Bognor Regis is a traditional seaside town located in the heart of the south coast of England. It mixes traditional features, such as its pier, with modern amenities including the Butlins holiday resort. The popular beach at Bognor Regis has been a draw to the area for decades and retains much of the sea front character associated with great English resorts.
The historic cathedral cities of Chichester and Arundel are both within a 15 to 20 minute drive and offer a wide range of shops, cafes, bars and restaurants. A little further along the coast to the west is the city of Portsmouth, home to the British Navy and boasting such attractions as the Mary Rose and HMS Victory. Along the coast to the east is the cosmopolitan city of Brighton, with a wealth of independent shops and lively night life.
To the north can be found the South Downs National Park and many picturesque country villages. The famous Goodwood Estate, host of the Glorious Goodwood horse racing festival and motor racing events such as the Goodwood Festival of Speed and the Goodwood Revival. There is also a mainline railway station in Bognor Regis, with a direct line to London Victoria.

Though the property was what we wanted. Phoned agent on arrival, it was obvious the property had not been checked after cleaners. Rubbish left, dishwasher full contents gone mildew. TV kept switching itself off.
Though these were dealt with once reported it was a task I felt I should not have had to deal with on arrival.

A great weekend stay with family raining in age from 2months to 71 years. Loved the house opening straight onto the beach. Freedom for the children and relaxing for the adults. Our second stay. Highly recommend.
