This home is located five lots from a private beach access in Summerplace, an eclectic collection of homes on the north end of the barrier island off State Road A1A. It has a bohemian ambiance, where guests can let go the rigors and stresses of home. Natural tropical vegetation surrounds it, providing beauty and privacy. At night, the stars shine brightly and rhythmic waves of the ocean can be heard. Inside, the home is comfortable and cozy with a fully-equipped kitchen and laundry room. Dog bed and bowls are provided. The house has no carpet.

The location of this property is amazing! The beach is just a short walk away. The house was as pictured and described. The furniture was comfortable and it came with everything you could need for an enjoyable trip. The host Martin was amazing. Very quick to respond to messages before, during and after our stay. The house inside was clean and well taken care of. The patio area did need a hose down due to some dirt and leaves but could have been the result of rain and wind in the area. I would absolutely recommend this house to anyone who is looking for a beach getaway.

This property is amazing! Martin is an excellent host - very attentive and caring about making the most of our stay. The house is in a fabulous location to the beach and is kept immaculate. Nice decorating touches truly make you feel relaxed and at home. You can tell this house is well taken care of. No problems from booking to check out. The pool is a very refreshing on the hottest of days. We stayed with our 2 dogs who made themselves right at home. I hope we get the opportunity to visit again and I would definitely recommend this home if you are looking in the Vero Beach area. A special shout out and thank you to our host, Martin.

This was an incredible place to stay for a couple of nights while we met with family in Vero Beach to celebrate our Aunts 100th birthday! It was clean and very well stocked! Everything we needed was there and we were able to get in some beach time with a very quick walk across the street! Thank you for everything! We really enjoyed our stay!

We enjoyed this house so much. Beautifully decorated and so relaxing. The place was clean and everything you would need was there. There were even 2 dog bowls, a big fluffy dog bed and a doggie door in the lanai. Mark even made sure a mixer was there for our arrival. We would come back anytime!

My husband and I booked this place for our honeymoon. We were a little skeptical at first because he didn't have any reviews since it was a new place. Martin was super awesome though. He even went to the beach and sent us a video of the water when we booked it. We got there and the place was beautiful and so clean. So clean that my husband and I both walked into the door to go outside on two separate occasions because it looked like it was open because it was so clean lol!! There was a card for us there as well congratulating us on our marriage. He checked in with us to make sure we checked in alright. The pool was such a great thing to have because there was a hurricane that came through while we were there. Martin even offered to give us one additional night for free since that took away a couple beach days. We was such a great host and the place was amazing. The beach is just across the street so the location is excellent. My husband and I plan on coming back here!!

So my wife and I reserved this property for a short stay at Vero Beach. We usually come here twice a year as we love the area. Normally we stay at a beachfront hotel in town but decided to try a VRBO house rental this time. I don't usually leave reviews but feel compelled to this time. First the good. The owner was nice and easy to communicate with. He let us check in about an hour and half early as we arrived early and the house was ready. The location is good, just a short walk to the beach. The property is pet friendly which is one reason why we chose it. The owner left us a friendly note on the counter at check in and a couple of treats for our two Westies. Now for the bad. We had read several previous reviews that said the place was clean and well kept. This is another reason why we chose it. Unfortunately nothing could be further from the truth. I've stayed at a lot of VRBOs over the years, and this was by far among the most unclean places ever. I understand when a place is older and gets a lot of vacation beach traffic. I But it really looks like this place hadn't hasn't a deep clean in years. I could go into detail but would honestly take too long. I don't want to be negative, just warning other renters. The location is good, but don't expect too much in the way of updated furnishings and cleanliness.

My husband and l wanted to celebrate our 50th wedding anniversary in a special place. We certainly picked the perfect place. We fell in love with Martin's vacation rental when we stepped in the door. It was beautiful! Also relaxing, VERY clean, completely stocked and overall just plain relaxing. The walk to the ocean was so easy. The neighborhood was absolutely enchanting!! He had everything you need for the ocean in the garage. Bikes for a nice bakeries, boogie boards.towels. The pool and pool area was very clean and warm. Everything was amazing! He even had a very warm welcome and happy anniversary note waiting for us upon our arral. We thank you for that, Martin. We hope very much that we'll be able to return there. We were 4 women and 2 dogs and loved this property. The kitchen was well stocked with equipment, the bedrooms were as listed, and the pool was great fun. It was an easy and short walk to the beach. The place was very clean except for a few corners and behind the bed in the "children's room." And it was outstanding that they allowed our dogs to be with us too. Definitely recommend.

We loved this place and would definitely book again. It was clean and nicely decorated. Pets are welcomed but I didn’t see any pet hair, it was very clean. The pool has a screen around it so we lounged in the pool in the evening and it was glorious. It is very close to a private beach that was beautiful and had few people which was nice. It’s just a quick few minute walk to the beach. The owner was helpful and responded quickly.

We had a great time spending a week at Martin's property! The house is very well appointed, clean, bright and has a very cute costal decor.. we took our cat with us and he enjoyed the enclosed outdoor pool area very much while we enjoyed the pool. Martin was very helpful and always there for us if we had a question. We could not have been happier. Side note: the master bedroom is located on the A1A side, in case you are quite noise sensitive, you may want to sleep in one of the very cute and very comfortable guest bedrooms. The noise from the road did not bother us. The master bedroom is very comfortable and spacious. The location is amazing, 2 minutes from the beach (just cross A1A and a couple of houses down is the beach), 5 minutes from the Jungle Trail (Must do), and the neighborhood is the cutest of all (sandy roads, lush vegetation, old FL oak trees, etc.) !!!All in all a most excellent stay!!!! Thank you Martin for opening up your house to us!!!!!!

My husband, our friends, and I had a wonderful time here. The house was beautiful, spotless, and incredibly well-stocked. It had everything we needed for a perfect beach week and we came home relaxed and rejuvenated. Poor was sparkling and clean, beds very comfortable. We didn’t wind up bringing our dog, but everything a dog would need was available, but the house was still impeccably clean. We couldn’t have been more pleased!

Everything was just great. My kid, my dog, my wife... we all loved the house! It's very comfortable, well equipped, 3 min. walk to the beach, a very peaceful neighborhood.
