Yan (the owner) was lovely and helpful. Easy walking distance up to the local shops and restaurants.

The bedroom was smaller than looked in the photos. Barely any room to open a large suitcase, let alone 2. The window looked directly into another room’s window so that was awkward when we saw some random looking at us through the window. Had to close the blinds for privacy, making it darker in the room.

This guest house was a great base to be during a very stressful time

Lovely little guest house near to John Radcliffe Hospital where my Husband was having surgery. Yan is super helpful and lovely people working there. Great breakfast that kept me going for the day.

Nothing not to like.

Good value!

The Guest House offered an excellent breakfast selection & good value. Staff were very friendly too. The parking was free if you had breakfast with hour booking.

Can’t think of anything off the top of my head! Unfortunately, it was a journey of necessity than for work or pleasure so my mind was elsewhere.

The room had got all the facilities I needed, kettle, tea, coffee and t.v. It was on the ground floor so easy access.

There was nothing I didn’t like about it.

We had an excellent stay, and we would gladly return!

Very nice people and excellent location . Town centre is easily reached by bus. Close to shops and restaurants in Headington. Very convenient for arriving by car.

Slight drawback is the busy road (you can hear the cars). However, this is also an advantage as the bus stop into town Centre is close by.

First impression is everything & on arrival the vibe in the place wasn't welcoming. We had asked for rooms close to eachother and while we we had been told the one room would be further Away we were assured it was still close it was however behind another set of doors and near an exit so it didn't feel safe. Guests above this room were incredibly noisy right into the early morning.

bed was uncomfortable and the motion sensor light was annoying, it would come on if you needed the toilet during the night which would disturb my husband.

The room and bathroom were very clean. They let us keep the car parking space for the following day aswell.

It was very hot at night without the heating on. It was a bit noisy late at night as we could hear another guest loudly speaking on their phone

first night heaters didn’t work before 2:00am and it was freezing cold we have extended the stay, room number 5 is extremely small breakfast: banana were too green, hard to eat bread toaster looks greasy and not clean
