We stayed here with two sets of grandparents for the UT graduation. The house is very cute and conveniently located not too far from downtown. The description did not say anything but two bedrooms and a bathroom are upstairs (which mattered to our group). Our overall stay was fine but there were a couple of important amenities that were lacking (not enough hand towels, toilet paper, etc. for the number of guests in our party for the duration of our stay - and no extras to be found anywhere). The upstairs thermostat was tricky, one of the tvs upstairs did not work, and the mattress in the larger upstairs bedroom was very old and extremely uncomfortable. Small fixes would make a huge improvement to the property. Even with the issues we experienced, the host was responsive and I would consider staying here again (after they replace the upstairs mattress).

Really close to downtown, exactly how the pics make it out to be, a very very solid option if you’re ever staying around Knoxville. 9.8/10 would recommend

House was clean and in good repair. It was a perfect size for our family Thanksgiving dinner.
Will stay there again.
Listing doesn’t mention two rooms are upstairs. In fairness, the pictures do show it if you look.
My wife notified me of that.
Great place. Would recommend.

Great place to stay. Secluded (end of a cul-de-sac with woods behind) despite its location. Quick to respond to issues. Very clean and inviting.
The only warning I'd give is to be cafeful on the stairs...they are a bit narrow.

We rented this visiting our daughter at University of Tennessee. It is off the beaten path; placed on a quiet cup-de-sac. It is about 10 minutes away from UTK. The rental was very clean, easy to get to and seasonal decorated. You can tell the renters take pride in their rental. April was easy to communicate with and full of information to help us maneuver a busy game weekend at UTK. Thank you for a great visit!

The house was clean and beds were comfortable. Nicely decorated, and only a short drive to downtown.
Our only complaint was the air conditioner was not on and the house was a sauna on arrival. We got the downstairs ac on quick and the main level cooled off quick. We needed help to get the upstairs a/c working but someone came over quickly to help after we called. All in all it was a good stay!
