We had an amazing time at the condo! The place was clean, roomy and in a great location. Walking distance from the lifts and rental store! The pool area was clean and not overcrowded. We had a blast hanging out in the jacuzzi and sauna while the kids played in the pool. We couldnt have asked for a better experience, would highly recommend

When we arrived there were dishes in the dishwasher and food on the floor. I can tell the sheets hadn’t been changed because there was juice splattered across the wall and the bed sheets. But they just made the bed hoping we wouldn’t notice I guess. They did give us new sheets when we asked for them. My daughter found a cord that was sparking and as we were looking at it, it fell apart. It was held together by masking tape. This is what really bothered me, they knew it was broken and didn’t fix it. This could have caused a fire. There was also a window that was stuck open about 2 inches (it was 8 degrees outside) so this bedroom was always cold. The blinds were broken as well and that’s not a big deal but you can tell this was not well maintained which is frustrating because we paid good money for it.

Location, views, comfort were all fine, and we had a good time the the owner needs to do some work and the listing updated. Unit listed as 3 bedroom. Actually it is two with an open hallway with bunk beds as #3, zero privacy. Living room TV is a dated smart TV, longer supported. No cable TV in the unit, despite cable channel guide provided. Had to buy a HDMI cable so we could stream from laptop. Cookware was terrible, worn, and some filthy. Could not make rice or popcorn because no lids for sauce pans. Sheet pan I might use as a drip pan under an oil leaking motorcycle in the garage. Suspect the building has structural problems, nothing is level. Floor in master had areas with slopes of 2% - 3%, open fridge and door swings and slams to full open, instantly. Upholstery on chair in master worn through. Upgrade the cookware to something better than poor thrift shop finds, level appliances and replace broken coat hooks, and worn out stuff and this unit has real potential. We have stayed many times at Brian Head and there are far better options. Property manager, Vacasa, was very good and responsive but they could not fix owner responsibility.

We had an enjoyable stay. A couple small things which weren’t a big deal. The email gives instructions on getting in to the pool house. The online instructions did not work. We found out the following day there is a key in our room which got us in - this was not in any instructions we could see we just saw the key hanging by the kitchen counter and tried it out. The second issue was the sliding door to one of the bedrooms. Hard to be private with the sliding door which cannot be locked - there’s a latch but you can still see through a good sized gap or the mirror right next to the door in the bathroom through the gap.
Other than that we had a very enjoyable time. We loved the views the cozy beds and the decor was happy and fun. Going up and down the canyon to head to cedar city for the mtb tournament was obnoxious but not too far. We just made the trip about 3-4 times. Much better if you are going to stay up at Brian head to enjoy all the fun stuff up there. We did mountain bike a trail up there which was fun and cedar breaks and Bryce Canyon are favorites too - didn’t make it this time though.

Excellent place to stay for a ski vacation. Conveniently located. Hot tub and pool were clean and not crowded, even on Friday and Saturday night. Hosts were helpful and gracious. Would definitely recommend.

I will be honest, I was a little worried walking down the hall to this condo, but the moment we opened the door all that worry went away! The double set of bunks and the two rooms with private queen beds were awesome. We loved the Large table for our family Thanksgiving dinner! We loved the rec room and pool! Our family had such an amazing week and the condo was the perfect landing spot each night after a long day on the hills! Thank you!

Loved this place! Perfect for our family. Loved the location (close to the resort) and plenty of beds for all of us. Especially liked the large table for all of us to eat at. Pool and hot tub was amazing and not crowded. Will definitely be back.

The condo was pretty much as pictured, but cleanliness left a lot to be desired. The unit has been upgraded (somewhat), but the building is old and a little bit in disrepair. For the price (especially with all the fees they charge now) you could probably find something a little nicer, newer, and cleaner.
