Very convenient

The breakfast was no more than a continental breakfast with one waffle iron. The one kitchen staff person was not friendly, and scowled at everyone, I think he was there more to make sure no one took any food to their rooms as he was parked right next to the elevator. Not a pleasant experience.
The list would be shorter if it was about what I liked! The front desk staff were mostly unfriendly, and acted like they were doing YOU a big favor by letting you stay there. The housekeeping staff were friendly but looked tired and overworked, I think the whole place was understaffed. The TV didn't work right, the volume would shut off every 10 minutes, the whole place needs a serious upgrade. They tried to double charge me the price of my entire stay, and I had to file a grievance with my C.U. to make certain I'd get a refund of the overcharge. The desk staff were not much help straightening out the error and blamed it on a glitch.

Location, price
Rooms were very small, advertised as queen bed but was a twin. Room was close to the road so very noisy. Breakfast options were weak. No housekeeping.

they didn’t give me fresh towels or linen. I was in town for surgery and needed fresh bedding each night. I asked them after the first night to please give me a fresh set, when I got back late after surgery — they had not. it was too late for laundry service, so they put me in another room on another floor. Post major surgery, and all by myself, I had 1 hour to move myself and all my belongings to another room on another floor. It was miserable.

Bed was comfortable. Close enough to the port.
We felt like we were in a halfway house/ homeless shelter. People were smoking pot in the lobby. Tweekers were in and out of the lobby at all hours. Our room had a shared wall with lobby..

The only positive about this location was the relative proximity to the Zoo.
The floors were sticky, most surfaces seemed unclean, the floor was literally unvacuumed, the shower curtain looked nasty. There were many things broken in the room, like the thermostat cover, one of the curtains wouldn't close all the way. There were cigarette holes in the sheets, and the bathroom door frame was broken. The receptionist was completely zoned out. It took him about ten seconds to acknowledge me standing in front of the desk, even though he was only looking at his phone. Then later, when I had problems with the internet, he wouldn't pick up the phone when I was trying to call. And even after going back to the lobby to resolve the internet issues, they didn't even fix the problem the first time. There is no microwave in the room, which is fine since there was a microwave in the lobby, but it was so dirty, it looked like it had not been cleaned in months, I did not want to heat up my child's food in there. The hallways literally smelled like weed.

Location was good.
There seemed to be vagrants hanging out at night. The room furniture was a bit shabby.

Nothing !
All night the room next to me kept having visitors slamming the door ,talking loud with no consideration of the other patrons trying to sleep. There were cameras in the hallways so management was well aware of the people coming and going. Plus there was blood splattered on the ceiling of my room

Absolutely Nothing!!
The room had stains on the walls and ceiling, the bed comforter and sheets had stains and cigarette burns! This hotel has the worst monitoring for the safety aspect!! They had drug abusers all around the parking lot and they were clearly staying in the rooms on the 2nd floor propping the doors open with coat hangers to re-enter the hotel building! They allowed pets and we observed a lady letting her dog out of the room and it urinated on the carpet hallway... that was not cleaned up!!! DISGUSTING
They had constant noise after 12Am midnight from these folks out in the parking lot with loud music, strange folks that had meet ups in there vehicles (multiple cars). Broken down vehicles with multiple fleet tires, cars with broken windows, clearly unoccupied! This hotel charged us $178.00 for the absolute worst hotel stay that I've ever experienced!!! The rooms were not clean at all!!! There should be inspections done here or fines should be assessed to the property owner until satisfactory clientele can be obtained for a good clean safe overnight stay with out hesitation or fear from the chaos!
I should be refunded my complete amount that I paid, I should have left this location and suffered the money lose to stay at a safer establishment elsewhere!! Reading reviews from both the hotels website and the 3rd party site should be matched to avoid such a mess!
The hotel staff we're not friendly at all, this to needs to be addressed!
Avoid this drug infested, prostitution walking area of Aurora!

This is the worst place I have ever stayed.
Room smelled horrible, dusty, cobwebs on all the corners of the ceiling.
staff weren’t helpful, front desk staff doesn’t answer phone call instead they listen loud music.
I wouldn’t recommend anyone to stay in this property.
