have stayed. Our host David was extremely attentive and gracious, answering any texts I sent within minutes. The house is gorgeous. It was expertly furnished and decorated to be welcoming and cozy. We were amazed by all the little touches for our convenience and enjoyment. We were most impressed by the extraordinarily furnished kitchen with top quality dishes, utensils and pans. There was bountiful and beautiful glassware/stemware and silverware. None of the usual mismatched garage sale castoffs that usually are found in a rental house. The washer and dryer were absolutely top of the line - modern with a huge drum capacity and user friendly. The beds and pillows were incredibly comfortable. We have not one negative comment on this rental and will seek it out first when we visit again.

Great place to stay!
I came with my son (6) and my mother for an appointment at MUSC. The townhouse was in a cute little community close to everything. The place was exactly as the pictures show, and as described……. Only thing they don’t warn you about is how amazingly the comfortable the beds are and the fact that you never want to get up!
There is a cute little sun room and fenced backyard, perfect for my little guy! The shower felt amazing and the kitchen was perfectly stocked!
David was a great host, very attentive and easy to get ahold of. He provided all the necessary information up front, instructions were easy to follow and he checked in several times while I was there just to see if I needed anything.
Overall it was a great stay and I would certainly stay again when/if I come back to town.

Lovely cozy town home with all the amenities you could want. Host was very responsive and pleasant to deal with. Would stay again.

Be careful if you have mobility issues
This condo is very cute and furnished well. The stairs however are quite steep and the throw rugs in the bedrooms upstairs present tripping hazards for anyone with mobility issues. The beds are very comfortable, but low to the ground.
Patio was decorated with lights and looked beautiful. Be careful of uneven tile and picnic table woobles when you sit down.
Sunroom is quite warm and the chairs are not terribly comfortable.
Laundry room looked operational.
We were unable to complete our stay given my safety concerns and inability to navigate the stairs without discomfort.
The property owner is very attentive and responsive.
