This house is fantastic, fully equipped with everything you need and extremely convenient.

Great location and house was clean and well stocked. You felt secluded even though you were close to everything. Enjoyed the back deck in the evening as well.

This home was a wonderful place to return to each day during our time in the Seattle/Shoreline area. Kitchen is amazing with all sorts of things you might need but hadn't thought to pack. Like water bottles! And travel mugs! Bedrooms are good sized with extremely comfortable beds. Bathrooms are clean and plentiful. Back deck was a great place to start the morning. We absolutely loved this house!

Comfortable, clean, sizeable. As well stocked as any vrbo we've ever stayed in. Can't remember the last time I did not have to request additional towels. Very well stocked and great host communication

Beautiful home in a quiet neighborhood. The surroundings make you feel like you're very secluded even though you are close to every amenity and a short drive to downtown seattle.

Fantastic home in Shoreline near grocery stores and restaurants. Not far from Seattle attractions. Highly recommend!

Property was very good fit for our group. Lots of room, nicely furnished. Had a very small issue with TV remote (no batteries) that was resolved very quickly by management. A couple of suggestions:
- Provide dish towels in kitchen. Needed to wash some things daily (e.g. coffee pot) instead of using dishwasher
- Add dresser or some type of shelves in bedrooms that did not have them.
Overall, very pleasant stay.

We had the best time we live on the islands but had to go to Seattle to buy a car we decided to make a trip of it and take the kids and my mother and go to the woodland zoo which was a blast We had an easy time with finding dinners went on long walks in the evening played in the yard without worry as it was fenced in and I could go inside and cook while the kids watered flowers and played with pine cones 😇😍😎we will be back for sure

This was a nice home in a very convenient location across the street from a huge grocery market. It was clean and spacious and the Wi-Fi worked. It has the potential to be a 5 star property if the multiple maintenance issues are addressed. These were: 1) The main living area TV was not installed, it was in a box on the floor at arrival, with wires protruding from wall. I called about this and was ultimately refunded $100 as it wasn’t addressed during my stay. 2) 2 of the electric blinds upstairs were sitting on the floor, the third was up and closed but not working 3) the downstairs bathroom faucet is loose, needs to be caulked into the sink 4) the downstairs patio door doesn’t latch properly 5) the back deck badly needs painting. In addition, when we arrived it appeared the thermostat wasn’t working, I eventually figured out the furnace in the garage had been turned off and I had to flip circuit breakers to turn it on (there were no instructions about this). Never did figure out how to turn on the front porch light or use the downstairs electric fireplace (need instructions).

The house was okay but the cooking equipment were too old. The lights were not bright enough for night time.

Location was key for us and we liked the downstairs for our grandchildren to play. TV service was also appreciated. Cleanliness was an issue though. We had to clean the place (especially vacuum) before we felt comfortable and we’re compensated for that by Vacasa.

The home was very nice and cozy. Would definitely stay again. Only reason for 4 star and not 5 was due to less than PAR cleaning and screens outside were broken which appeared someone was breaking in. Very comfortable home.

The house was convenient, clean and very well appointed. We were super thankful for the grill out back as the electricity went out overnight and it allowed us to boil water for coffee and have a lovely breakfast in the morning.

This home is truly unique, with a peaceful and comfortable layout/design. My husband and I stayed with our three kids and our dog. There was plenty of room for all of us. The home lives up to its "Zen" description. We don't know Seattle well (just passing through) but the area felt safe. It's right across from a shopping complex with a high-end market. Potential guests should know this home does not have central AC, so if you are booking in a heatwave (as we did) be prepared to use the three external AC units that can be placed in window openings. Also, the backyard fencing isn't complete and dogs can escape both under the house and through a break in the fence that wasn't obvious to us although we had inspected. Our 70-pound dog escaped through a missing wooden slat in the fencing and, as the house is right by a major roadway, we were absolutely terrified. The current photo of the back deck (main photo) does not reflect the deck's condition as of our stay. We had some other issues we shared with management and I was told they will be addressed. Overall, I would have given 5-stars were it not for the issues I mentioned in this review. It is such a beautiful home and for travelers with dogs would be a real winner if the security of the backyard is resolved.

The house is very spacious and well appointed. Lots of kitchen supplies and space. Everything is very updated and the home was super clean. Just a few small details kept us from giving a 5, some of the lights didn’t work, a couple of the outlets in the bedrooms weren’t working, the remote batteries were dead, just little things that didn’t take away from the overall experience. The location was very accessible and close enough to grocery stores and a gas station and a pretty short drive to the city. Management was super interactive and the mobile app is a great touch. We would stay there again for sure!

Don’t book this house
Don’t book this house! The back deck and grill are disgusting and filthy making it unusable. The electric blinds don’t work and are permanently closed making it extremely dark inside and no light or view from outside. Vacasa asked if we wanted these Items looked at while we were there 5 nights but no one ever came.

Great location and comfortable home
Location: close to the city of Seattle and easy to drive to area towns and beaches.
Interior: well appointed with consistent theme
Beds: comfortable
Exterior:. The deck was uninviting. It needed a power wash and stained. The grill was full of mold. Since the picture in VRBO showed the back deck as an inviting place to spend time, I was very disappointed. If the deck was as nice as the picture then I would have given 5 stars

This home was great for our family gathering, and our two dogs could be safe in the fully fenced yard when they wanted to go out. Four of our family units from out of the area stayed in the house. Another four family units from Seattle came and went on a drop-in basis. The wide-open adjoining gathering spaces were spacious and comfortable. All of the fixtures were upgraded, and the Asian-themed decor was attractive. The biggest problem was an oven that the company knew needed replacing but hadn't informed us about. Many of our meal plans called for an oven. After 4 of us trying to make it work, we called Turnkey and discovered the problem wasn't us. Also a number of lights had dead or missing bulbs. A repair person came on the second day to fix most of them. We couldn't find enough towels at first, but eventually found a lot of them still damp in a dryer that had been packed too full. It would have been better if the cleaners had left us a note to look there and complete the drying process.

Not ready for renting!
Broken oven, broken thermostat, broken remote blinds, burnt out light blubs, chipped plates, no air mattress as listed and the trash cans were full when we got there. And a snow shovel would have been useful. I did get a $165 refund for the oven I was trying to cook Christmas dinner without an oven and a thermostat that wouldn't heat the house over 68 degrees. And we were renting from Dec. 24th thur 30th. Not a good experience!

Great house to feel as if you’ve gotten away from everything while still in the city. This open floor plan house was large enough for us to stay with our adult children and their families over Thanksgiving but small enough to feel connected. The house was surrounded by green spaces but only 15 minutes from downtown and 30 minutes from the airport.

My spouse, dog, and I stayed here for one week while our house is having work done. We have a few more weeks of rentals and we would have stayed another three weeks here if it had been available. The kitchen is big and modern, so if you like to cook, you'll enjoy it. Comfortable living room furniture and master bed. My husband worked from here for the week and had no issues with internet. There is a huge, and great, grocery store across the street called Central Market. It also has a large prepared-food section in addition to a very large asian grocery section. Plenty of restaurants nearby available by delivery services. Back yard is fully fenced. Some road noise from the side road, but not bad.Use the washer and dryer, both of which worked well. The one thing that would be helpful is to have a doormat inside the front door, otherwise it was a great stay.
